    @TELUSsupport I heard there is a way with Telus customers to force someone to press a button to activate the call, how do I set that up? It'll cut down on all the robocall scammers, at least until STIR/SHAKEN gets activated.

    @joshnet They are acting a reseller selling voice comm's. Telus has had some fights with others I was told. But I've never seen anything public. Just saw some nasty-gram fights between the two.

    I've had @TELUS for 6 or so yrs and when they update s/ware the service on the wireless boxes goes down so I have to power cycle. When that doesn't work I'll call @TELUSsupport and that convo starts with them telling me to power cycle. Every 2 wks. *Sigh* Time to unplug again.

    @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell @TELUS Then Telus proceeds to say it’s my own fault for having to much in the network lol. I’ve had more then this in the past with no problem, until they sent me the new modem, since then, it went to hell for speed and reliability!

    trying to help myself manage my own finances by switching to public mobile away from my super expensive plan i have with telus right now. we are talking over $100 in difference now that i own my phone. however PM literally is the worst ******* site ive ever dealt with

    @ShawInfo Why are the shaw cable boxes so SLOOOOWWW? I have model AX013ANM. If this doesn't change soon, I will be changing to @TELUS. Not just my box, as both my sons have the same problem @Shawhelp

    @AyuuniiArt man, the fact that Telus sucks *** regardless of whether you live in the middle of the prairies or in the city really says a lot tbh. I'm still looking for a good Telus replacement myself but stay away from Shaw, they have daily internet outages in my town

    MST time? 7:48 in YVR-8:48 MST? @TELUSsupport your website say’s 9pm MST voicemail said you’re closed. (Called earlier &got estimated 90min wait time) However... I may be wrong with the times? Being charged for ADT and @telus SmartHome-need help sorting out please!
