@TELUS customer service is horrible. My wife's phone was drooping calls all of a sudden. They said it was a device issue. She then bought a new phone and the same thing started happening again. They were unable to provide any support/resolution. She had to switch providers.

  • ryanparfrey Ryan (@ryanparfrey) reported

Uh, so is it Bell/Virgin and Telus/Koodo customers turn for an outage? No one at my place has service. @Bell_Support

  • bridgetschill Bridget Schill (@bridgetschill) reported

@CDNLivingston @ehrinf Ours isn't too bad a few fields that we know of are dead spots. Anyone on our free that is Roger's is a disaster. We switched to telus which uses bell towers so far so good.

@TELUS I hear you're going to be capping 5G 3500mhz speeds, and charging for a higher tier of service for the "real" 5G speeds. Is this true? If so, I will move to a cheaper 4G competitor, as their 4G is just as fast as your capped 5G. They don't do this in Europe. Do better.

@bitchlikr @AboutRogers Agreed! My personal phone is on Telus. My work phone is Rogers and I can’t get service at the cottage at all. Just outside Parry Sound.

@HEMIvik @TELUS 💯 They never mentioned any of this nlshit on my 45min set up call, or if have stopped it then. ******' ridiculous

  • SteveDodd Steve Dodd (@SteveDodd) reported

@AyumusenpaiiDK @missakind @JustinTrudeau Wait until Telus has a mistake like Rogers did. It won’t matter how good your personal network was when we can’t use debit or call 911

  • john23447 John (@john23447) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport why is ur wifi service so bad today?!?! This better be fixed ASAP or I will be switching to bell.

  • LukeCoughey Luke Coughey (Standing with Billy) #BeepBeep (@LukeCoughey) reported

@JoshLeier @TELUS @Rogers I tried them once before 15 years ago and only lasted a week. This time I figured there is no chance that they could still be as bad. It was as though nothing changed in 15 years.

@mcglovin36 Price. Seems to be considerably higher than Telus and the general idea I’m tossing around is .= service for slightly better pricing and collecting maximum points in a single place. Sask Tel service is top notch imo, strictly pricing and points.
