Big shout out to @TELUS . $200 a month for rural internet, no removal of data caps during a global pandemic & had to reset the modem 3 times to get through a movie that buffered 15 times in less then 2 hours. You are truly a horrible contemptible company. #telussucks #telus

Anywhere else in the world get screwed over for cell service the way we do in Canada by @Bell_Support @TELUS and @RogersHelps ? Approx. $90-100 for the calling plan alone. The Samsung Fold is either $40 a month & give it back after 2 yrs or pay $750 OR pay $90 a month for 2 yrs.

@dude_ab1ded My family cell plan & home internet/phone plan were outdated.I never once got a call from Telus to update. They gladly kept collecting. One day my model crapped out. The service tech that came over to fix told me to update. We were overpaying $124/month for I don’t know how long

What has been going on with @TELUS internet lately? It’s way too unstable for gaming, and struggles to maintain a ping below 300. When my hobbies rely solely on a decent connection, it’s hard to do anything with it.

@TELUSsupport Thanks Telus. Yes, the 5G is only occurring on IPhone 11, not my PC or laptop. I shut down VPN, deleted 2579 2.4 n it seems to have solved the dropped issue.
