    Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

Rogers/Shaw, Telus, Bell and the list goes on have been doing this for decades. You know since phone books were invented? Clearly you never read the pages in those books, wherein you had to write a letter and mail it in to a PO Box and OPT OUT to prevent them from doing so. Now you're acting like you're concerned about it and think that it just remains in Canada because we're in Canada? EVERY ONE of those corporations has AMERICAN INVESTORS you half wit! There will be NONE left because you keep spewing nonsense you know NOTHING about! NONE of those corporations would survive or even exist without American investors, again because YOU all allowed them to. How many businesses and investments do you have in the US, Doug?     @mikeinthevalley @TELUS @TELUSsupport I was 9 1/2hrs on the phone over 2 days with Telus trying to get my mom’s stuff sorted after my dad passed away. Their customer service is the biggest freakin joke. They also missed multiple scheduled callbacks from customer service agents and “managers”. Never again is to soon!

    @icenineleafs @araghougassian how is the reception and is there ability for wifi calling? My daughter was on Freedom last year, but had poor reception at her school, and in other places she frequents (she's a rep hockey player, lots of arenas), where Telus has been great. It's a bit more money ($37/mth) tho
