Karina “Determined Synth Music Plays” Halle (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British ColumbiaThe excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Silva Bay, British Columbia@isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol
-
Speaking for the planet (@shepherd_360) reported from South Wellington, British Columbia@MoistlySpeaking @DeceitinDrugs @jjhorgan I think you may be able to do that if you subscribe to the health service owned by Telus. Personally the last thing I want is more of my personal information publically available. It's bad enough Google provides an ad for aspirin when I talk about a headache around the devices.

Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British ColumbiaWe’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K
-
Dave Morse (@Langfordman) reported from North Cowichan, British ColumbiaSo I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

Jim Kearley (@JimKearley) reported@SteveSaretsky Rogers is getting their *** kicked by Telus. Rogers customer service is non-existent.
-
Maga Patriot (@florida32176) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Why do you think I always hang up!
-
🥓Chris P. Bacon🥓 (@__ChrisPBacon__) reported@JoeC4281 @mindingottawa @CdnHeritage Never got rid of mine. Telus gives me a line, unlimited Canada/US long distance, voicemail, caller-id and call waiting for $10 a month.
-
Derek Braid (@Royal_Arse) reportedRogers took ~$82M via Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy program, with top three telcos (Rogers, Bell, Telus) receiving >$240M while paying billions in dividends. Individuals receiving CERB had to repay over-payments, white collar welfare industry did not. Now mass layoffs.

Upside🇨🇦 (@FindyourUpside) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Oh we know. They have a cartel in Canada, need to pay out their retiring CEO and pay signing bonus to new CEO. It's all about profit for them, not service. But to be fair, I talking to someone from Guatemala and it was great interaction.
-
Donnie Baseball (@SilkWilkes) reported@cdntradegrljenn I'm on a $50/mo unlimited plan with Rogers that includes no roaming charges. Absolutely NONE! Longtime Telus customer and they couldn't give me free roaming. Rogers is the devil but Telus got to $17/day for roaming.
-
turbonerd (@blammenwerfer) reported@AmazingZoltan All of the big telecom providers. I'll never forget getting a $1200 cancellation fee from Roger's, arguing for three weeks with Bell that no I never asked for cable internet please stop sending technicians, or watching Telus cry like babies when Virgin wanted to come up here
-
Chauntelle (@Chauntelle33) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus sucks. I dropped them 20 years ago.
-
I Am Sandra 🇨🇦 (@covidrefugee) reported@DanMazierMP @Ianharr22144712 This is deliberate. Same script for years: announce shiny 'modernization', blow hundreds of millions via arms-length agencies & favored contractors like TELUS, ignore red flags, hand out fat bonuses anyway, stonewall committees, then quietly shut it down with zero consequences
-
NPQ 🇨🇦 (@npenz76) reported@telus you really need to either hire better door to door salesman or just stop the practice all together. They are rude, misogynist, refuse to listen and don’t under the words “not interested” and “no”. You’re a massive company, find a less intrusive way to get new customers.
