    I don't know who signed off on this, but what I took away from that ad is that not only does Telus not set things up for you, but it's complicated enough that you're going to need help from a techie friend.

    .@TELUS is jumping on the price gouging band wagon and charging customers an additional 1.5% for using a credit card to pay their monthly bill starting in Oct. It's bad enough we have the worst data plans in Canada they are now going to rip you off this way too @CRTCeng #Telus
