    Friggin' ADT by Telus...been on hold for 70 minutes with tech support...never waited more than 5 minutes before Telus bought them...

    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    That’s ok @RogersHelps, you’ll get your cancellation fee from me for a overpriced service that I couldn’t use because your coverage in #caledonia sucks but I’ll make sure everyone in Caledonia knows if they switch to @TELUS their data will actually work. Can’t say I’ll miss you.

    @dinnerwithjulie @TELUS I would never accept doing this either. If I ever do then I would leave the store and go somewhere else also. That’s beyond ridiculous. I expect customer service with all I pay monthly for any plan. And our data plans here in Canada are still beyond believable. 😬

    @bowcyclesports @dinnerwithjulie @TELUS Because we live in Canada and for some strange reason treated like some sort of backwoods frontier type society where cell phone companies treat customers like they’re laying down the first railways across a new country and therefore able to charge whatever they want

    @dinnerwithjulie @TELUS Best of luck with Shaw. Terrible service outside the city and the 2 GB of data won’t last long. I live near the edge of the city and often was considered “roaming”, burning up the 2 GB nationwide in no time.
