    @TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

    @ElizabethRBess @dockevinmcleod I have been hearing about people using telus Babylon which is an online service. If you need prescriptions renewed for example, or need to check in with a Dr. about changes. Maybe check it out?

    @TweeetLorraine Yeah after 10 minutes of crap on the Telus automatic voice thingy a few weeks back I yelled “can I speak to a real person?” Was connected.

    Hey @TELUS, why can't I buy a Pixel 6 Pro outright at your store despite being a Telus mobility customer with a plan? Seems kind of an odd way to reward customer loyalty

    @tara_bert @SteveSaysSure My wife gets a permanent 40% discount on internet/cable from Telus, as an alum. Right now the only thing we add is Netflix. Still ends up costing a lot. At least I know I'll never buy Amazon Prime.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I don't think your marketing plan is working. I answered the phone, saying Telus Please Stop Phoning Me, and your telemarketer hung up before I even finished the sentence. Give it a Break: Its not working.

    Piece of **** @TELUS Optik TV signal is down AGAIN for over an hour. Got a tech on the phone who got the signal back and then he rebooted the system and the Optik digital box has been "taking a moment" initializing for 15 minutes. Wonder how many hours it'll take this time.
