    @AmiskAggie I’ve had anywhere from 5mbps to 220mbps download speeds the last week and it hits a blip every 30 min or so for a minute or two. This morning it’s been down a couple times for 20 min each time. Not much better than Telus hub we had and lots more $$

    @IRPlawyer @TELUSsupport No sarcasm intended, but I feel your pain. Our Telus services noticeably declined after Fibre Optik was introduced in 2019. Quality of customer and technical support also declined. Yesterday, I lost Internet connectivity 10 times. /2

    @IRPlawyer @TELUSsupport We have had nothing but problems with telus internet here on the Sunshine Coast . 5 years of never ending visits and promises to fix . will be leaving telus this year as well .

    Just so everyone is aware, this response from #TELUS was complete theatrics. This was for show to make it appear that customer service is important to them. My issue, is an issue of safety and they are unwilling to help me.

    @IRPlawyer @TELUSsupport Unplug the router for 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in. If you actually got through to Telus support that’s the first thing they tell you to do. I’m sure you’ve already tried that but just in case.

    @Jackie_Dudgeon So far so good. Have a ether net connection set up next we'd so we can get service in the shop. Much better than Telus
