    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    @Rootbrian_ @TELUS iPhone 12 was literally no different than previous. Camera is crap . Battery is crap. Every time they update they say battery life improvement yet each time the battery life is horrible. 6 years ago you had to charge it every day, and still you have to charge it every day

    @JosephLayne @TELUSsupport I still haven't heard back from Telus.... I am on a chat now with another agent from SportsNet who seems much more helpful than the one I chatted with this morning but we are still not finding a solution. Maybe Telus and SportsNet need to have a talk with each other.

    @Novusnow Very unhappy that this continues to happen. How 'bout a permanent fix this time, and a discount on this month's service? I like Novus, but may need to go back to Shaw or Telus. 😒

    Then last week was told I could have install on Thursday during the day. Moved a tonne of meetings around and a work trip to Pemberton only to have Telus cancel and reschedule for Today. Just got a call DAY OF, to cancel the install because of ‘back end issues’…. UNBELIEVABLE.

    @TELUSsupport I am unable to sign-in with my Telus authentication to SportsNet Now. I contacted them and was told it was your issue and I need to contact you. When I tried to contact Telus I could not reach an agent to resolve the issue. Can you help?
