    @TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

    @TELUSsupport @telus Your customer care service is so pathetic. I just cannot reach an agent. Your voice command service doesnt understand anything and I have to repeat each thing 10 times.

    I just want someone to offer me a good phone plan at Rogers so I can switch. Being a new potential customer again sucks. Telus got the prices, but Rogers got the coverage

    Either they lied to me in order to try and trick me into getting a service I absolutely don't want, or Telus systems are literally made in such a way that the CSR literally couldn't find that deal until I'd 100% declined the TV. Either way, Telus needs to shape up.

    @_StanleyPain_ @TELUS True, but we’re probably a few days away from her signing up with a different phone company, and when she does get ahold of them, it would be to cancel her service.

    Seems my internet is down. Out of nowhere. Thought it was my wireless, but checked my phone and it's no longer connected either. Using LTE right now. Hope it comes back by morning. I haven't seen any other real reports of a Telus system crash yet.

    @JordanMRoberts I have been trying to communicate with them. My brain is broken. I have been isolated for years. I can't remember my password for the Telus Health thing or what email I used. I can't think. I am so physically uncomfortable. Mentally exhausted. They also hung up on a neighbour
