I love how companies just hire Minorities for tech support jobs and have them read off cue cards The guy cant even update a MAC address, if you’re in tech support and cant do that you’re not very technical if even certified at all. Telus tech support is terrible for this

@Daveroe404Dave Thanks for posting this! We were told it was a Telus server issue. We are paramedics and aren’t sure of how it all works with 911. A fire dp centre was able to receive some calls but EMS dispatch was not. In our exp w/AHS dp, they NEVER notify the public of this issue.

@TELUS @CynthiaMD92 I received a 260$ bill to my cancelled account and telus threatened to take it to collections. I've been on the phone 6 hours and they say they can't waive fees on a cancelled account. but they can certainly apply them. File a complaint with CCTS! #CCTS #Extortion

Well to your company credit he did call me back a few minutes after hanging up - but - still couldn’t resolve my issue. When can you connect services? Already been waiting 3 weeks and nobody can provide an eta?@TELUSsupport @TELUS
