@jacquesleger17 @DanAlbas That won't be accurate either. At least on Telus, the plan prices went down but the change wasn't automatic. I had to manually make the change to save the money.

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus your support sucks. You don’t keep promises. You send exuberant bills with no logic. I started with $70 per month but you send $122 bill in hardly 7 maths. You Pls get me off of your contract. I am afraid by the time my contract is over I may get bankrupt

Backing up 40TB to 2 cloud services... so 80TB upload. Looking at Telus Pure Fibre 1.5 Gigabit... exactly same 940 Mbps upload limit as their (1.0) Gigabit service (which we use). That is unexpected... thought Fiber speeds are always symmetrical?

…me and hubbs taken the pm off for this, have spent already 2+hours on the phone with you to make this happen, @Telus is charging me more for slower service, broken PVR, and now canceled install to fix, @TELUSsupport is saying it was US WHO CANCELLED IT?..

@BradleyVis Nope. My bill literally went from $50 15 years ago to $200+ monthly ! I said good bye Telus ! With shaw now. Pay $50 for two phones 👏🏻👏🏻 better service
