@TELUS I am not happy with your Security side of the business... Why do you have support tickets on our dashboard if you are going to ignore them? Why are you charging me to come to fix your equipment? @TELUSsupport @AlarmDotCom

@TELUSsupport hey Telus, I haven't had stable internet in 6 days. Your tech who came out yesterday cut off my internet completely. I've been told it won't even be looked at for another 5 days. I work from home, I can't just take half a month off work while you fix this???

  • Cyn38959631 Cyn (@Cyn38959631) reported

@Shawhelp @topherzac Pretending you care is nice and all, but Shaw upper managment would never back it up. Curious how many long-term, multi-contract clients you lost over Dec because Telus Fiber is cutting your price in half and paying the cancellation fees. Shaw's offer? A one-time $100 credit.

@CalamityJayne4 In mid Dec Telus rolled out their 5G rural internet. It's unlimited which is a big change from their previous service. Covid did such a number on tower capacity so hopefully using their 5G will be a better rural solution than the regular hubs.

@theprovince @TELUS Unfortunately, this is just false advertising. If @telus was at all sincere we would have coverage everywhere. The Princeton area during the Garrison fire and recent Knutson fire there was very little signal available. Otter valley, Highway 5a, and Hwy 40 still have NO service.
