Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

I was looking at opening a $T Telus fibre Internet account and seeing what the prices/speeds were for comparison to Rogers. On the website it says they are open to 6:30pm pacific and no one is available to talk to me today but get this...
