Telus does have a live online chat, but you're chatting with a bot, and if the bot can't help you, it asks you for a phone number where it can call you back. Typing I HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE MY PHONE IS BROKEN, though cathartic, was unfruitful.

@elonmusk Id have to admit it, We'd be lost if it wasnt for Starlink. Telus and Xplornet have been absolutely god awful and unusable with terrible service. I cant wait for the system to slowly improve so I can start streaming again <3

@myFM_News941 I added on a free service from Telus called "Call Control". The caller must dial a further extension number to get through to me. For "Robo" scam calls, this trip's up the computer. No more scam calls.

So with all these complaints, why do I even have @CraveCanada? Simple: It came free with our @TELUS subscription. But when our free 6 months are up, I will call @telussupport to cancel—unless the Crave team figures out how to fix these fundamental #UX issues.

@TELUS Hi, please kindly add TLN back into your packages. It’s the only broadcaster of Serie A soccer (football) in Canada on cable and the only service beside Fubo that offers it. I really don’t want to subscribe to another streaming service only to watch one league. Thnx.
