ENMAX (@ENMAX) reported@Sam36378129 There have been some Trouble Response calls in this area which would explain why you saw ENMAX crews. However, they would not be digging or working on communications equipment. The work shown in your photo will have been performed by either Telus or Shaw. Hope that helps clarify.
