    Telus Advanced Billing Well isn't this an easy scam for them. Another goddamn fiddley problem. I wasn't refunded my amount owed on shut off.

    @TELUS I cannot see a way to send a DM even when I followed you ... I may be mistaken but if not - the offer to help looks a lot like Telus fibre that's not there. Telus offers great products except they don't exist. The Better Business organization ought to investigate Telus!

    What’s with @Bell @TELUS @Eastlink coming door to door to sell me stuff? It’s happening every 2-3 months. I have purple cow for internet and virgin for my mobile plan. Until you can compete with these prices stop sending sales ppl to the door. I’ll never buy anything door to door

    @TELUSsupport What support really? Just got off the worst call you can imagine. Overcharged on my bill and when the rep couldn’t explain it, put me on hold and transferred knowing the office is already closed. Such a disappointment with you Telus

    @TELUS I’ve called 4 times. Each time they are unable to fix the problem. The problem is your app does not work with iOS.
