@TELUS I am on AISH.. & have internet for good.. & after a year of calling trying to find an account number & reconnection fees after 14 months I have received my first bill I don’t feel I should have to pay a reconnection fee where my account was never set up to receive a bill

Telus: services not working again. Max who is the escalation manager was supposed to follow up a week ago but hasn’t. I have left e messages abs no returned call. How long do you expect me to go without service???????????????

@TELUS your sales person came to my door offering faster internet speed if I signed up for home security service. I said I’d like to think about it. He said…book an appt and you can call to cancel. I called twice to cancel, spent over 2hrs on the phone - just rec’d a $650 bill
