@TELUS Great to know I can cancel. Very disappointed with Pic TV. Service is hit and miss. Can’t get the channels I want. I’ll be switching to Shaw. Too bad there’s such poor choice.

Just spent an intensely frustrating lunchtime with @BellMobility getting bounced between Sales and Customer Svc…been a loyal customer for 25+ years, but they can’t connect my iPad to share my phone data plan! @TELUS here I come! #WhyIsThisSoHard #HangUpOnBell

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus, the Telus wifi is down my area (Vancouver). Any ETA on when it may be back? I just received an Apple TV from Telus but it appears it can't be set up without wifi.

@DrJacobsRad Bell & Telus are only two different entities in corporate name only, they share their network at the hip also. Just a ruse to make it still appear that competition exists in Canada.
