    @TELUSsupport @telus I am in Victoria BC and the home internet has been very bad the past couple weeks where I get kicked out of zoom. I tried calling you, waited 30 min and use the online chat bot which is useless. How do I get through to you for some service? Or is Shaw better?

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I live in Calgary, which has over a million people and in my area you only offer Telus 25. When are you planning on offering better internet? I was a customer but had to jump ship to a competitor.

    @TELUS @FriendlyFuture It would be better to celebrate if Telus actually gave a **** about the customers and their customers concerns. As a Telus customer I have tried calling, emailing, talking to them and their service department yet they haven’t done ****. So now I take to social media.

    @DonPaulinNB @TELUS Eastlink’s a decent option here from my experience. We had them for cable and internet when I lived in Sackville and never had any major issues.

    Everyday I try to pay my TELUS bill and everyday it says something went wrong...... I am annoyed 😒 like I just wanna reconnect my service but they won’t let me
