  @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

  @CalgaryDave Actually it was all the Indian Temporary Foreign Workers that popped up about 3 years ago at Rogers, Telus, etc, that were collecting all the phone number info and demographics, whenever they sold a phone or hooked up a new service. The company's only crime was stupidity to hire a bunch of foreigners. The same TFWs moonlighted making spam calls and fraud calls.

  @TELUS was offered a promo today but due to technical issues on the reps end, I wasn't able to get it. They told me I had to call them back another day Why do I need to call & wait on hold to redeem an offer that'll end up in me paying you guys more a month for? Seems backwards.

  The sound is all ****** up on the @TELUS TV app and @Sportsnet plus doesn’t want to work either. For what I pay for this **** I’m very unimpressed

  @jffxns Reminds me of why im never going back to telus for internet. I'd had similar 10 years ago. Was paying about $120 month for "high speed internet" of 6mbps cause that was the fastest offered to my house/town. Parents paid the same price for same package, but was 500mbps for them.

  @GeorgeHampton25 @WestJet WJ wanted cheap customer service they got it. The agents in Telus El Salvador have a mediocre English level, they can't even understand a spelling, they work with "scripts" unnatural customer service, then they grow after 1 month of training without any exp in airlines at all
