I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

I was the first mixed dose at Telus. Poor nursing staff thought tomorrow was the day it started so took 10 extra min to get permission from Edmonton. But it’s done! Incredibly fast at Telus otherwise.

@auzziejlee I have telus gigabit, and haven't had any issues, but hearing what you guys when though, give up on them. When I was with Shaw I had very few issues. I was 300mbps down, 15 up. That's the way cable do. Having that said, for most use cases 15mbps up is fine.

@NorthEndRick @Bell_MTS BellMTS is the standard bearer for ****** service. Wait until they start charging you to send a technician out to fix their faulty equipment. Should be in about 15 minutes. Look at Telus for cell service, so I hear. Shaw TV can’t be worse. Switch!!!
