Personally the last thing I want is more of my personal information publically available. It's bad enough Google provides an ad for aspirin when I talk about a headache around the devices.

Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

Hockey Dad (@Coach_JayH) reported@TELUS What happened to Telus- used to be a great provider. Now it’s a shell of itself. They cancel your service without your approval. Now you have to do all sorts of credit checks to get your service back that they messed up in the first place. What a joke.

No decent customer service. They have sent it out of the country so they can pay people extremely low wages compared to Canada. Always trying to gouge the customer. It is past time the government allows more competition. Of course this will never happen, I’m would guess it would be due to excellent corporate lobbyists. I am so tired of have a captured government and bureaucracy.

A great @telus story of poor customer service and possibly why their stock continues to languish. I was looking at opening a $T Telus fibre Internet account and seeing what the prices/speeds were for comparison to Rogers. On the website it says they are open to 6:30pm pacific and no one is available to talk to me today but get this... Nobody is available ALL DAY Friday to talk to me and the earliest is 1:30pm on Saturday. If you wonder why the stock is down...
