I phoned three times and it got progressively worse @TELUS. If a technician had come as arranged none of this would have happened. Not a happy customer right now.

@Allisonfarms @dennydenny1020 50mbps minimum download speed 150 top our TELUS hub and past xplornet internet has never topped 20 in the past decade being a couple miles away I imagine yours is no different better get on it Bradley!

@TakaakiMasuda1 You're paying $300/month for 10gb *total*? You are getting ripped off HARD. I got into a pretty good deal at Rogers so I can't help with current plans, but shop around for promo prices from other carriers then come at Telus's retention people with them. DEMAND better or you walk

@AraPraxis @PoRiverJamBand (Legally, the only people who can use or build non-type-accepted equipment are amateur radio operators, and ONLY on amateur radio bands. Your OnStar system is actually a cellular system, usually using Verizon or Telus, and is locked down like Fort Knox for good reason) 9/9

Get fibre optic internet said @TELUS. It’ll be better they said. Got it installed last weekend. Was glitchy. Called Telus and they said they’d fix it. Talked me through process. Worked briefly. Had dinner. Now we have no internet & we work from home. Send help please!
