Quinn K Chase (@QuinnJKChase) reported@jodyvance @TELUS They advertise that if you don’t have fibre (we didn’t) that you have 90’s service. We had 90’s service just like you have and a pixelated picture when it rained. One thing I do know, at $200+ a month, I sure didn’t pay 90’s prices!

travis the angry canadian 🇨🇦🇺🇸 (@Travisbecker17) reported@TELUSsupport it’s very inconvenient when your call center closed and the Telus connect app is still down and not allowing me to Change my wifi name and password for the last 4 straight weeks. What is going on?

Kerry Sauriol (@CrunchyCarpets) reportedDear @telus and @TELUSsupport please cancel our account with you. We have been trying since the new year. We have been on hold now for a very long time. Again. Your company is a nightmare now.

Kathy Steffich Wells (@kittybunbun4) reported@jodyvance @TELUS I hate Telus, they are just the worst in customer service or lack of it. I am with Rodgers and they are great.

Dustin De Yaegher (@duder_1987) reported@BantrySeedFarms @TELUS No better in Manitoba. Absolutely **** for the money we pay.
-
Canadian Sledge Hammer (@RealityoftheSit) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport first of all the $25 is USD, and you can find plenty of very cheap cellphone plans in Canada. You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot
-
Chad Stewart 🇨🇦 (@Jiggly_Pig) reported@jodyvance @TELUS I’ve had Starlink for years. It was down once for a glitch for about 6 hours, but that was the only incident in five years.
-
Jordan Steele (@jordan26steele) reported@TheGunzShow @kellyinvegas They were initially intended for the trades-trucking industry but Nextel and Telus (Canada) saw the obsession with them and started pushing them on everyone. Worst mistake ever.
-
Vikram Barhat (@VikramBarhat) reported@jodyvance @TELUS If it’s any consolation, Bell fiber is just as bad.

Deaks (@realone0doubt) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Lmao $100 a month? I pay $50 a month and have more GB than i can deal with … with telus. I get ur point but maybe slim down ur plan a bit and stop thinking u need every option
