@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

It seems that the only service providers I can really consider for internet and cable are Shaw or Telus. Ugh. Anyone else in the YEG area manage to successfully cut ties with them? Also, if you have internet only, do you watch Oilers games? If so how/what service? Thanks

Hey @rogershelps since you dinged me for a cancellation fee can we agree that you owe me a refund because your service was unusable in half of my town for almost eight months? No? Didn’t think so. I’ll make sure everyone in town knows @telus works though so they’ll leave you too.
