    @marcdweber Happened to me with Telus. But when calling Telus, those times no longer exist and each time I ask collections company to send documentation, it never arrives and they don’t call for 6-8 months, then rinse and repeat.

    @TELUSsupport years ago. That is likely why this problem was fixed at the time. All my family are currently in the process of cancelling their @Telus accounts.

    @sxedtal I was with Telus for the longest and then someone told me to use Shaw cuz it's faster. Their servers crash like 4x a day, it's so bad.

    @TELUSsupport technician to come and repair the intercom. Until today at 1:30pm when a @Telus technician called me to inform that his supervisor told him to not do the service call. My tenants are from Refugees from Syria and didn't speak much English 5

    @TELUSsupport yes, finally. A nice chap from Guatemala given faulty technology (not his fault). Unbelievable wait times (an hour) for a business line, to increase dividends and support a paycheque in South America. Thanks @TELUS ! /s
