@Shey_SheyT @Meidas_GWN_Eh late to the chat on this. But I live in Calgary. Have shaw because I can't get high speed telus where I am. It's terrible, goes down more that a toddler on ice. If you are out in the boonies I would suggest Starlink. I have heard good things. Fast, low latency.

@JillKrop @TELUS @TELUSsupport Good luck. Our experience with telus support has been - well - lacking.

I've been on queue online with @lululemon's Guest Education Centre for almost 4 HOURS and I'm still only number 74. What the ever loving **** is going on?! And I thought Telus was bad, sheesh

The entire @TELUS and @TELUSsupport structure is so broken they don’t know how to respond or resolve customer concerns. Either way, @TELUS and their #purefibre will never see another dollar spent from my family. Customers have a choice, being mistreated makes the choice easier

@FJKennrdy ...do you work for Telus? Or are you just wildly enthusiastic about their service?

@JillKrop @TELUS @TELUSsupport They set installation appt for Sept 13 and said that was the earliest install date and that I would be contacted in advance to install fibre optic to the house. I got called by a contractor once and never heard from them again except by email saying they would be out on Sept. 13.

Another 12 days gone by and @TELUS and @TELUSsupport have still done nothing to resolve or respond to the damage they did at my home. It’s been “escalated” they keep saying. If they are actually escalating it it has to be at the top now. Either @TELUS reps are lying, or…

There is a room on the far west and north side of Telus Sky, second last floor, that has extreme flashing of the lights from inside… morning or night… multiple times. If we were Gotham, I’d think it was the bat signal.

I like how every single service provider claims to have the best network in the nation. Only one is telling the truth. The rest are literally and illegally using false advertisment. How can Bell Rogers Telus Virgin Freedom and so on All have the largest 5G network. Impossible.
