    .@TELUS called me to chat about switching my business account to them. WTF?!? Calling from Montreal! I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail

    Telus Advanced Billing Well isn't this an easy scam for them. Another goddamn fiddley problem. I wasn't refunded my amount owed on shut off.

    I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

    A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

    @zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

    Problems With Telus Again They've charged me for around two weeks before my phone was activated. My bill is $15 more a month than expected..

    @TELUS Hey you folks TELUS annual revenue for 2021 was $13.435B, a 17.32% increase from 2020. TELUS annual revenue for 2020 was $11.452B, a 4.16% increase from 2019. While we get ****** customer service. We wait hours on the phone for assistance !

    @elishadacey I enabled a feature with Telus called Call Control. It requires inbound callers to enter a (random) number, which robocalls can’t do. Not sure if that addresses your problem, but works well.

    @TELUS @ExcellenceCan What's the cost of canceling the contract early? This has been the worst company experience of my life. I'd have asked the chat-bot, but it's just another one of the Telus things that doesn't work well.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I run a Makerspace and we would like to use TELUS as our ISP. We are a registered None Profit Society in BC. I spoke to the TELUS business group and was offered great rates but the length of term is an issue. Is there another group at TELUS I can speak with?

    @BenKlass Easy for #CRTC to forebear a service when its only users are “customers”. (eg: banks). When competitors (eg cellular carrier) needs the service, no longer obvious. When you’re a competitor to both Telus and Rogers, chances are you can’t negotiate competitor wireline rates.
