    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    @TELUSsupport There we never a way to resolve this issue. The other uses report is fixing itself after an hour or so but doesn’t seem telus provided a fix. Yes it will resolve after an hour, but very annoying when trying to watch something.

    @TELUS your wifi is awful. We have struggled for a year and you have found no solution for us. We may have to try another provider now.

    and don't have NFC. My iPhone SE does have NFC, but doesn't support Google Pay. So I signed up for a 10GB/mo plan on Koodo which is Telus and seems to have more towers around my office. If that works on the Moto Z3 Play - I have no option but to switch carriers.

    @MDrelichman @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport Once you get used to how to deal with Telus you will find their service to be of high quality. Companies and government offices should all do callback instead of having people wait on the phone. That would be one obvious improvement.

    @acrufox Should be fine, as long as the phone has dual sim standby. (I'm using T-Mobile/Freedom.) I sometimes have to force the network connection, otherwise they stay roaming (the T-Mo sim on Telus/Bell & Freedom on AT&T).
