Internet painfully slow after mandatory upgrade to fibre optic. Speedtest showed 66% of speed I'm paying for. First solution offered was for me to upgrade to faster internet. I suggested I pay 66% of Telus bill. Troubleshooting and speed is back to normal

  • theACshowPodcst Andrew Christopher (@theACshowPodcst) reported

Well that settles it, not checking my voicemail anymore. I just had 3 voicemails (full inbox) and all 3 were hang ups. #telus #talkdonttext

  • Charity91 Charity (@Charity91) reported

@Bell @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have zero cell service today whatsoever, and next to none for the past month. What does it take to get it fixed?! This isn’t fair or acceptable since we pay our cell phone bill every month. Please stop telling us there isn’t an issue!!!!

  • Aletedelimon Alejandra (@Aletedelimon) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport hi there! We have been bombed with messages about upgrading to optic fibre or you'll interrupt our service. We have had 4 different technicians coming to our condo and they all say the same thing: we don't have the fibre installed and they can't do it either.

  • karenkalireigh karen reigh (@karenkalireigh) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I had to speak to too many people and departments who each had to read through pages of “notes” and *still* couldn’t answer the question “Is service available at my address”. Three weeks I waited! Two guarantees of callbacks within a day with an answer, and nothing, both times!

  • susejung Susan (@susejung) reported

@TELUSsupport Is anyone having poor TELUS customer support. Was told that TELUS would phone me on Tuesday night re: billing issue. Nothing. Then was told to expect a call tonight. Nothing. 😠

  • marcedge1 Marc Edge (me/he) (@marcedge1) reported

I thought @shawcable had bad customer service, so I switched to @TELUS . . . almost unbelievably, they are even worse @TELUSsupport

  • cherry_grant cherry grant (@cherry_grant) reported

@CP_CNC @TELUS @TELUSsupport but it’s a lot more reasonable, and telus customer support hasn’t been helpful for me and I’m not into fighting anymore.

  • Chnks_bg Christa (Brownlee) Kuepfer (@Chnks_bg) reported

@Mornington1919 is the tower up and ready yet for 5G? Telus service sucks for country folks with it being down

  • peternowak Peter Nowak (@peternowak) reported

These carriers would basically rent network space from Bell, Rogers and Telus at regulated rates and then sell services to customers as Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). New competition would mean more choice, lower prices. 3/12
