    Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

    Looks like my @TELUS account has been compromised for the second time in a month. The support phone lines are closed, the online assistant doesn't work. What the hell is going on, @TELUSsupport? I think it's time I switch phone providers.

    @TELUSsupport First of all there’s a due date I paid within that date so why charge me? That’s very misleading. I won’t be paying for this and if that’s the way Telus likes to deal with this consider me leaving this provider with such crappy customer service

    @dluft27 @cmcalgary @TELUS Cloud based pvr recordings are unacceptably glitchy with #ShawCable as well. Telus just sucks more.

    @dluft27 @cmcalgary @TELUS This was a modem issue for us. New modem and dvr box fixed it.

    Why are my parents still paying over 100 dollars a month for apparently the best wifi @TELUS gives but it’s still terrible?? Get ur **** together @TELUS and we is getting a new plan with another company cause this has been a problem for years.

    Switching back to @Shawhelp today (on account of our @TELUS bill shooting up by $100). Telus cut our service off 24 hours earlier than agreed upon. Seems like an immature way to handle a break up. 💔 @TELUSsupport

    My packet loss ping and internet on my pc has been terrible I’m currently factory resetting my computer to prove to the shittiest internet company @TELUS that it’s not my computer it’s the ****** wifi they give my parents pay over 100 dollars a month for

    @Terence75852488 @BrynMightyMouth Same. And when I needed a box replaced, they came within a couple days, fixed no problem. Love Telus.

    @BrynMightyMouth Shaw / Rogers advertises 500 mb/ps and they can reach that but average in at about 300, so you can go with Telus for 75 and that’s not averaged down yet or Shaw at average 300.
