    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I've been with Virgin through Costco for a few years. Good prices, lots of bonus/free data, good customer service. Whoever you go with, just don't go with Bell, they are the absolute worst.

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I kind of like Virgin Mobile, they've really worked hard to help me fix the problem with my phone since I moved into my new apartment due to telus moving their damn tower. Rates are good. And they have some pretty good deals on right now

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility We've been with Telus for over 20 years and discovered that they have an Escalation Team (probably should rename it De-escalation). When we've run into issues with the frontline customer service staff we ask for the issue to be escalated. Can't hurt to try!

    Since @telus updated their infrastructure in my town my phone is worse. Slower loss of service. It’s pretty brutal

    @sunlorrie Come on we know Trudeau had no intentions on banning Huawei he had already given Bell & Telus the green light on investments. He was hoping like everything else it would 'blow over'. There was never any intention.

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I am w virgin, have not had issues w them, and I know virgin is bell. Been w them for eons. Customer service has always been great at rectifying any issues quickly, majority was my own doing as well.
