    Since the storm down here in Fort Erie we haven't had internet service. Between @telus and @cogeco I pay over $350 a month. Telus coverage is brutal by the border and Cogeco can't seem to get a tech out. A lot of $$ to put out every month to not have services when you need them

  • mvbenter Mike Benter (@mvbenter) reported

    @Swiftie01 The problem with Telcos is Canadas small population with large land mass. Building a network is a huge cost so the only way a competitor can operate is to resell Rogers, Bell, Telus and to a lesser extent Shaw and Cogeco. The company will never control their bottom line.

  • Samthomas0015 SamThomas0015 (@Samthomas0015) reported

    @WeAreCanProud Trudeaus corporate buddies would never allow competition. How do you think it has dwindled down to Bell, Rogers and Telus? Anti Trust law is a bad phrase in Trudeaus cult

  • VeeRocks_eth Tyler - VeeRocks.eth (@VeeRocks_eth) reported

    @anthonyc_eth @TELUS @TELUSsupport I haven’t had much of an issue today

  • DutchLady Miche (@DutchLady) reported

    @TELUS customer service has TANKED!! I just got connected to ADT loyalty again when I asked for Optik loyalty.

  • CaptnFrydog Eric (@CaptnFrydog) reported

    @TELUS I know it's just an automated system, but did you ever consider the optics of sending out email bills on Christmas Day are terrible?

  • Satya_SRT Satya (@Satya_SRT) reported

    @TELUS is your server down for creating a new account? Despite trying multiple times to receive a code via email, didn't receive a single email from you. After sometime it was throwing an error saying try again after 2 hours, and the same repeats forever from yesterday.

  • greyareabandit Grey Bandit (@greyareabandit) reported

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport i have biz account with 15 lines i just added 5 new lines what i agreed to and what is on my bill is totally wrong. Called cus service this am, no mgr has called me back very frustrated wasted so much time on this i want to cancel all my lines

  • CathyGroves22 Cathy Groves (@CathyGroves22) reported

    @globalnews If Shaw and Rogers merge, I will cancel my Shaw, and go back to Telus. Shaw is bad enough already but merging with a horrible company like Rogers. Oh my gosh.

  • jppl1979 JPPL (@jppl1979) reported from Canmore, Alberta

    @sportsfan_ian @y3khan @globeandmail Who cares about where the head office is? I rather have the best service/price/innovation regardless of location of HO. What did Shaw bring go YYC? nothing. Bell isn’t factually montreal but Toronto. Vidéotron is mtl, Rogers Toronto and Telus Vancouver. Shaw dug its own graves.
