Does anyone else have problems with their Shaw/Telus internet in Canada? It seems to cut out ALL the time and is super slow at times even though I pay for highest speed. Started in early 2020. Friggin annoying.

Hey @TELUSsupport, I just spent 20 min rebooting my TELUS boxes twice to try to fix the black screen both of my TVs were showing only to go online for help and discover there's a planned outage going on. A heads up woulda been nice & a planned outage at 10pm on a Sat is not cool.

@MDrelichman @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport Once you get used to how to deal with Telus you will find their service to be of high quality. Companies and government offices should all do callback instead of having people wait on the phone. That would be one obvious improvement.

@TELUS Charity is how the rich (& corporations) launder their reputations. Telus should never have be privatized. #NationalizeTelecom #NationalizeTELUS

Trying to watch TV but @TELUS Optik TV is freezing and stammering, dozens of times in the past 20 minutes. Do NOT sign up for their ****** service!

@Social_Moi @dirklancer Honestly, your landlines will go dead in a long power outage as well. Only exception is if the CO has generator back up. Most do not. As (in Alberta) copper lines fail/get cut, Telus is transitioning those remaining copper customers to Smart Hubs. 1/

If my internet was better, I'd totally host author video game nights... just imagine... Jackbox, Among Us, Clue, building a community in a survival game... that'd be fun. Damn Telus.
