@TELUS @TELUSsupport Thanks for eliminating yourself from my consideration of switching tv/internet providers. Going door to door (especially with rude, pushy reps) is NOT the way to market products & services. It's not 1968 and you're not selling vacuums, right?!

Hey everyone! Note that @Bell increased my cellphone bill even though they are offering the same deal with my employer. I wasn’t with them even two years! Do NOT switch to #Bell !! I was with @TELUS for over twenty years and I never should have left! #customerexperience

@Shawhelp What's the explanation for the outage. I need to know what compensation I will be given. As service with Telus is still up and no power outages happened in the area. Depending on your answer I will file my case and complaint with the CRTC

Be aware, when hooking up internet service through the smaller companies in YYC, they are RELIANT on @ShawInfo or @TELUS to hook you up. Today is officially 2 weeks I've been waiting for internet access in downtown YY, as @shaw.ca refuses to respond to teksavy's escalationS 🤨
