@RobSomerville1 @TELUS Several years ago we had a Telus “Smart Hub,” it connected to cell towers. It was okay…but got increasingly expensive. Our cell service here is not great, so I’m skeptical. However! Rumour has it Telus is building a new tower near here, if that does transpire. I may try this.

@TELUS our power went out for 6 hours last night & we couldn’t even call out from our cell phones cause we didn’t have wi-fi calling….we couldn’t even load the Epcor page for progress. WE LIVE IN THE CITY OF EDMONTON. What is this garbage cell service?! #yeg #garbage #somad

@TELUSsupport I figrd out why Telus sucks...a high tech company could integrate their divisions or at least their password systems. Simplicity would be so much better. Different passwords for Intnt, wifi, TV, PikTV, Mobile & MyTelus. Forget one, screws up all and all devices.

I'm still stunned that @TELUS preferred that I change carriers, despite being a loyal customer for over 25 years, rather that own up to their mistake and replace our phones. @telusmobility isn't the company it once was. Sad.

@winstyfloof @TELUS Such garbage. I called them today and they said “well can you switch off wifi right now” and our call IMMEDIATELY dropped. They are sending a tech out cause it’s ridiculous.
