@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

Just got this from Telus *Health*. The NDP has sold us out: "Turn up the savings, turn down the energy costs. "Automating your home's heating, cooling and lighting with the TELUS Smart Automation Plus plan is simple, and it can save you money." Last week: an internet offer.

I love these wait times when you call @TELUS and are on hold for over an hour and then it picks up finally and they hang up on you only for you to call back & be on hold for another hour and told your BUSINESS account doesn't exist? Excuse me? This is pathetic

@patrickbetdavid to clarify on your video about Rogers. Rogers doesn’t control 90% it’s 3 companies Rogers, Bell (BCE), & Telus combined they have 90% of the market. Definitely a monopoly, we have a “Governing Organization” but run by telecom executives, so how does that help?
