@jkenney @YourAlberta If you didn’t funnel our healthcare dollars to your donors by way of private clinics & Telus health apps, or waste them on stupid lottery prizes, the government could fund this alone which is how it should be.

@mtlgazette @TELUS Where is rural ON's high speed, or even slow speed, in the dark ages outside of OTTAWA

  • FungaiJay FungaiJay (@FungaiJay) reported

@mecandan @RogersHelps It’s terrible. I have a Telus phone for work and it works perfectly fine. But my Rogers personal phone and my wife’s FIDO are terrible. Even my wife’s Bell work phone has great network. Sort it out Rogers

  • ljhmontgomery Looney (@ljhmontgomery) reported

@adolwyn my upload speed with Telus is 0.76. absolutely horrible. I may need to switch to shaw.

  • StephenRLee Stephen Lee (@StephenRLee) reported from Athens, Ontario

So we are now down to not being able to call on weekends or peak times because of over saturation and terrible signal. Neighbour is a nurse and the hospital can’t reach her half the time. Any news on helping out your rural customers? @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • bartkolounger Julie B (@bartkolounger) reported

@Blibblobblib @TELUS @TELUSsupport 100% I’ve been with them 20 years and will be leaving their customer service is garbage, the rates are inflated and they totally disrespect customers loyalty

  • bessythemessy B (@bessythemessy) reported

    4. I mentioned meritocracy but seriously. Buat lah telus. Org dh fulfill segala criteria dah pass paper pun kne terminate, dhla xleh appeal. It's illogical. Make appeal pathways. Lantik based on ability. Multi source feedback from org2 they actually work with.

  • Brodie_Friesen Brodie Friesen (@Brodie_Friesen) reported

@calgaryherald @TELUS Absolutely garbage service and overall experience with Telus. Once they send the dish, colour me Starlinked! Until then a little compensation for the trouble would be nice, or not having to pay for an individual IP like the rest of the world!

Customer service agent? Shaw, mint mobile, Rogers, Telus, main stream corporations etc…work comfort at home, free money? 🌞

  • bitofallwrite Karen Durrie (@bitofallwrite) reported

@BACullenyyc @dinnerwithjulie Yeah, I find that weird. I'm with Virgin (Telus) and my data is my data is my data, no matter where in Canada I am. I've never seen a spike in charges/amount used traveling within the borders.
