They wouldnt do it. So we just called in for "new" service under my parents name and got all the deals/freebies so easily.

They wanted even more once the sixth year we had been with them ran out, so we switched to Telus. After a few Telus fibre installation and billing hiccups were sorted, we now have a superior service from Telus at lower cost.
