@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

@Palmersfortune The fundamentals on the company are strong. This is not merely hype, but a rally sustained by strong fundamentals and real catalysts (such as $NVDA diclosed as a customer & the Telus article that resurfaced).

@genymoneyca Interesting read. We just switched to Telus and managed to get 5 phones (whole family) for $180 all in month to month. Regular things they all offer (Canada & US stuff). They gave us 500GB shared a month which we will never get close to using.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Rogers is the worst Victor Dodig is the new CEO interesting to see if he can turn this company around as CIBC did very well under his leadership

@PsudoMike Okay. Although I guess I'd say there is no longer an incentive to buy hardware from Telus. Telus's best customer retention pricing is still worse than BestBuy, let alone other places.

@JonFraserTF @WitchsBeFlockin @TELUS They all like it when people bundle because it's harder to ditch them if one of the three services goes to ****. They used to compete on better customer service. Now, they DGAF because for every customer they lose due to bad service they gain from someone else's bad service.

@TELUS They don't recognize my email, password is incorrect and ask me to reset it. Have done that several times but it never seems to work I have an email today "Koodo Apple Stream" and was able to get in from my "save e-mail address and password but not when I type Koodo for access?

It seems @TELUS is fine with its business clients waiting three weeks to get a problem fixed. Imagine running a business and having to face that situation. Is Telus going to reimburse me for the three weeks I won't have service they are suppose to provide?

@BlueNeox @JonFraserTF @TELUS Thank you-I didn't know that. My hope is for Star Link to get into cellphone networking service.
