57 min que je suis au téléphone avec #Telus car ils se prennent des paiements alors que je ne suis plus avec eux. Joualver ça fait 2 fois que je dois téléphoner et chaque fois ils disent que le problème est réglé 🤬 Comme si j'ai juste ça à faire tabarnak 🤬🤬

@TELUS @TELUSsupport all of want is to upgrade my phone because you dictate a deadline. You charge $50 more to go to a local store and support local. You have no phones in stock locally. So I go online & it throws a fit. Waiting an hour+ for a call back. Been with you 2007-2023

@pdKshs @madebygoogle @TELUS I bought mine from Google Store, directly. I'm having similar problems. I don't think it makes a difference where we bought it, so long as there is deniability. But, there's no denying all these pictures of broken camera glass is the exact same way.

@Bryson_M So frustrating. Current Telus customer and their “sale” offer to me right now is 85/mo for 50gb and 90/mo for 100. Currently paying 80 for 20gb.

@PurpleMel79 I've been a lifelong Shaw customer. I loved their service until about a decade ago. If I didn't have a seething hatred for Telus, I'd have switched years ago. Canadians need more options. Give me a premium service with premium prices, a low-end service with dirt-cheap prices...

@cathy_fillion @TELUS I’m in the SW and keep losing connection and the page comes on the screen. I either just wait a couple of minutes or turn off the TV then turn it back on and it is connected. 🤬 WTF It’s Telus.

@telus your customer service is the absolute worst. Hire some actual humans to answer inquiries from customers. Your virtual assistant is useless and the wait time to speak to a live agent is ridiculous.
