@dedrie77 @TELUS Ugh. That's not good business. I know the young man who came to our door was pretty adamant that exactly what happened with interruption of service and a mangled yard, wouldn't happen. I have a voice mail stating that someone is coming to fix it soon.

@LisaSingerUBC @TELUSsupport @TELUS That's brutal. I can't imagine no phone with a baby in the house. The installation caused my neighbours landline to fail as well for a while and they missed several important calls relating to health care.

We had no cell phone service until recently. Apparently a telephone line was cut. Possibly by Halkirk where some road construction was going on. There were Telus workers on site.

So..iog.into the @TELUS app. It prompts me to use my points. Takes me to my browser where I have to log in again (of course)...won't accept my log in. Fuuuuuuuuuck ME. Tired of this kind of compete and utter bullshit. Get your **** together Telus.

  • KarlieMildraed KarlieMildraed (@KarlieMildraed) reported

@martini68427538 @AB_EmergAlert I read what happened. Just that the AB Emergency page for the outage has a Telus link to which it connects to a page without any info on the outage. Basically a 404 page. Which is not helpful and should be removed.

@cspotweet @deanvince If you're a Telus customer, being able to reach anyone at any time is always a coin flip.
