    @isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol

    Wow, I just used the Babylon App by Telus and was able to talk to a doctor via webcam within 24 hours. Obviously it has its limitations but a pretty good service that beats sitting in a walk-in clinic for hours. @babylonhealth

    Telus offering me a new iPhone 11 Pro for 95 a month. Freedom offering the same Been a #rogers customer for 20 years and I was on hold twice yesterday and disconnected and I’ve been waiting for chat agent for 43 minutes now. I guess it’s time to make a switch.

    @maxfawcett @TD_Canada Was on ignore with Telus last week for 1 hour and 58 minutes and they never did resolve the issue so I cancelled the service I was calling about. But, called Telus again for another issue and I thought I dialed a wrong number when someone answered immediately.

    @maxfawcett @TD_Canada I was on hold with @telus for 3 hours & that was the end of me being a customer. The customer service rep was not good at the job & after that long I was done. It was the last straw in many issues with them lol.

    Hey @TELUS I ordered an iphone mini last week when you were giving away airpods with it, but you try to process it until today and it didn't work for some reason and rather than let me fix it you're making me reorder and now I won't get that deal. Pretty disappointed about it.

    @natelacroix @TELUS I had lots a problems with Telus with my replacement phone that was DOA out of box they would not replacement phone for 3 weeks and was on the phone for hours! In the end telus support on twitter helped!

    Called Telus today cause my data wasn’t working when I wasn’t on wifi. After restarting multiple times and updating my software, turns out the issue was that I had my data turned off 🙃✨

    @BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp I had major customer support issues with Shaw, switched to Telus for 10x the speed, 1/2 the price and no issues. Shaw sent me to collections for $26, 2 days after I paid the bill, within a month of closing the account. They suck sewer pipe.
