    @TELUS Don’t go with Tules, waiting time for A customer service if you have a business minimum 40 minutes. Go with Bell extra few $$$, peace of mind.

    When whole sectors can grind to a halt because of an outage, it's a BIG problem. Rogers, Bell, and Telus exploit Canadians with a near-monopoly on our digital access. Internet should be a public utility. That is how crucial it is in today's world.

    A lost a nut for my #giantbicycle i went to various bike stores to find the specially designed M06 nut. No luck. I asked Giant if they had any, no response. Granted it’s been a week. Maybe Giant has a lot of issues and they’re sharing their CSR with BMO, Telus & Rogers

    @PEIPolNews This is overdue. The experience of attempting to write multi-carrier contracts to guarantee clients carrier diversity was so frustrating. If you want to see sales reps STFU and blush just ask "But it's really just the old TELUS ATM network behind the scenes, right?"

    I’m exhausted. I spent over 2 and a half hours either on hold or talking with someone just to change my home service and upgrade my mobility with Telus. I knew it would take forever so kept putting it off. There has to be a better way.

    I am having issues with my Internet I am with Telus and one of the workers in the building drilled into my Internet does anyone know how long it takes Telus to repair their fibre optics???
