My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

  • shepherd_360 Speaking for the planet (@shepherd_360) reported from South Wellington, British Columbia

@MoistlySpeaking @DeceitinDrugs @jjhorgan I think you may be able to do that if you subscribe to the health service owned by Telus. Personally the last thing I want is more of my personal information publically available. It's bad enough Google provides an ad for aspirin when I talk about a headache around the devices.

  • MetalBlonde Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  • Langfordman Dave Morse (@Langfordman) reported from North Cowichan, British Columbia

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Silva Bay, British Columbia

@isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol

@TELUS says a beaver is not to blame for the overnight outage that affected northwest BC. The outage is because of cable damage due to a motor vehicle accident. #princerupert #terracebc #Kitimat

  • Terrywiseman5 Eric The Red (@Terrywiseman5) reported

@JustinTrudeau Here's an idea Mr Telus. Let's charge the customer the credit card processing fee. We missed it when we set up that payment option. Trudeau won't intervene. He didn't intervene with the two airlines screwing people! Now, where's my bonus for profit ideas? Screw the public.

  • JohnLorinc John Lorinc (@JohnLorinc) reported

@stopline9toront Well, Rogers is one of the providers that could offer the service. Or Telus. Or Bell. But none of them have expressed interest, apparently.

  • Peymiine Peyman (@Peymiine) reported

@TELUSsupport @Lilipop2023 During the severe conditions and unbelievably interrupted Internet connection, I was hoping Telus will help Iranian people keep connected with their beloved ones by continuing to waive the long-distance charges from Canada to Iran. Please don't let us get disappointed!

  • markroseman Mark Roseman (@markroseman) reported

Question for @cpsbc_ca: what about physicians working for Telehealth services e.g. TELUS Health, etc.? What does the assessment process look like for them? Because given the blatant and widespread accounts of poor care, it's either not happening or failing badly. 2/

  • rhmcgarry Robert McGarry (@rhmcgarry) reported

The only thing that makes this somewhat bearable is if/when you do get through to the 1-833 number the customer service reps are great. Thanks @TELUS for that.

  • Sophiegrace68 Sophie Grace 🚰 (@Sophiegrace68) reported

@thewirereport @TELUS Lol. That’s all Telus does is impose service charges.

  • LukeRmufc Luke R (@LukeRmufc) reported

@TELUS By Far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. @TELUS not helping me move my fibre internet cable and home security from North Van to Whistler. I am happy to cancel the contract if you can’t provide me with the service that you offer and have promised

  • JerRemy_RedRoad Jer Remy (@JerRemy_RedRoad) reported

@TELUS any information regarding the phone and internet outage in the Hazelton area would be appreciated!

  • NicoQPPN Nico Miatello (@NicoQPPN) reported

So you leave viewers in a situation where they either need to overpay, or not use your services. And I have to be honest at this point there is almost no chance I'm resubscribing to Telus TV unless you address some of these issues. It feels like I'm being scammed.
