    @koodo I guess that depends if the reason is so no one else can see the problem I’m having. Your support supervisor told me it was a security policy change and I wasn’t aloud to speak with his supervisor. This is all since Koodo sold themselves out to Telus. DM will accomplish nothing

    @globalnewsto @AnneGaviola @AntonyRobart Everything is increasing...my basic Telus has gone up $14 per month in 1 year. In June 2020 it was $105....now it's $123 and no service change. So that a 17% increase over 16 months?? 😈😈

    @TELUSBusiness We have Telus Business with some of our work cell phones. The experience with the agents on the phone makes me hang up and say how much I hate Telus. Customer service has changed in the last five years with Telus to where I used to support Telus but not anymore.

    @ride_rd @FreedomMobile Good to know. I switched to Public Mobile a month ago and have been very happy with it so far, despite it being a 3G network. half the price of Telus too.

    @TELUSsupport your service sucks since I have to call Telus for ADT support. ADT used to respond in two min. Been on hold on your emergency line for 40 MINUTES. UNACCEPTABLE

    @EPCOR is there a self serve way on the website to change from variable to fixed rate services, or do I need to call? @TELUS service so bad in my neighborhood I can't use my phone at home most days
