Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

@LJMW169 I have tried Telus, Koodo, Rogers, Bell, Virgin. They all have horrid customer service and policies. Cell phone companies are a racket!

Went to @TELUS store to replace my 3 yr old phone... after 45 mins of listening to the rep breakdown plans and offers, i’m told my account is too new for any of the offers to be honoured. If it wasn’t 5 the Canada/US plans I need for work I’d never leave @Fidomobile

@Netflix_CA why do shows show as watched under my profile but according to my account activity I've never watched them? Seems to have started after I linked my account to Telus partner

@TELUSsupport this is a massive 3G/LTE/5G outage across the lower mainland. Both TELUS & Public Mobile accounts affected. Is this an internal issue? Or external forces?

4/4 Who else got sold a bill of goods? This is not a great business strategy, poor customer relations are built, not to mention the time taken by us and them to determine this should never have been sold to us. Yay Telus!
