    57 min que je suis au téléphone avec #Telus car ils se prennent des paiements alors que je ne suis plus avec eux. Joualver ça fait 2 fois que je dois téléphoner et chaque fois ils disent que le problème est réglé 🤬 Comme si j'ai juste ça à faire tabarnak 🤬🤬

    @TELUSsupport The wifi service is out for 2 days now. Worst timing ever Telus. We get weekends to enjoy and this is what we end up with. Remind me again why I am paying premium prices for Telus?

    @Martyupnorth I have had Rogers, Bell and Telus ; they all have terrible customer service until you call to cancel, then they have plans that save you lots.

    @Social_Moi @TELUS So funny. People have become slaves to the service and expect it for pennies on the dollar. For copper services yes I can see the sub $70 being the norm. High speed rates like 250-1g are in that $80-100 Mark. I pay $90 for $500. Beyond satisfied.

    @cselley One thing I'm happy about? Starlink just screwed Bell and Telus. They wait till public outcry causes the provinces to gift them cable infrastructure instead of building it themselves. Now the same ppl can just buy starlink and never have to deal with our protected oligopolies.

    @ryan_weal @UnkleHack69 I know, I built their networks for 30yrs. I was the head Tech. Publics another washed down VS. Telus pretending it's not a part of a monopoly. I built every technology that came along. 5G is here to control everything you own. I hate this sht now.

    Not understanding how my Stream+ is no longer attached to my @TELUS account so I can’t cancel it but I keep getting billed monthly for it. Not to mention there is no customer service line to call for help cancelling I am just stuck praying someone reads my ticket?!

    Finally got that bill covered thanks to a good friend. I just hope I’m not too late for the cutoff today at noon. Just on hold with telus. If i go down I’ll be back. I’ll figure something out.

    @Bignogak @TedRutland Almost all current plans from major carriers (Rogers, Bell, Telus) and flanker brands (Fido, Koodo, Virgin Plus, Freedom Mobile) bundle all emergency network maintenance costs directly into the base price of your monthly plan.
