@3rdtimewalter @dianemariereid @Rogers No issues with Telus... ever, 9 years and counting. I'll revert to smoke signals before I ever subscribe again to either Rogers or Bell.

Hello @TELUS and @TELUSsupport I don’t want credit, I want a refund to my credit card for the over $500 you charged me for a service I don’t even have. This is absolutely outrageous and completely unacceptable.

@yegsheens Check service availability. Daughter in Far East Sherwood park can only get max 25Mbps with Telus. Poor cell reception too. Riverdale I can get only 25Mbps with Telus. I get Shaw gig speed here. Added benefit, one phone is on Shaw Mobile for $0/mth +10/gig data.

PSA - anyone with Telus can turn on call control (free service) and every time someone calls you, they’ll need to press a number to continue. It’ll filter out all the robot spam calls!

@plsreplyimmafan Okay thanks for this. I'll likely just sign up with Telus again as I've never had an issue with them. Then I'll keep my Rogers phone plan too, I suppose!

@iamwandasykes @usopen Too bad here in 🇨🇦 on the west coast we pay through the nose to Shaw and Telus for nothing, even basic cable which delivers nothing. 100$ per month just for wifi. Basic cell phone plan = 50$. Landline (yes, need it) is 15$ per month. We are so ripped off.

@yegsheens 2/2 Problems were immediate. I barely watched a movie in 6 months as I gave up calling, typing, waiting etc for hours with the same problems happening again and again (I must have gotten a lemon recycled black box but they weren’t sending me another). I just signed with Telus.
