@elks @TELUS My QB made another bad pass but it is my fault for not catching it.

@facepalmchris Remember when JY used to pretend to work for Telus? They must have called him out on his **** cause he’s got a bone to pick with them at the moment!

  • sblomkamp Steven Blomkamp 🌾 (@sblomkamp) reported

Currently paying $100 for 1000mbp/s with Telus, but it runs at 70mbp/s, and disconnects frequently. They identified the problem as their side, sent someone over for free to fix it. It's not fixed, and then charged me for his service. Yeah, never use Telus. I'm switching ISP asap

  • fraips Tyler Fraipont (@fraips) reported

@darthvanderlaan @TELUS Huh, I didn't know Bell bought Telus. Sounds like the same quality customer service.

@TELUSsupport I think you missed the point (seems to happen a lot with telus apparently). Your own employees are saying pik is 'crap' to up sell to optik.

@trustednerd @TELUSsupport @TELUS Not everything requires a lawsuit, damn life must be so frustrating when you're so angry and constantly wanting to be the victim

  • unringablebell The Unringable Bell (@unringablebell) reported

@FrogInevitable @JeanLucMarches1 Rogers is Fido's parent company. Quality of service is reduced to account for Fido's lower rates but otherwise the same. Koodo belongs to Telus. Bell owns Lucky & Virgin. These are known as mvno's.

  • LeafsGirl14 Paisley Cornell | She/her (@LeafsGirl14) reported

@InsiderOilers @darthvanderlaan @TELUS I found that I've had to repeat "actually, I think I'm going to go ahead and just cancel" two to three times before they gave me a reason to stay.

  • Snowchimp_Dev Darren | Snowchimp Interactive (@Snowchimp_Dev) reported

@sblomkamp Our Telus internet has been pretty terrible lately, not sure what's going on. I was going to try upgrading my router to see if that helps.

  • KonesMcrod Kones_McRod (@KonesMcrod) reported

@facepalmchris All the telus techs I encountered were at worst, a little stressed from their 12 work days. You know Yaniv was acting like a white trash karen the whole time, berating them on what they can touch or what they can do.
