@CRTCeng What are you going to do now that they all did not bother? Telus did not even advise their tech support and cust service that people would be calling. It does not exist. Customers can leave if they want as competition doesn't have it either. Everyone laughing at CRTC.

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I am w virgin, have not had issues w them, and I know virgin is bell. Been w them for eons. Customer service has always been great at rectifying any issues quickly, majority was my own doing as well.

@distinctivename @johnsonave I came to echo the Ubiquiti thing. Everything on my side of the Telus modem is UI gear, and its been great so far. I went incrementally, from router, to APs and now cameras. It can even automatically reboot the modem if the router detects the internet is down.
