@TELUS is absolutely the worst company in this country. 2-3 hours minimum on the phone for a representative. They need to pay me back for my time at this point. If you want to get a phone with them DONT.

@TELUSsupport 24 hours is unacceptable and with all my major corporations that I’ve dealt with I have NEVER experienced this. Your team cannot assist when I can’t even request a call back. Your system is completely broken. We are going to wait until we can drive 3 hours to our nearest Telus.

@TELUS when are we going to get internet back for our business? It’s been out since Sat night!!!! We use internet to answer our phones, take payments at front desk and for our cafe. 2 days to fix this is unacceptable, I have spoken to 5 different agents all scheduling a tech!
