  @TELUS Waiting for the phones in on business plan to run out. Only 3 more left to go then send them back and switch. Never had so many dropped calls or just no service at all. 5g+ and no internet error or dropped calls and dead zones in southern Ontario is crazy.

  @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

  @telus your cell service SUCKS. Can’t even use the 5G EVER and LTE barely works. Get it together before I move on to Roger’s

  @ctvedmonton My house burned down in October and I too was charged ridiculous amounts of cancellation fees. Telus also was horrible to deal with and kept insisting they couldn’t cancel trying to force me to move the services to a new residence which at the time obvsiouslt didn’t have yet.

  @big_fan2019 Are you connected to your home Wi-Fi when looking? If you're currently off your home Wi-Fi (on mobile data or another network), those live channels automatically hide in the app lineup. Due to content provider broadcast restrictions, live NFL Sunday Ticket channels (1501-1516) on the TELUS TV+ app are strictly locked to your TELUS Home Internet connection.
