57 min que je suis au téléphone avec #Telus car ils se prennent des paiements alors que je ne suis plus avec eux. Joualver ça fait 2 fois que je dois téléphoner et chaque fois ils disent que le problème est réglé 🤬 Comme si j'ai juste ça à faire tabarnak 🤬🤬

@TELUS Every other week TELUS promotes some social initiative, my bill goes up $10 every other year. Canadians demand cheaper cell service. At least donate to existing organizations instead of funding these projects internally, TELUS billing is getting out of hand.

P.S @telusmobility Erin wouldn't even agree to what @TELUS gave me 2yrs ago. Erin, in no uncertain terms, & no room for negotiation, expected me to agree to a bill that was $23.56 per month more than I already paid to sign with them again. How is this incentive? Appalling service

To make matters worse, Access Virtual (which was SO GOOD at getting patients seen quickly) was bought by Telus MyHealth. And now the service sucks. I need treatment today, not at the end of the month.
