    The entire @TELUS and @TELUSsupport structure is so broken they don’t know how to respond or resolve customer concerns. Either way, @TELUS and their #purefibre will never see another dollar spent from my family. Customers have a choice, being mistreated makes the choice easier

    Telus sales person just came by offering a range of service; last was home security camera. Since my years in Africa I have been adverse to electronic home security, barb wire, walls, walls with glass… I choose trust and two dogs😜 Do you feel you need all that security?
