Im cancelling and anyone else who’s affected I suggest you do the same. Worst customer service can’t even speak to an operator on the phone

Let’s see how they abuse the Covid Help Benefit / CERB program. I won’t be surprise if Telus got help for some of their workers base in Philippines or India !

It's totally ludicrous that any part of Nanaimo doesn't have cell coverage but this is beyond stupid. @TELUS fix it.
