@Ryan_r_Williams In Canada, cell bill skyrocketed through the roof instead of going down! Oligopolies are controlling and they're even controlling the CRTC! There's no competition at all! Only the big 3; Telus, Rogers and Bell! Canada seriously need a lot more competition to bring the price down

Loyal Samsung customer for 10 years. Bought S22 due to cold weather and air travel. Huge problem on the S22 phone every time. Discussed with Telus and Samsung, wasted multiple hours, no solution given by anyone. Horrible experience Be careful @SamsungCanada @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@REWoman They have no reason to care or pretend to given monopolistic structures between Bell, Roger's & Telus. They continue to buy small operators & rebrand as surrogate competition. No real competition breeds degrading customer service to the company store. 🤬

@TELUS just added stream+ to my son's account ($25) without permission. After chatting with telus and removing in it telus then added the service to my daughters account without permission an hour later. Crazy bots.

Our banks/insurance companies have a raging hard on to sell you health insurance. Telus is ready to help them, thanks to that key purchase from Morneau. They are all ready to sell it to you. They are waiting. You will be solicited to buy health insurance before end of 2023.

@Shawhelp @wolcoski Shaw is 3 hrs hold time. Rogers is 3 hrs hold time. Telus is 3 hrs hold time. Ebox (Bell) is 3 hrs hold time. (some people report 4) Took one person 2 days to call Ebox to report their Rogers outage. Wonder what Teksavvy's hold time is? #CRTC

@TELUS you guys are impossible to get ahold of. I closed my account 7 mths ago and you’re reporting missed payments for 7 mths to the credit bureau on a $0 balance and account is till showing open. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!

@sherissezip Please tell us the design for a "non-free" system, & how that helps. I'm serious - I am interested in great ideas about how to improve it. I have a few myself. I just can't see making a crappier system for the poor & a better one for those that pay Telus a tithe as the solution
