    @TELUS And the cherry on top! 45 minutes on the phone with customer care and my call drops. 😡 If I wasn’t sure this was retaliation at first, I am now. Ugh! 🙄

    @RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

    I know once I’ve used my monthly data, it slows down until it resets for the month. But damn guys I didn’t know “slowed down” meant virtually unusable for 5 days🥴 not sure I would’ve switched to Telus had I known this. @TELUSsupport

    Simon and his mom Loi. Bought. Newspapers from Wilkinson gone. Google, Telus, who know which Judas, probably both all them. I lost so many phone pictures. Sigh. Complaining again. Government, weak and vulnerable. 1 versus whatever, external and WITHIN CANADA. No problem.

    @Telus - just passed 20 minutes on hold and was disconnected. Call number 5 now.. and disconnected again. An audible click this time.. great. Customer service is killing it today.

    @steeletalk @TELUS The other problem is Safeway pharmacy. Their automated call to say prescriptions are ready can’t get through. The # isn’t the same as pharmacy number or I’d them to safe list.

    @TELUS happened when they changed our phone number by accident. When they fixed it that’s when double charging happened. I called them every single month to fix it and they never did. Finally in Oct 2020 they gave me a credit, but there was still $300 balance which should’nt be.

    @theinstallguy Sorry to hear you are having issues, this isn't us, There is an outage with the Telus mainline to the internet. Telus is working on it right now. We will keep you posted.

    to fix it including her phoning Microsoft, I finally found a solution. A very helpful Telus IT guy spent 45 minutes patiently walking me through it. We discovered it was the brand new hard drive. I just had to borrow the Ethernet cable from the tv and plug in the booster.
