  @cyberlander_ @TELUS No, I use shaw at home for internet. This is for our business lines and internet where the problems are occurring. They fcked up our transition from copper to fibre optic, which they asked for, and now I'm dealing with their incompetence.

  @MarkJCarney Excellent news PM Whats BC Hydro going to do ? Currently buying 30% of their power from USA coal fired plants & say 20 shortfall by 2029, Source Global BC news. Telus building 3 data centers. Kamloops one will gobble 1.4 Megawatts or the same as 85,000 people. Need help Tks

  @TELUS @mmabrey1 No one is helping us, and no one is taking accountability. I work from home and have completely lost a full day of work because of this outage and your team’s conflicting information.

  @TELUS I had to switch one already after they went in store to get new sim. Try to help but it’s just another dead zone in southern Ontario. I have others that drop or silence for 10 seconds in same spots while they driving. It’s useless. 20yrs and worst reception.

  @islandviewag Oh I know it - dropped Bell like a bad habit and went with Telus many years ago… marginally better coverage and a good plan for when you skip off US towers while along the St. Lawrence River…. We have abysmal and expensive cell coverage in this country….

  Telus doesnt hire a single Canadian customer care representative and they only operate in Canada. They profit 1.3b per year. That 1.3b could be used to employ roughly 30,000 Canadians full time for 40,000 a year, roughly another 3,000 if they fired the international employees.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Kicked Telus to the curb last week, they asked why, I told them their installers who were contracted for 2.5 hrs came and did half *** job in 30 minutes while speaking Punjabi in my house. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.
