But that's fine. Since @TELUS/@TELUSSupport don't want to cooperate and simply MOVE their vehicle forward SO I CAN GET OUT AND TO MY APPOINTMENT, I will call @ICBC to file a complaint on their driver, as well as call a TOWING COMPANY to have their driver's truck towed away.

@em616 @TELUS Sure was. Zero service issues. I should mention I’ve since switched to Virgin Because the Costco kiosk offered me a bunch of Costco gift cards when I needed a new phone. Zero issues there either and still cheap (relatively)

@stevenchase the facts don't really align behind "oligarchic gatekeepers" being the problem in telecom and air travel. Is he suggesting that Bell, Telus, Air Canada, Westjet are "oligarchic" ? We know about Rogers. We know about "regulatory capture and excessive lobbying influence"

@TELUSsupport very frustrating dealing with Telus ! Always over an hour wait and the call back never calls you back! How is this possible for a phone company to not answer the phone….

@Coprolithic I'm one of those that was happy to find a better paying job before having to move out to the purpose built call centre in the middle of a field. Working out of Telus tower was fine. Job itself wasn't terrible and I have a signed photo of Michael Dell somewhere.
