@redjane The booster I bought amplifies the existing signal from cell phone towers owned by Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc. So it's a one time cost up front (about $600 incl. mount and HST) then you use whatever data is included on your cell phone plan.

@TELUS I am in B.C. and I am only entitled to no more than the basic support. In 2005 I requested funding for boots, gloves and a hardhat. I was denied and told that I don't have the same rights and privileges a everyone else.

@RarityJewels1 Telus. But they froze my application since they find my schedules too tight to work with. Idk if that's a bad thing.

@VancouverSun @TELUS You know where the absolute WORST cell service is in Hanna, Alberta? At the hospital. @TELUS has been advised of this for years and has done nothing to mitigate.

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport .. really poor 2 bar arrive in Olympic Village in #vancouver

  • Wx_Dyck Tracey Dyck (@Wx_Dyck) reported

To say I hate @TELUSBusiness and @TELUS is the understatement of the year. I've already canceled my home and office internet, next will be my cell phone in a year once my contract is up. $350/month in services lost because of a poorly run company with bad customer service.

Is @Shawhelp’s refusal to support Outlook any more just a clever strategy to make people want to move to @TELUS ?

  • CarlaYoung Carla Young (@CarlaYoung) reported

WTF, @TELUS! How is it acceptable to send a bill that is triple the normal and NOT contact the customer to suggest a different plan or even see if anything is up? #totalfail

  • CDN_Ambrose ⛷ Shaun 🏕 (@CDN_Ambrose) reported

@TELUS you have the absolute worst customer service on earth. When we schedule a “call back” for services, i really dont expect to sit on hold waiting for 29 minutes before being cut off. Unacceptable.
