@SAndersonshpk @UbakaOgbogu I've found Shaw to be better on the customer service side. I would have to get half price before I even thought about switching to Telus, worst customer service ever.

Had an issue that has been bothering me that should’ve been a simple fix. I contacted @TELUSsupport and for the first time they failed miserably. I can no longer refer other people to @TELUS as a result.

@TELUSsupport Just called that number. Seems like they just deal with Telus Mobility. Didn't seem to have any options for dealing with Telus Optik issues. Really not user friendly at all.

@RogersHelps Dont buy anything from them. This company is fraud. I ordered iphone 12 pro on boxing day and they have cancelled it without my permission. Now they say I have to pay extra money to order that again. Bullshit Moving to @TELUS again. They have a great customer service

@Crackmacs @cluemoviefan Telus likes to tout their fibre optik network but it's not available in half the city. They are ridiculous.

@taxbuster88 @TELUS yeah I was looking through the telus thread, noticed some people discovering channels they never ordered & other services upgraded that they never asked for showing up on their bills. A page right out the the deceptive sales practices handbook.

@SAndersonshpk @UbakaOgbogu Yes, it's difficult to avoid them. Really just have to go with who has the better package for your address and swallow your pride... Generally Telus Fibre for areas covered by it, Shaw otherwise. Shaw tends to have better customer service in my experience.
