@jamferg57 I’m a little pissed about the 4G, myself. ... turns out it only works on the Telus network. And don’t even get me started on the roaming charges.

The good news is Telus is installing Fibre in Calgary and a bunch of Alberta and BC so it’s just a matter of time but, streaming 1080p 60fps might be a problem until then lol

@Lidsville Denial's a defense mechanism common to most all of us- a tool for intolerable anxiety. To grossly paraphrase, denial's one of the least adaptive (or per some psychoanalysts, "most primitive") mechanisms: can't solve problems one won't acknowledge). #BCpoli's selling out to Telus.

@AstroKatie This sounds like a Telus story... My experience is if you have to talk to humans it's terrible. Once it's working it's fine.

@TELUS is such a joke of an internet company and none of their agents have any customer service whatsoever. Definitely looking at switching companies after 30 years of being telus customer smh

Well @TELUS I have good news & bad news. The good news is for me, the bad for you: I am divorcing you. After 30+ years as a Telus customer, your partnership with gmail caused me umpteen hours of grief. I'm done. Goodbye. Farewell. Close the door on your way out.

Notice how Telus Health spokesperson very careful to say their for-fee service doesn’t guarantee faster access to public services like “appointments with specialists or MRIs” Notice they didn’t say anything about not giving faster access to primary care.
