Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

@TELUS @tamarataggart @TELUS is your system down? We are calling customer service but no answer to help correct our internet problem!?

  • AlbertNash ..... (@AlbertNash) reported

Call for Big 3 to improve the wireless network infrastructure in Canada. If Telus, Bell and Rogers try and hike monthly phone costs to improve the network it should be denied. If they can’t afford to pay for something they should have been maintaining already … #rogersoutage

@TELUSsupport Just had appallingly bad experience trying to change cell from @Rogers to @Telus, still don’t know if order is correct. CSR was completely inept

@MsJLopez @RogersHelps Lol I hope you understand an outage like this can happen to telus and bell as well. Quit acting like Roger's did this intentionally damn you people piss me off

  • phkcheung Kenneth Cheung (@phkcheung) reported

@TELUSsupport Can I please get a contact number for a local department in Canada that knows the procedure of how to correct a mistake in the account information made by the Telus sales team? I have been passed around different departments in Philippines with no issue being resolved.

I really think the CRTC needs to step in on this Rogers buying Shaw deal and kill it before it can even bud. Let's not even talk about how useless Telus is as a service provider.

  • IsleBeth Darkest Grey (@IsleBeth) reported

@TELUSsupport Telus stopped broadcasting internet yesterday morning. Done everything up to and including a hard reset. Been on support chat for over an hour with the queue repeatedly resetting. Support not accepting calls... What now?

  • Kabirsagoo_ Kabir Sagoo (@Kabirsagoo_) reported

I wonder if @TELUS will help me leave rogers

  • Tyler__Noble Tyler Noble (@Tyler__Noble) reported

@kathi_leafs No that extra $60 on the bill is for financing the phone through your cell provider. Rogers, Bell, Telus etc. calls and texts are standard with all our plans now but what really gets you is the Data usage. Also, if you go over your data, they slow down your speed to 3G levels

  • TissueMike Mike Tissue (@TissueMike) reported

@CP24 No need to waste time or money, it was a hack. Bigger issue is are they still inside Rogers? Can they turn off Bell or Telus when they want? How much will it cost to remove them.
