Whoa, super disappointed in @bell right now. My husband and I went over 8 MB data this month. Was charged $20!! No warning of getting close to being over. At least when we were with Telus, they would send a text!! 😱 @Bell_Support can you help here???

@drewfurn @TELUS there are many communities without drinking water. boiling the water does not help when the pollution is chemical. where have you heard that the problem was corrected?

Wow Telus. Pay you $175 per month and during a pandemic we are without service for possibly 2 days?? Not acceptable for customers since <2000.
