@freedomsupport I truly appreciate that however I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the freedom home internet service that was so poorly handled in my case. I will touch base with a representative in my city in due course since I refuse to use Rogers, Shaw, or Telus for retail service.

@annwmac They sit on the Wireless Board, shared with Rogers and Telus, and one honest outsider, they are Bell Heavy. Bell says to other two, we share our towers, roaming but the truth is, your other service won't work on the furthest distance so Bell can still brag they are best coverage

@TELUSsupport I have been kept on hold for 40 minutes and continuing by Telus. I changed by Wifi service provider from Shaw to Telus. I just needed help in connecting my Telus security equipment to Telus Wifi. This ain’t looking good at all.

And, yes, this happened to me :D I had to work Christmas day (welcome to Telus Mobility, Merry Christmas! how can I help you), and also the really good Chinese restaurant near me opened for 4 hours for suppertime, so I called in my order and was able to snag food after work!

We have Telus' Fibre 1G service but I’m considering upgrading. If I understand correctly, upload/download speeds are as follows: 1.0G 940/940 Mbps 1.5G 1500/940 Mbps 2.5G 2500/2500 Mbps Assuming price isn’t important, at what point is extra speed useless (& why)?
