    @retsbewm @TELUS @Bell @RogersHelps Telus has same coverage as Bell/Rogers off the Trans Canada (done speed tests on my moms Telus phone) and in Brandon Telus has better service

    @Qualifyfor @TELUSsupport Terrible service from ADT by Telus. ADT used to be excellent. I have spent literally hours trying to get an additional few decals. I don’t recommend this service to anyone. Look elsewhere.

    @jasonchapmanTO Bell/Telus/Rogers lost a competition to build cellular infra in TTC subway. An independent won the bid to build a carrier-neutral network anyone could plug into (no room in tunnels for every telco to install its own gear.) Telcos refuse to play: hoping to bankrupt the winner?

    Was blaming my internet on the ****** weather lately because of multiple feet of snow falling, and then an outage that happened. Turns out it's just my router erroring out and needs to be replaced. Least replacements are free even if a tech comes out. Still better than Telus.

    Thinking of switching our cell plans to Shaw mobility. (Happy with our Telus service except for the $$$!). Anyone else have their cell plans with Shaw? Looking for reviews on reliability, cell coverage, dropped calls, etc.

    Customers beware @Telus has a 'software glitch' that automatically charges easy roam. They only reimburse their error for 3 months. Idiot me being critically ill for months trusted they were billing correctly or would correct THEIR errors. Nope.

    Hey @TELUS , is there a contract that I can pay extra for to ensure I NEVER get phone calls from you? They happen once a month and it's always in the middle of work or driving or saving a kitten from a burning building. I already use you guys, I already pay you guys. Cut it out.
