@TELUS I’m breaking my social media fast because of you. Is it just a coincidence that EVERY week for the last three weeks, ever since I spoke with an agent and advised them that after almost 10 years of PURE HELL with you, I’d be cancelling my service once my contract... [1]

  • kinsonalley Allyssia Atkinson (@kinsonalley) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@TELUS And the cherry on top! 45 minutes on the phone with customer care and my call drops. 😡 If I wasn’t sure this was retaliation at first, I am now. Ugh! 🙄

  • stevesfs Steve Wilkie (@stevesfs) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

  • BroHogPlays BroHoG 🇨🇦 (@BroHogPlays) reported from Burlington, Ontario

  • hardyrenos Anti-Lieberal (@hardyrenos) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@shov3lh3ad82 Sadly, it is true. What's really screwed up is Chinese workers have been seen installing the hardware. Telus says the Hauwei 5G equipment is not yet being used on the security sensitive "core" network. It's one thing if any ally (NSA)can spy on you, another if it's the CCP.

  • James__CW James (@James__CW) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Well after almost two decades I have said goodbye to Rogers and feeling great about it. I'm sure Telus is just as bad..maybe we need to stop the telecom monopoly in Canada.

I am not a Telus customer but love their tv ads because of the animals. The current one has a cute hippo in it.

  • jdong027 Kevin Dong (@jdong027) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

  • Nabatron Homie El Guacamole (@Nabatron) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS anyone working today? Been on hold for hours! Need help with TV!

  • jordan_ortillan Jordan (@jordan_ortillan) reported

@lyteforce Loved the Orbi in the short time I had it, but had a heckuva time trying to get it to work with my Optik wireless boxes. Telus helped out tremendously to explain what a bridge network was, but it became more trouble for me to figure out so I took them back. As advertised, though!

  • blakusta Insert name here (@blakusta) reported

@jsharek @BruceMcCurdy Yup they fly.....I worked on the Telus Sky building and we would always find them inside before windows were in......saw them on level 29 and 59. There's no escape! One of the guys I worked with picked one up and got stung.....looked damn painful

  • StandardBrooks James (@StandardBrooks) reported

I'm not even a @Telus customer yet and I already can't stand the company. 1. WORST IVR on the planet. 2. All "offshore" customer service. (Hope you like the sound of roosters crowing) 3. 1 hour+ waiting times to get through. All I am trying to do is switch from @Rogers!

  • The_Vendelo Sir Venskellington Esq. XII 🇨🇦 Meatsuit Pilot (@The_Vendelo) reported

@_spatsula Shaw is routinely an ******* when it comes to net. I was considering switching to them because of the gigabit, but that makes me go😬all over again and stick w/ Telus. I hope they fix the **** fast for you.

  • Coenen87 Alex Coenen (@Coenen87) reported

@TELUSsupport I've had to call Telus support 3 times and had 3 technicians out to figure out a security system installed 2 days ago... I paid a significant penalty to cancel my previous and sign up for telus... please help.

  • hellofisher Steve Fisher (@hellofisher) reported

The most frustrating service I use is by far the #telus Pik TV app. Difficult to navigate and consistently locks me out. I don’t experience this with any other streaming service. I can’t believe how poorly it is designed.

  • Nick_R Nick_R (@Nick_R) reported

@TMobile US + International plan. Visiting Canada - Vancouver. Bell Cellular does not allow any data. Telus is fine. Why does Bell as a carrier not offer data. Why do you support that carrier? No change to settings other than manually selecting Telus. Comments?

  • dopeassfpyyc Jerry’s Internal Monologue (@dopeassfpyyc) reported

Seriously though, there's no goddamn way Telus doesn't have the resources to run a secure high availability solution and you have AHS running off a 486 and a hamster wheel?

  • FallHammerLive FallHammer (@FallHammerLive) reported

Hey @TELUS , my internet went out this morning. After a few hours of getting transferred, being on hold, and trouble shooting I am being told the soonest a technician can come is Thursday. At that point I will be without Internet for 4 days. That’s acceptable customer service?
