57 min que je suis au téléphone avec #Telus car ils se prennent des paiements alors que je ne suis plus avec eux. Joualver ça fait 2 fois que je dois téléphoner et chaque fois ils disent que le problème est réglé 🤬 Comme si j'ai juste ça à faire tabarnak 🤬🤬

So the internet company I'm with installed fiber but they still only offer only 512 kbps to 9 mbps, they go from $40 to $115, hoping I can move to a new provider but they say they don't service out here but 2 other houses who were on same list are now with @TELUS or @Shawhelp

@DrJenGunter I have used Koodo for years. They're on the Bell/Telus network and have really transparent rates, data cap heads up, and the customer service has always been good.

@DrJenGunter Providers like Koodo/freedom/wind - quality of service can depend on where you’ll be geographically. If it’s posssible I would ask people who live in that area if those providers are reliable there. If not I would go with Rogers/bell/Telus/Fido

@DrJenGunter We have Telus but are probably switching to Shaw. Telus has better service than rogers where I am (bc) but they are all $$. My friend has/likes Fido but not a big data user…

@DrJenGunter Does freedom have good service in Ottawa? Their prices are usually better then Rogers/Telus
