    Great job @tsn and @telus. Six #tsn channels and FOUR are blacked out in #YEG. You've managed to take our money while providing less value, it's clear that customer needs are not a priority. I was just talking about cutting cable, this does not help your case. #telus @CRTCeng

    @rbrtmllr @JayLaw1 @kavs86 I'm with koodo, switched to them from Telus. Same network different brands. Their Tab is good in that once your phone is paid off the cost of the phone comes off your bill. Telus didnt reduce our bill once the phones were paid off which made me switch to koodo.

    @GlobalCalgary Telus can be total intransigent asshats. It does not surprise me that another person has had a serious problem with that company. Their employees must be trained to say '**** you' in seven different ways. Telus is, bar none, the worst company to deal with when they **** up.

    @klaszus As far as I know, AGT's corporate archives went to Vancouver with the company when Telus merged with BC Tel. Albertans paid for that body of records to be created, and it belongs to us. I could be wrong, but I've never seen those records.

    @Leenerrr I switched from Shaw five, or so, years ago due to reliability issues and lack of service from Shaw. I work from home so I need reliability. Telus is faster, more reliable and cheaper. Customer service is just as bad unfortunately.

    @TELUSsupport I ordered Telus high speed internet like 2 weeks ago. And I ordered for Shaw today. It seems like shaw will have their equipment delivered to me TOMORROW! Mind blowing! If this really happen I am gone for good. Sorry. No point in having high speed and lousy customer service.

    @VirginPlus Hey @richardbranson You should buy this back and fix it. They've turned it into a shitpile. Treating customers like **** they hate everyone now. It's not like when I signed up. They're exactly like rogers. I won't go back there. I guess Telus will have to do. They lie as well.

    I still don't know how Telus is still in business. I ordered their services 2 weeks ago and nothing was done. NOTHING. I ordered Shaw internet YESTERDAY and TODAY (it just arrived!), it is in my hands! @ShawInfo 10x0 @TELUS Shaw has better customer service and are more efficient!

    I ordered Telus high speed internet like 2 weeks ago and it is still not working. Spent 2h on the phone today and NOTHING. 2 weeks! That's a lot of TIME. I talked to Shaw today and they will deliver their equipment to me TOMORROW. T-O-M-O-R-R-O-W-! 🤯
