@TELUS your internet plan offers are more expensive on your website than on the phone (customer service) . Why did you even spend money on a website? Could’ve saved than money and passed it on to the customers :)

We should have the next round of the Voyageurs Cup round during the international break! It would bring more eyes on it! Especially with CSB on Telus network now. Put the MLS academies to the test with #CanPL teams. IMO that what the Voyageurs Cup is about. #TFCLive

@johnnycanuck71 I want to stay with Shaw for Internet/cable. I know too many people who switched for free tv’s etc to Telus and regretted it. I think they threw more goodies in because the actual product has more issues. I like Telus for cell though.

@MobileSyrup Shaw has the best internet rn. Telus is bad. I was getting 600mb on Shaw then switched and could only get 100mb via Telus for the same price.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport your mytelus app is borderline unusable. Ive been trying to change one of my optik tv theme packs and the app keeps saying something went wrong. I called two months ago and the rep said they changed it for me but never did.

@nataliepayer @as_per_danielle Shaw and Telus are the worst. I had novus when I lived downtown and it was $45 for 1gb internet. Never had unplanned outages for 5 years. With Telus I have to have 2 emails because some trash problem in their system that can’t merge my phone and internet plans.

Multiple times a minute getting freezing and stuttering with @TELUS Optik TV. If you like watching uninterrupted TV - do NOT sign up for Telus ****** service!

Go into Telus and they tell me they don’t do trade ins/can’t change the upfront cost of the phone. Get my father to phone same location, they can now apparently do trade ins and change how much you can pay up front. What ********. Feel like I’m 16.
