@CeilidhMK im with telus, during the hurrican and days after it was crap service, data was ****. but once the power was restored at home my service has been a lot better and haven’t had any issues

@TELUS just got woken up by alarm and I called to find out what's happening (no one from Telus called). Apparently my battery died YESTERDAY. No call from monitoring or anything? How is this service? Never had one issue with ADT, this is issue #4 with @TELUS all within months.

@TELUSsupport I have now been waiting on the phone for ALMOST TWO BLOODY HOURS waiting to talk to a representative! What kind of customer service is THIS? With all the profit Telus is rolling in it might be nice if they cared about their customers enough to hire some more help.

@teesang Don't do it! I had seamless service from @ADT, ever since @TELUS took over, I've had issue after issue. Newest issue not getting a call when my alarm battery died!
