Telus does have a live online chat, but you're chatting with a bot, and if the bot can't help you, it asks you for a phone number where it can call you back. Typing I HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE MY PHONE IS BROKEN, though cathartic, was unfruitful.

@TELUSsupport service support please! My Telus internet service is down (a copper line) 4 conversations w/ pure fibre who can't support copper, 1 call to copper, on hold for 1.5 hours, 3 promises to have copper phone me, no one has called. Where's the service?

ANOTHER lost signal @TELUS Optik TV. Do NOT sign up for their ****** service if you like watching uninterrupted TV. Why doesn't Telus piece of **** Optik TV ever lose the signal during commercials? That would be less annoying to their paying customers.

@Xplornet We’ve been on the phone constantly over the last two weeks….no resolution yet. It’s frustrating as hell. You need to step up your game or you’re losing a customer. I’ve resorted to buying a Telus smart hub so I can keep up with my office work.

@TELUS I get you guys are busy, but after months of trying to resolve an issue and being on hold for 40 minutes today, I receive a text, without explanation, that I am charged $340. No rationale as to why even though I have been trying to resolve said issue since March.
