Now when I have a problem with my Telus connection, the tech remote-accesses my phone and *I* do the technical work under their instruction. 🙄

Personally the last thing I want is more of my personal information publically available. It's bad enough Google provides an ad for aspirin when I talk about a headache around the devices.

Our fibre optik internet was down all day yesterday and I come home after a 12 hour shift and it’s still down. My wife works from home and our twins can’t watch TV..

Telus asked if I could be ok without, my reply, that is the problem, we don't need them. I only hope for massive cancellations. They will listen then, no more control.
