@timmy_bro_ @TELUSsupport I am working with a manager, but doesn’t seem to be able to find problem. This has been plaguing my t.v , Dr. Zoom calls, for along time. Many TELUS service techs sent, but still not able to watch our tv, room calls, streaming due to problems. Have paid for 75Mpbs.😡

What would you do if you were experiencing the same phone signal and WiFi connectivity issues? Would you change your cell phone service provider too? @TELUS have never had any issues like these in my history of using their services.

I am done I got hung up on from fido Tring to get things fixed up. Being sent Al over the place Tring to get a problem solved.for the past 4hrs then getting hung up on that's it my contact is about up. I am going to telus.if this is how they treat loyal customers. I am done

@TELUS shares towers with @Bell who I'm told are also being affected and have to be serviced. The service rep said this could have something to do with #5G technology being installed. Is anyone else in #ygk experiencing these issues?
