@Telus @TELUSsupport Hello? We've been having issues for weeks. It takes days, nigh into a week or more, to get any response. Then the tech comes, it works for a few days & then craps out again. Tech gives me his personal cell #, tells me to call if there's still issues, so I do

@TELUS If you guys are unable to deliver your promise of phone within 2-3 weeks? Why should a consumer pay the price ? What if I cancel my plan ? Can you refund the money ($40 for the phone which I have not received even after almost 1 month) as the money was towards the phone

@TELUS worst customer service was supposed to get a call back regarding internet service that has been down for over 12 hours because I cant get an ip address to my router but nothing this is a joke. Gotta take my business elsewhere for internet at this point.

Still have a landline we rarely use. Everything just goes to voicemail we check every so often. Does @TELUS have an answering service that will just transcribe messages and send them to my email so I can get rid of the landline but keep the number I’ve had for 25 years?
