    @B_I_G___D @TELUS I typically get the call back and it works great. I honestly don’t have many issues with them and when I do, they usually rectify it really well. Getting to customer service sucks but their actual loyalty department is great.

    **** that. I already paid over 200 for ******* warranty that didn Jack ****. I’m not paying Apple any more!!! I complained to Telus and mentioned plans of other companies … the loyalty department actually gave me a pretty good deal for once. !

    Whenever I'm having too good of a day and want to ruin it within seconds, I place a call to the #Telus business user Philippines customer service desk and 'try' to order a new device or service. Migraine headache guaranteed and it doesn't cost a cent, it's absolutely free. 👍👍

    @L_Fairy77 Telus is the worse. I hate having to call them. And I don’t understand why sometimes they give you a call back option and sometimes not. So stupid

    @SmelvisBreastly @JaneFairfax13 That's not quite true. Telus is merely the network that the insurance is accessible on. Like, Telus merely runs the service through which some insurance providers choose to run your policies through. It's what allows the pharmacy to know whether you're covered for a drug or not.

    @TELUSsupport any word on when Telus will improve service in rural Niagara? I need a phone that works, I get one bar and lots of dropped calls. This is my only phone and yes I have wifi calling on as well.

    @ShamSavior @TELUSsupport i will be incredibly sad if the solution to unrelenting calls from telus is to... sign up for telus especially because i've literally tried multiple times and they keep canceling it on me!!! the last rep told me he had "hundreds of thousands of dollars of savings" to offer me
