@CheriDiNovo Redundancy built in with Bell and Telus?- emergency readiness - national network failure - Rogers cost savings lack of testing infrastructure protocols weak and cheap - consumers pay global top rate scale!

  • marayavictoria Rya Victoria (@marayavictoria) reported

is Telus internet absolutely horrible for y’all too? Shaw had me so good in my last place 😫

  • PeterGiffin7 Peter Giffin (@PeterGiffin7) reported

@sunshine22kas @RogersBiz I got rid of those idiots a decade ago. Bell is as bad. Telus is the best of the worst.

@amber122185 we went under contract with them 2 years ago. It was MULTIPLE visits from techs upon installation because nothing worked right from the hop. I've never had to escalate to a manager with another company, as often as I've had to with Telus. We went weeks without properly working

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@TELUSsupport Oh hey still nothing from Telus. This is how they actually treat their customers. 3 weeks trying to get a hold of support for my broken phone and I can't get anyone to even read my messages.

  • DougSaunders Doug Saunders (@DougSaunders) reported

@blm849 Compounded by the fact that their emergency backup consisted of Bell and Telus SIM cards, without realizing they couldn't make those cards work without a 2-factor authentication, which had to go though the Rogers network, which was down. So their PR couldn't even tweet about it

  • Belib16 Belibra (@Belib16) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS nearly 72 hours without internet because the former residents didn't cancel their plan and Telus apparently doesn't have a process to handle this...

  • Derekivany Derek Ivany (@Derekivany) reported

So, @TELUS decided that increasing my bill by 10% was a good idea, and customer loyalty's only option was to offer a 7% increase instead. So now they are losing 100% of my business after 10 years.

  • DavoZed Pierre Pinhead 4 PM / KKKonvoy Party of KKKanada (@DavoZed) reported

@charlesadler I have to disagree. The leadership of the CPC & it's predecessors are / were full of evangelical nut jobs like Preston Manning & Stockwell Day. If this was widely known by the public, CPC support would drop dramatically. Proof? Day was dropped as a Telus director over 1 comment.

@IronRick6 @Captaincoby00 Exactly! It’s a poor bandaid at that. It doesn’t provide the continuity of care required to improve health outcomes. What’s terrifying is the number of premiers who want corporate telehealth as the solution. So Telus or Loblaws make $ and we get a walk-in doctor on the phone.
