@WhiplashHimself I got Telus at my old place because I got 4 months free and I was just moving on my own for the first time. My boyfriend who I now live with also has Telus and had just renewed his contract in 2019 for 2 years. Now it’s gotten so bad we can’t do basic internet things together.

And honestly @TELUS why does it take six days to repair internet service? It’s not like we’re in the middle of nowhere. Too beholden to your shareholders to have adequate staffing? Poor outsourcing decisions? What’s up?

Has anyone elses @TELUS service been ****** lately? Mine's been glitchy and lags everytime I use the guide. I've reset everything by unplugging and plugging in again. Had service guys out here 3 times in the last 4 months. Is @shaw any better?

@BilskiSuzanne I still have one because every time I try to cancel it Telus lowers my rate and offers me discounts on my cable/internet. Pretty soon they will be paying me to have a landline. (I’m 48)

@kboyd05 Good luck. Took 1.5 hrs to deal with @TELUS yesterday to deal with an over billing issue. On any given day, Telus is possibly the worst company in Canada to deal with. Bureaucratic, unresponsive, inept, and that’s just the start.

KOODO!! I’m trying to Call my family in St Vincent as they are dealing with a VOLCANO🌋Erupting. And all I’m getting is “this number and all numbers in this area have been blocked for security reasons please reach out to Telus or your service provider”. And it take 24h to unblock

Worst service from Telus, was chased by Telus promotion agent to sign up for new Mobility and home service but haven’t received anything and an unauthorised debit of $429 on our credit card. Misselling and bad customer service. No one to help @TELUSsupport @telusmobility
