    @TELUS Thanks for leaving 2, 80yr old ladies without the ability to call 911. If showing up in person to a store and physically producing ID is contingent on getting services changed over, you should add that to your marketing spiel. We would have saved ourselves the trouble.

    @CRTCeng is there way to fight for @TELUS to have service in our area? I called 911 today and they couldn’t hear me, standing on a busy road ten minutes from downtown Victoria. They know about the issue and haven’t done anything. Been bad for two+ years, steadily worse in 2022.

    After speaking with @Telus about the ongoing problem I've had trying to download an OS upgrade, and getting even worse service now, I've decided that I will have to write a letter describing this scenario to the CRTC.

    Cancel my cell service due to poor service from @TELUS , then they called back and offered me deals a third less than I was paying, then put me on hold for 15 mins I hang up .. Nice one, @TELUSsupport

    Trying to get @TELUS to setup a service, bill correctly or even just call back when they say they will is an impossible feat. Nice work team.

    Canadians pay the highest internet and phone charges in the world. A lack of competition allows the telcos to reap millions in profits. Telus now wants to charge a 1.5% credit card processing fee on all customer payments.

    I’ve been a @telusmobility @TELUS customer for over 20 years, was just on hold for 15 mins to speak with someone in the loyalty group. 15 mins!? Great service for your loyal customers Telus.
