Waiting on phone for Telus Teck support one hour and 17 minutes and counting. Customer service sucks. This may be the time to pull the plug on this company; in my humble opinion.

No internet also mobile date down can only have limited access to Twitter by app waiting on the phone with @TELUSsupport for 20 minutes now still waiting @TELUS

@TELUSsupport Both Telus wifi and phone data are not working in Edmonton. For some reason can only use Twitter and FB Messenger on data, and nothing on wifi. Calls and texts won't go through.
