Pissed off . Was on home call today but now I have to stay in the hospital because Telus is down and for some reason can’t make or receive calls to/from land lines so I can’t return any pages . Now in my stupid little hospital bed . Any questions

.@Telus mobile customers in Newfoundland unable to make calls to, or receive calls from “land-lines” caused by power outages in Nova Scotia. Investigating issue, with no ETA at this time. Mobile to mobile is working for now. Not sure if 911 access affected #nlwx #Fionahurricane

After a long wait on the phone and telus customer service 2 hours and talking to a customer service provider for 32 minutes then getting hung up on followed by another 2 hours wait then they just hang up on every body is an insult to customer service. The crtc should look into it

@Rogers WTF Rogers?! We had a hurricane, Bell works, Telus works. In emergency situations, Rogers Communications fails every time. You gave us an extra 50GB that we can't even access?! I'm so done with this pathetic company. Coming your way @telus @nsgov needs to be on this.
