@bchydro Telus customers with pure fibre connections and using Telus’ latest hardware can’t create 2.4g networks which most smart thermostats work on. Help us convince Telus this is an important problem please

@TELUS my cable/internet bill has gone up almost 20 dollars over the last little while, but I haven’t changed my services. In fact, channels have been removed from my account. This seems very fraudulent on your part. How do I cancel my services and move to @ShawInfo ?

@TELUSsupport Another dropped call talking to Saanich Police just now. This is great service we pay $200+/month for Telus. Someone called me to tell me there is no record of my complaints for two years, no known issues, and that they’ll call me back on Saturday. Awesome.

@InvictvsNox Trying to get new fibre built out anywhere is a slow mess. We spent a year trying to get fibre installed from our DC to another location ~1km away. Only some of it was Telus’ fault lol.

@TELUSsupport I am still having problem right now in connecting Telus! Revenue Canada is so very kind to help me to fill their form so that you don't overcharge low-income seniors! They will send me the code but it will take a week or less and my time is running shot for I had already paid Nov

@JustinTrudeau You do know there is star link plus the monopolies you permit for Telus/bell/Rogers/shaw who price fix and make billions in profits! So why must we invest tax $ in something that they can fix?
