@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

Well today is not a good day so far…. I’ve been told that if we can’t get our internet fixed with Shaw, we have to go to Telus. And since I live in a small town, Telus is pretty **** for options. Which means I may have to quite FFXIV. The only game keeping me happy.

@cbcmarketplace Had talk and text service with Telus. A few years later, partner signed up for same. They gave him a $5 discount and sent me an announcement that I would be charged $5 extra per month. Can you say sleazy tactics?

That database software was some garbage called NOD - Nightingale On Demand (bought by Telus now, if you care), but it had this amazing VTT app built in. Only the employees who worked directly with clients
