    I even said no one will call me back. I have never seen such bad controls between departments or any accountability from @adtcanada. This is probably the worst service I have received for a simple request to fulfill my order. Will anyone NOW listen to my concern @TELUS

    @Ani1u7 @Rogers @Bell @TELUS I have a sharing plan that's grandfathered so extra lines are cheap. We never go over 10GB combined but I like the cushion. I always bought phones outright but not last time and now flagships are crazy$. Approx $100/mo w/add ons (voice to text vcmail, etc).

    @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    @FemiNelson1 @Bell I managed to get through around 8am but call-taker said his board went from nice quiet start of his shift with zero callers to almost five-thousand in pending in span of ten minutes. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

    @AmyBeeman @TELUS @TELUSsupport We recently cancelled our old Bell satellite TV service because (as we had to tell them 100 times) we don't need satellite TV service for $80. Done. The next day they called my mom trying to talk her into... you guessed it... the same satellite TV service at the same price.

    @AmyBeeman @TELUS @TELUSsupport We recently moved and decided to give up our landline ($40-ish per month). When I called Telus to cancel it, they said we could give it to you for $5 a month, so you would still have it if you needed it. WTF!

    @TELUSsupport so I haven’t had hydro for almost a week now because of the devastating storm that ripped through Ottawa last Say May 21. I have had to use my phone for hotspotting. I have no more high speed data. I have been a Telus customer a long time.

    @AmyBeeman @TELUS @TELUSsupport I know what you are going through, every month the Telus bill is about $50 to $100 over the service agreement amount so it takes about an hour each month to have them correct my bill.
