Dustin Cartwright (@DCartwrightAB) reported@tedmccoy Not sure what's going on there. 9-1-1 will go through even if the carrier is having issues of their own. It'll first try on Telus' network, then roll onto others and get you in touch with 9-1-1. Imperceptible delay to the caller.
