  @MikeMartignago Why won’t @TELUS step up to buy the club? They have the money and would be celebrated as community heroes for decades to come. Customer base explosion. They can write off losses in the down years.

  Streaming services that offer more programming for as little as $10/mo. vs $100/mo. for a cable tv corporation with lousy programming and ****** service. Put Rogers, Telus and Bell into bankruptcy Canada, you’ll thank me later.

  @cdntradegrljenn I'm on a $50/mo unlimited plan with Rogers that includes no roaming charges. Absolutely NONE! Longtime Telus customer and they couldn't give me free roaming. Rogers is the devil but Telus got to $17/day for roaming.

  @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport You wanna pay low mobile rates, talk to the people in India, if not we have the Canadian Cusotmer Service line, but that cost $15 more a month. Your choice.

  @SerenaCMah @WestJet Westjet wanted cheap labor they got it. The agents in Telus El Salvador have a mediocre English level, they can't even understand a spelling, they work with "scripts" unnatural customer service, then they grow after 1 month of training without any experience in airlines at all

  @TELUSsupport Hi Telus support! I cancelled tv and Internet in Jan 26 and you just charged me for equipment not being returned. Canada post shows it returns to you with signature on 26 Jan 26. We need to remove the cancellation charges please.

  @AmazingZoltan There is a common theme with piss-poor customer service and tech companies over the last decade. Bell, Telus, Rogers, Adobe. Also a common theme regarding the CSR on the other side of the phone call.

  @TELUS outsourced all your call offices? Get an operator that can't pronouce my name. You outsourced to a differnt country whose first language is not English? You are losing a customer.
