@TELUSsupport Just on hold with Telus Mobility customer service for the last 40 minutes. Disappointing I don’t recommend Switching to them it seems they really don’t care about their customers. If they did they would allocate the proper resources

@elonmusk I live in 🇨🇦 and am not able to place a call from my house, Wi-Fi calling is choppy at best. Not to mention I just came off a week on the West Coast Trail with my kids, was treacherous, would have been really nice to have service! Hope Canada gets on board @TELUS @RogersHelps

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS MORE "Kyle": There is actually only $28.16 that's reaching 60 days. If you can clear this amount now, that would help you with past due days. Otherwise, you would need to pay the full $282.30 in 13 days. Of course, $300 in 3 days would totally cover it. You're a liar, Cindy.

I realize that if the CRTC approves Telus' request, the other companies will probably follow suit but I wanted 2 B clear about how a long-term, good-paying customer feels about it & the ****** cust. service they get in return. What occurred yesterday is how Telus ALWAYS treated me.
