Friday night, friends over for hockey, and the only thing that’s guaranteed is that @shawhelp sucks again. After over 15 years, it’s time to change. The money I spend monthly and I can’t even turn on my cable? No thanks. Wonder what @TELUS can offer me?

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Explain the problem. Then after they are able to understand the problem, explain you wish some compensation for this waste of time, the serious mistake, etc. Often they will reduce your phone bill by even half for the rest of your business with them. Or reduce LD charges.

Really angry at @TELUS right now. How can they promise 1GBPS home internet but only provide 1MBPS during business hours! I knew I would never get consistent 1GBPS but honestly expected at least a consistent 50MBPS. Like come on! And this is on ethernet btw! Aargh!

@hawes @TELUS Send @telus a bill for your time. Last month I called them to cancel my landline and their agent tried to shame me. It was a surreal experience. Then, to top it off, he never implemented the changes. #useless

Today, I log into my bank account. Telus refunded me. I log into Telus, my bill due May 5 has been unpaid. It says it will auto withdraw on April 28. Telus, what ******** is going on? Do I leave you after a decade of service?????

@Qualifyfor @TELUS I had the opposite happen to me with Bell here in NS. They overnight tripled my rate & thankfully my son helped and connected me with Telus with a fabulous phone & internet rate. The treatment I got from Bell was horrible & beyond mean. Will NEVER use them again - ever!

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Go to the Telus Offices on Georgia Street. On the ground floor tell them you wish to go to reception. It's on the fifth floor (if I remember correctly) Tell the receptionist there you need to speak to someone about a huge problem - you will via a phone who works there.
