    @HiddenBerserker //been a ******* week since I dropped my phone off for repairs and it pisses me off. Might go into my Telus store and find out what ******** is taking so long as they wouldn't tell me over the phone.

    @TELUSsupport @SallyGabriel83 Resolved, sure. But this was a major breach. How many customers were literally unable to make or receive emergency calls, or unable to be reached for essential on-call work, for that extended period of time? Telus has some explaining to do.
