    I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    @CaseyBratPack @TELUSsupport @TELUS A techie tried resetting the satellite over the phone but it didn't work. So they said they would send a technician out...on Feb 1st. I'm getting madder by the minute & will be writing to the CRTC about this horrible service.

    Does anyone else here have Telus Smart Security? I started with ADT, which was bought out by Telus. Now I get letters constantly telling me to upgrade my system, but I can never get through to them. Great sales team with zero support @TELUSsupport . Only handle phones it seems.

    @TheJenRollins @TELUS @telusmobility Telus is awful. We stayed w em cause they kept rolling over our discounts but then they stopped and we were like, yeah, not paying that. Bye. Swapped to Shaw. Not stellar, but definitely better than Telus on all fronts.

    @Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility Turns out my house is in a “area of concern.” There’s no cell service here at all, which no one told me when I moved my entire business with 3 lines over at the end of October. I’ve been to the Telus store 6 times since then asking why it’s not working at all.

    @chatrwireless_ been with this company 7years never missed a top up not even once in 84 months. Ever since their update my data has been ****** and draining way to fast. So after a loyal 7 yrs I will be leaving chatr for Telus. No customer service, ****** service. **** chatr

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport have been a customer for 2-3 years and now the customer support is just so bad. Have been waiting on my order but no response, no email..cs staff just keeps transferring. Annoyed !!!
