    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    @PNM_79 @elonmusk Telus doesn’t have fibre optics. It is very slow. Mobile signals are bad in area. Shaw did a phone survey asking if we would switch if we did fibre. We said yes but that was 2 years ago.

    @megstoll @Shawhelp @TELUS I had 4 years of paying for their internet 75... on a good day, you might get 5-10... about half the time it was practically dial up. They didn't do a damn thing until Telus upgraded and ate their lunch, then seem mystified why so many people dumped them

    An hour so far on the phone with @TELUS, cancelling an account. Three separate agents and lots of time on hold as they try to find answers. With technology and support so awful, why do we trust Telus with our health systems?

    @mattdagley @TELUS @TELUSsupport On my “unlimited data” plan with Telus, it caps ar a certain point and then my internet becomes circa 1999 speed. It’s terrible. Considering what Bell has done for customers on the east coast this weekend. I am considering switching to them from my 15 years with Telus.

    The state of telecom contracts in this country is truly scandalous. I was just informed I would have to pay nearly 800$ to terminate my contract with @TELUS and RETURN THE PHONE!

    @TELUS I am serious if I can’t get through in less than an hour to place an order that I simply can’t do in the app. It will be the very last straw and I will cancel my service altogether. I am done after over 14 years as a customer
