@MoistlySpeaking @DeceitinDrugs @jjhorgan I think you may be able to do that if you subscribe to the health service owned by Telus. Personally the last thing I want is more of my personal information publically available. It's bad enough Google provides an ad for aspirin when I talk about a headache around the devices.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Silva Bay, British Columbia

@isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol

  • Langfordman Dave Morse (@Langfordman) reported from North Cowichan, British Columbia

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

  • MetalBlonde Karina “Determined Synth Music Plays” Halle (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

  • MetalBlonde Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  • Brycer79 Bryce (@Brycer79) reported from North Cowichan, British Columbia

My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

I cant post my speed today cuz Telus doesnt work rn so i have to use a VPN so it's fast enough to contact DNS servers

  • jesse_kleine Jesse Kleine (@jesse_kleine) reported

@GoldTAnalysis @ronmortgageguy The flip side of this is that as price points move up, competition increases drastically and the level of service increases. Try getting a Realtor to return your call in a $300k avg price point town. It's like trying to get ahold of Telus!

  • marcie_c_john Marcie Callewaert John (@marcie_c_john) reported

@Xplornet I was so glad when I moved to an area where we could also access Telus Smart Hub and xplornet wasn't the only option. Painfully slow and expensive for such tiny data packages.

  • puneet27971 Puneet Goyal (@puneet27971) reported

@TELUS #terrible, the same rhyming and sam behavior.

  • lindskreway Lindsay Kreway (@lindskreway) reported

@TELUS just FYI we are NOT impressed that a Telus rep came to our house after 9pm. As a Telus customer already there is no reason to send any one to our house.... Instead of having someone on the payroll going door to door take that money and make existing customers bills lower..

  • bettergovca bettergov.ca (@bettergovca) reported

@EComm911_info @TELUS @koodo “Today in stupid governance endangered citizens...”

  • BLCK_AGERA BLCK_AGERA BLACKLIST MILITARY (@BLCK_AGERA) reported

@edmontonpolice Are any other mobility providers effected by this issue or just Telus?

  • jocelynlewis00 Jocelyn Lewis (@jocelynlewis00) reported

@TELUS @CRTCeng 2.5 hours on hold and chat to resolve a $10 billing issue - which was a Telus error. Your hold music is rage inducing. Customer service “ we don’t guarantee hold times” !!?? #DoBetter #Oligopoly

  • cspotweet Courtney Theriault (@cspotweet) reported

Heads up. The EPS 911 Dispatch Centre says TELUS Mobility customers calling 911 can't hear operators. Operators can hear the caller, but not the other way around. People who call 911 will be called back, or can continue calling if the emergency remains. #yeg #yegcc
