@TELUSsupport I have a broken screen and Telus device care coverage changed and I never got one single notification about it. My phone is detrimental to my job and it will cost me $500. I don't have that type of money to spend during the holidays.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS ++ give credit in the current bill for my loyalty and patience and cooperation for this issue. And record a complaint for the before csr who couldn’t solve the issue. BUT old services remain exist and next month I get a bill for double charges! ++

@TELUSsupport @TELUS This is the third month you charged me double after I moved my services to my new address. Every month I spend over an hour on the phone and your csr is solving!! my issue. They terminate the old services in my old address, correct the bill ++

@bkscobbie @dockevinmcleod With respect, that’s not correct. 811 is staffed by RNs not doctors. They can’t help with prescriptions. A new prescription would have to be obtained through a Telehealth service (eg Telus Health) or by trying one’s luck at a walk-in clinic or UPCC (all of which are overwhelmed).

The service and experience this week with @TELUS was a low point for me. Advertise a Black Friday deal and there is no way to get through the flow in the my TELUS app. Called in and now I have the wrong prices and data amount on my account. (Thread)

@TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

All I want is my screen fixed I don't want a new phone and that's the only option asurion is giving me. I've been a telus customer for over 10 years with no problems until this. This is unacceptable. Like I said I don't have this money to spend right now because of the holidays

@TELUS @telussupport is the worst customer service ever. I signed up for a one month service and they have been charging me every month ever since and threatening my credit score. Would not recommend Telus ever again. Going back to Rogers immediately.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport +++ after waiting over an hour with listening the announcement on the IVR. Really wonder what kind of theatre will be played this time!! It has being boring already. I’m really thinking to cancel all of my services!
