@lgfc2 I gave spousal unit my X. Good phone. He turned down my previous 6. I will speak to Telus about a family plan. I guess getting employees is not easy these days, but I would fire that guy’s a**.

@msesheta Not so right now. Maybe holiday issues. I have booked a call with a *real person* three days hence. Telus won't allow me to find a plan for him and just do it on-line.

@TELUSsupport is a joy. 1st 30 minutes with someone who couldn't find what I was asking about ON THE TELUS SUPPORT WEB PAGE. Then forwarded to customer care. Waiting 1/2 hour now to talk to someone. Their hold music is not wonderful, fyi. No offer to call me when they are free.

@BCKenzee @TELUS @ShawInfo Shaw is the worst. Called and closed my services. They then screwed up, didn't do what was asked of them and they sent my account to collections for internet and phone services not cancelled. I found out called and said they'd have a mgr call still waiting 1yr+🙄

@TELUSsupport @oldgravy We just had this same thing yesterday. Service out due to accident for a day and a half. Telus advice? Call 911 on your cell. We live an hour from cell service. Go to a doc or police? Hour plus away. Fire? Unstaffed volunteer. Super helpful.

@theJagmeetSingh Companies like Telus need to be profitable. What do you suggest would be a acceptable profit to the NDP? Telus employs 90,000 people and is the 9th largest employer in Canada. They invest in Canada. Cell phone bills suck but if you want the best service you pay more.
