@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

@dgish @Habsessed2 @TELUSsupport Well, with the rates they charge it should be a reliable service! Some of us need to work and now cannot because we use Telus for phone and internet. Glad I can get on to business next door’s free wifi to check what’s happening! But I can’t work with an insecure network.
