  @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

  @TELUSsupport I live in Ajax, Ontario and work from home. My Telus home internet has been down since early morning today. I have restarted modem multiple times. When i try to call support it's 1 hour wait time. Its ridiculous.

  @TELUS Nobody gave me an asset calling, and the support team in the app is really slow, I did had an answer but I’m not happy with the service attention.

  @TELUS @mmabrey1 Absolutely losing my mind with TELUS right now. We have been completely without internet service for over 30 hours and counting. To make matters worse, the level of misinformation and runarounds from customer service has been completely unacceptable:

  @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

  Hey @TELUS, I’m using your international roaming service, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The data is painfully slow, and calls keep dropping. Is this really what you charge CAD $18 per day for? Shame on you.
