Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

@David_Moscrop I was on Telus for about 10 years and never had any problems. I recently switched to Freedom mobile because they had the phone I wanted. No problems and more mobile data, but their coverage outside of cities is poor. I WFH, so no big deal.

@telus So when the local power substation goes down it takes down your LTE on cell phones with it? Cellular internet is slow and barely useable.

@ryaninstapleton @rgodfrey @AoDespair honestly I am perturbed that advertisers have free reign to use cute animals as their brand. **** you TELUS

Sorry @TELUS but even with 5G watching my hockey team @Canucks play is a joke. Nothing but interruptions every minute. IMO 5G is a joke which I pay for. Got rebates for me for crap service??? @CRTCeng

Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport fix your bloody network. No reason I should only get 1 bar of LTE but full bars of 3G. Make your network switch to low band LTE sooner 😠

  • digitalhomeca Digital Home Canada (@digitalhomeca) reported

Warning. My daughter was scammed into typing #2030 on her cell phone and was charged $4.99 by @FreedomMobile. This scam has been ripping Canadians for over 8 years because @Bell Rogers & Telus continue to make money everytime. Sad but true. Solution: DON't use shortcodes at all

@FionaMattatall re the ref letter. Likely a doc not switching off caps lock vs TELUS issue.
