@Coelasquid I liked it when Telus had actual offices in our small town and I could walk down and pay my bill and local people had jobs. If you had a problem there would be an actual person you could speak to. I’m sure farming it all out to call centres overseas improved profits.

Oh cool, I can't watch the @EdmontonOilers game because I took my family on vacation out of the country. Not sure what I'm paying premium money for @Sportsnet to @telus for. This is why people pirate services. Get your **** together.

@jessyroos Wtf? Telus Health is paid without ever seeing a patient. The govt should want med compliance. Far less expensive to have an easy way for ppl to maintain their meds by phone. Otherwise, when ppl have to book half or full days off of work to get to a refill, they stop.

@TELUSsupport you folks did not read my tweet at all. I am asking you to enable casting on the optik app, make it possible to auth CNN Roku app or MSNBC iOS app. Or better, yet, develop your own Telus app for Roku. Failing any of that, how about Bluetooth audio support on my optik box?

@elishadacey I enabled a feature with Telus called Call Control. It requires inbound callers to enter a (random) number, which robocalls can’t do. Not sure if that addresses your problem, but works well.
