    @TELUS @BellMediaPR maybe it’s time to have a chat with @SaskTel and find out how I can have near perfect service from the border to Saskatoon, but I have no service in most parts of central Alberta. I swear service gets worse every year.

    @TELUSsupport Reboot was successful, thank you. Now if I could fix the 502 Bad Gateway message on my tablet when I try to access my Telus account on my Samsung tablet, I would be happy. (no problem with my iMac)

    @TELUSsupport Dave(he had an accent) just phoned me. I’m extremely surprised how rude and unprofessional he was. I’m not sure if it was actually Dave from Telus. The phone number was 778-868-4825 Something like that never happened to me before I’m very very surprised… lol

    @TELUS is the worst company on the face of earth when it comes to billing. They have been messing up my bills from last 4 months. I take notes of everything they promise me every month to remind them next month what they did wrong. Now they will call me, apologies, promise to 1/2

    @busybfly247 @TELUS @RebelNewsOnline Only have a company cell, and it sits on my deck. So, not gonna get much from me. All Canadian telecomm companies bow down to Ottawa, as that is what keeps the US competition away.

    @Patrick_ORourke @Rogers poor network change mgmt. & incident mgmt. procedures failed them. @telus consistently ranks #1 in network performance due in part to robust change & incident management and a relentless focus on the customer experience. That's not "something that could happen to anyone."
