@TELUS we have been over-billed $590 for US roaming charges on Vancouver Island. Your support and loyalty teams refuse to credit our account for service we did not use. We will cancel all of our services

@TELUS “We understand where you're coming from and want to help as much as possible. However, as per standard procedure, escalations are only handled over the phone” Sorry, no @telus I am not talking anymore. My standard procedure is to cancel $6000/yr in services and contact the media

We’ve been without our @TELUS satellite tv since Dec 9th. Bill in the mail today, and you got it, they have the cheek to charge us for that missing service. @TELUSsupport

@TELUSsupport @TELUS is it so hard for you guys to fix a bill? Its been months. So many long calls. Horrible customer service. I wish I could just end the services in a blink. So freaking mad right now. Every single time falsely assured. @ShawInfo resolved promptly every time.

@Koleffwest @TELUS I can only imagine what it is like for people on the border. If you haven't already, turn off roaming - at least that will help going forward. They should also be sending a text whenever you go onto a foreign network. At least that is what Rogers does.

So my @TELUS internet service has just stopped the past four day for no reason. No notification of an interruption and no reason there would be one. And don't tell me to unplug it and plug it back in again.. I can't even call anyone to help. I'm using the worst week..

I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport do better. I am paying you guys hard earned money. And in return you are giving me ****** service. You have all call recordings right? Take my account number. And go listen to them first before you try to assure me again.

@TELUS worst customer service I have ever been involved with. You need to sort out your call agents or something. Long conversation yesterday with an agent. Today no record of the call and everything discussed. Looking for other options now. Feels like you are a bunch of liars.
