@TELUSsupport 6+ weeks and no meaningful assistance. Telus is a Canadian company with monthly rates 5X higher than others & with zero effective service for their very Expensive “Easy Roam”

@TELUSsupport A phone 5 days old that will only hold a charge for a few hours, with locations off, Notifications off, brightness down. And the phone is so hot. Clearly something wrong. Hours on hold, hung up on and still can't get ahold of anyone to help. My patience with Telus

@jasondunn I love the idea of eSim but I don’t think it’s ready for prime time. In Canada, only the big carriers support eSim and, even then, it’s inconsistent. Ex: Bell has a self-serve and free option to swap eSims between phones. Telus requires a visit to a shop and charges you for it.

@TELUS your service is a joke. I laughed when Rogers customers were upset about the one big outage, both my cell service and home internet cuts out daily. When I have 5 bars of 5G, my phone internet is ridiculously slow. Got all your services bundled with a work plan, will move!

So, @TELUS, you're a phone company that I can't pick up the phone and call. What's up with that? The only way to reach you is through this app of yours that doesn't work? What kind of service is that anyway, scheduling a time to call me that is convenient for YOU? WTF?
