Telus did testing w me last week. I switched my SIM card w my friends and used her phone, and her Instagram image quality was also garbage and slow so it's not just me or my phone😕

BTW, PIAC supports the above. Figured that should be mentioned. In #1 Telus stated They "made a deal with PIAC". If a deal was struck to support it, what was the deal? What's the deal for the other 2?

@reporteremma Telus, Bell, and Rogers played these games in Windsor, Ontario (where I formerly lived) for years. The only solution I found was them adding a note / rule on my account that I wasn’t liable for roaming in Michigan. But it’s annoying having to call to back out charges. Frustrating

@jwsthomson That’s one of the reasons I changed from #telus to #rogers for cell phone service. Very frustrating and costly if you live on a Gulf Island.
