Personally the last thing I want is more of my personal information publically available. It's bad enough Google provides an ad for aspirin when I talk about a headache around the devices.

That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

After hours on the phone, multiple transfers, and repeating our story over and over, we were told our account had been closed for “missed payment.” We have 15 TELUS Business Mobility lines, multiple TELUS security accounts, every account is on pre-authorized payments, and we’ve never missed a payment. Our other security accounts are still there. Our be business account has simply disappeared. A business shouldn’t be left without alarm monitoring because of what appears to be an account migration error. Someone at TELUS needs to take ownership and make this right.

Their copper to my building doesn't support suitable Internet speeds. The TV freezes, the websites sputter. Customer service is a nightmare.

Jay A (@rodice11) reportedReporting missed payment for the same bill. The damage this has caused my credit standing has been doubled. @telus and the credit agency both reporting an open debt, both reporting missed payments neither of which were charged off. I am hiring a lawyer and escalating this.
