    Problems With Telus Again They've charged me for around two weeks before my phone was activated. My bill is $15 more a month than expected..

They put in a reply & said it's confidential an abridged version not filed s. 32(2) of rules. Thus zero record

    @Nicole013 @TELUS The stupid site just won't let me redeem. I have done everything I am supposed to. It just won't. I am eligible, have cleared cookies, check both emails, etc., and I even signed in to make sure it is with the account I still have (it is), so there is a glitch somewhere.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I am using T3200 unit, which does not work well with all my devices, was told by CSR I cannot get the new Telus wifi hub, because I am on copper. The new hub supports both copper and fibre. As a customer I should be able to choose either unit.

    Dear @INTERAC, I wonder if you can help my "friends" here at @FreedomMobile , they seem to be having trouble with their interac on line. So they grossly overcharge people who must come into their stores to pay with interac. $2.00 per interac transaction? Please help them. #Telus?

    @SalsaTekila I’m so ******* confused lol. Where ******** does rent cost $80 and data cost $15 I’m in BC. My rent is $1300 which is amazing for my area. $80 for data through Telus. Had cheaper plans but always burn through it and get overcharged. $80 is unlimited
