@SashaWylde If you have Telus, they have a service you can opt into that requires any number not on a list you provide to give a code when they call. If they don't enter the code then the call is disconnected.

Beware the switch from copper to fibre optic via Telus! All emails lost in switchover, problems with phone (phone now resolved, but has new static), but 2 - 24 hr. promised restoration of email archive @TELUSsupport is now 3 days & still not fixed.

@JimMacLachlan I had a Facebook fight w/ an anti-CBC dweeb. He wrongly said CBC survived on gov't funds & taxpayer $$ while ALL other media "makes it on their own". I tried to educate him about the Canada Media Fund & even the emergency wage subsidy that Bell, Rogers & Telus got. Just denial.

Getting to 2 days without Internet. Work tomorrow with several critical meetings. @TELUS is doing nothing to address and we’re getting antsy. Everyone we talk to makes promises they then don’t deliver on (when we finally get through). Internet is an essential service.
