A big ‘**** you’ to the @CRTCeng for allowing credit card processing fees to be transferred to customers. @TELUS is making millions in profit in this telecom monopoly Canadian market. Thanks for accruing more cost for Canadians during these times.

I'm having problems with my cable again. 1 of which is every time I use my land line my cable cuts out! WTAF is going on Telus? A technician is coming this morning around the same time as my doctor's phone appointment! FML!

@CP24 @TELUS has already told their customers they will be pushing the cost back on them. It makes sense as cell phone service is dirt cheap already (full sarcasm intended)

@MobileSyrup Simple, I will never use Telus if they move ahead. The Big 3 telecom in Canada are so spoiled without enough competition, and they think they can do whatever they want. We should wake them up.

Can anyone recommend an Internet service besides Telus… tried to switch to them today and it was impossible and painful. Eventually gave up and cancelled the switch

@bdanks @Pagmenzies Part of the issue is what people can afford. I mean food is gone up and not stopping, Telus is adding a 1.5% surcharge (2$), and boy, it's one of the largest tariff files I have ever seen over a lousy 2$. El cheapo Canadian site may draw a crowd (like basic TV). Build from there

@Fred75343389 @sfcfdf Just saw on Telus account that they are adding 1.5% to mobile and home service bills paid via credit card starting in Oct.
