    Getting to 2 days without Internet. Work tomorrow with several critical meetings. @TELUS is doing nothing to address and we’re getting antsy. Everyone we talk to makes promises they then don’t deliver on (when we finally get through). Internet is an essential service.

    @reikokoyama79 @Xplornet I have Telus in town - the Flames/Oilers game last night was 'jumpy'. Poor performance by the provider.

    @TELUSsupport Channl 511 displays "no data" and breaks the "guide", I cannot browse past it. When I goto the Telus piktv website to try to delete channel 511, it indicates the system is down? It has been for 2 days now, I don't want to pay ...service not working!

    @SashaWylde If you have Telus, they have a service you can opt into that requires any number not on a list you provide to give a code when they call. If they don't enter the code then the call is disconnected.

    @Tracey_YYC @TELUS Long long story Tracey with ongoing internet issues, fixed and works for a bit, then craps out. I should say the issue is more with internet, which then knocks out the tv. Very frustrating. We usually cut them short when we call as we have done all the troubleshooting already.

    @drex @TELUS Try calling them. They actuate quite helpful and quite creepily they can tap into your cable box and often resolve the issue
