Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

Telus raises issue of Gameplus (available only on Rogers Cable). #CRTC ruled on that issue that it wasn’t “television programming” because users could choose camera to view and thus got raw feet instead of a produced show.

@TELUSsupport Telus, you have sent an account under my name to collections in error. I have spoken in depth with Telus twice, both times you assured me not to worry. Now your debt collector is threatening my credit rating. How do I fix this?

Tosh (@Tosh_Mizzau) reported
@InukArtist No one is saying the merger isn't bad. It's obviously bad. I am saying that Telus is obviously not doing out of some stance they have against corporate consolidation. If they had had the opportunity they'd do it too because the entire system rewards immoral behaviour.

Hello, @TELUSsupport @telus I lost my iPhone 11 Pro Max at a gas station after refuelling, it dropped off my car. Please, how could you help me with getting back my phone, or at least, temporarily secure my vital personal information from theft?

@CTVNews TELUS is right Rogers is just trying to monopolize the market to continue in screwing customer's with one of the highest mobile fees in the world.

@Tosh_Mizzau To be honest, I'm with Telus on this one. A Rogers/Shaw merger would create a monstrosity. Rogers is already big & bad enough.

@TELUS your customer support for cell phones is beyond garbage. I have been dealing with your *611 team for 3 days and can not get straight answers. I have asked to speak to a manager 2 days in a row and am denied. You guys are ridiculous
