    @TELUSsupport Hey Telus, Yes i finally was able to resolve the issue after paying prorated charges for 10 days of service when i didn't even have the sim cards shipped to me, phones, or the numbers ported over. So yes after paying an extra $80+tax, it unfortunately was resolved on the 11th day

    Was trying to open an account with Anne Marie via @TELUS’s online chat and she left the chat when I asked about pricing and compared other providers. What a way to lose a customer.

    No streams this week! One of my DSL lines is out, and telus can't come down until Thursday to fix it. I can barely load twitter or take work calls.

    @lynesworld I went with Koodo ( owned by Telus) several years after many issues with Bell. Price was only one factor. With Koodo, if you pay your bill on time, you never hear from them, save for a few text messages to upgrade if you choose ( but you can unsubscribe if it choose).

    So I guess the folks @TELUSsupport are really behind. My scheduled appointment for yesterday has come and gone and all I’m hearing is crickets. Calls to Telus Support get lost in the phone system ether. Hoping contact via Twitter DM will be better... ＨᏜ℘℘Ꮍ Ｈolidays!

    Why are phones taking so long to ship (they're in stock online) and shouldn't I get the same price I was quoted when I ordered it? This year has been nothing but issues with Telus. The phone is still half the price at Bell..
