Same channels , internet is better and now home security. I’ve been a life long Shaw guy but now @TELUS and very happy w service, product and cost

Our fibre optik internet was down all day yesterday and I come home after a 12 hour shift and it’s still down. My wife works from home and our twins can’t watch TV..

Instead, today they sent a guy in a minivan with a turban and no clue, and no wire.

And since my Koodo phone is DEAD anyway thanks to Koodo, I'd have to give X my other phone service provider, which I won't do, either. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps

Buy local is a facad of foolishness that long term goes no where. Big box stores already won there.
