    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    @jffxns Reminds me of why im never going back to telus for internet. I'd had similar 10 years ago. Was paying about $120 month for "high speed internet" of 6mbps cause that was the fastest offered to my house/town. Parents paid the same price for same package, but was 500mbps for them.

    @johnnycakes91 Happens pretty frequently with Telus/Rogers. Telus in particular is bad because their agent bill things wrong pretty frequently and they just dump the file on Telus after they do the sell

    @AmazingZoltan There is a common theme with piss-poor customer service and tech companies over the last decade. Bell, Telus, Rogers, Adobe. Also a common theme regarding the CSR on the other side of the phone call.

    @peternowak WOW. And I thought it was bad, years ago, when the Telus tech support robot stayed on script for asking a home consumer q's when he's talking to a business with a server room.

    @Kapur_AK in Calgary we have Rogers or Telus. we used to have Shaw. we have NO competition now. the costs keep going up. the service is disgusting. before the Libs did this i had Shaw internet/TV & my cell with Rogers. Both were excellent then. now it's a horror story. Champagne.

    @terrynewman As an @TELUS customer, I would love to be able to speak to a real human in this country! It's getting harder to speak to anyone when dealing with them. Have a problem? They'll call you back in a day or two maybe.

    I don't think @TELUS @TELUSsupport realizes how much their constant sales/slop support phone calls are destroying their business brand. I just got a call from one of their reps overseas asking me for feedback, even after I filled out a monstrous feedback form yesterday online. After I had previously told multiple TELUS reps that I was only a customer because I am trying to shut down my father's accounts after his passing and to stop calling me and trying to sell me new services, given my situation. When I tried to explain this to the person who just called, they made a bunch of inappropriate and juvenile sounds and then hung up on me. There is zero chance that I would move any of my services to TELUS at this stage. This is the hidden cost of outsourcing sales and support and making every phone call into a pseudo sales call. I still have several services to wind down with Telus on my parents behalf - home security, internet, home phone - an I cringe thinking about how much time I will spend on the phone and the quality of those upcoming experiences.

    @SteveSaretsky Rogers is getting their *** kicked by Telus. Rogers customer service is non-existent.
