I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

@suuuoppp I'm on Novus, haven't had any issues and they are the cheapest by far. Was on Telus before them, they worked well too. If your building is old and only has copper wires go with Telus or Shaw but ask for a 2nd wire to get you 150mb/s down if 75 isn't enough! Cheers

@TELUS @TELUSsupport The call dropped because your network is absolutely horrible. When he called back He was informed a manager would be calling him within 3 hours and we have still yet to hear anything nearly 20 hours later. This is abysmal customer service and I am fed up.
