NVCPrairieBoy (@NVCPrairieBoy) reported@NYVRgal @TELUSsupport So I’m actually in IT. The quickest fix is to reboot both your modem (in fact unplug it wait 10 secs then plug in and power on. Same with laptop.) if that does help then Telus will need to troubleshoot with you.
