@retsbewm @TELUS @Bell @RogersHelps Telus has same coverage as Bell/Rogers off the Trans Canada (done speed tests on my moms Telus phone) and in Brandon Telus has better service

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Yes we are getting screwed for sure. We have been with Telus for ever but lately are having a problem with them because they raise the price for no apparent reason. Their customer service is horrible and they don,t speak very good english and hard to understand.

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Stop paying your wireless service towards the big three (Rogers, Bell, Telus) They overcharge, and they also have the right to increase their subscription prices at anytime. I am paying $50 a month to Freedom Mobile for Unlimited Canada-US Talk, Text, with Bonus Data applied.

@TELUSsupport I can't seem to contact anyone about an issue I have with a charge coming from an account that shouldn't be used. Telus has been charging me roughly $80 a month for 18 months and I have no idea why and can't seem to talk to a real human. Please reach out.

Really frustrating when @TELUSsupport @TELUS can’t give you a straight answer. “Services are possible down in your areas as Barhead Alberta is having an outage. You will get daily texts. Don’t fall back.” Don’t call back so just take my money but don’t call and ask why
