  @MoistlySpeaking @DeceitinDrugs @jjhorgan I think you may be able to do that if you subscribe to the health service owned by Telus. Personally the last thing I want is more of my personal information publically available. It's bad enough Google provides an ad for aspirin when I talk about a headache around the devices.

  So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

  We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

  @isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol

  My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

  @MPelletierCIO Ive been screaming about how telus lost the plot and how its valuation compared to peers was insane for 2 years. Come on, even a simple p/e comparison to peers was too hard for so called "professionals". no excuses for anyone hold telus, it was/is bad, red flags everywhere

  @MPelletierCIO I agree likely still has lower to go, but Dodig may have kitchen sinked the quarter to exceed expectations later. For instance, 2.1b write down for Digital may be excessive if sovereign data centres gain traction with govt support. Telus is the only one pursuing this build out.

  @krisster8 I refused and kept my job at @telus ultimately quitting in 2024. They tried to make me test every day I faked it by taking a picture of the same test every day. I never tested myself one time. **** them and **** that!

  I follow dividend kings and champions very closely. Today, TELUS $TU just cut its dividend by 55%. That move ends a 22-year streak of yearly increases at the second-largest telecom firm in Canada. Shares were down as much as 14% as soon as the news came out. The red flags sat out in the open for some time. The firm carried a weak dividend score of 6.8. Its payout ratio sat at a wild 278%. The yield hit 11%, and anything over 6% already looks risky. Debt forced the issue. Management needed cash, and the dividend was the fastest place to grab it. The company is listed in my International Dividend Champions report. The next update of that list will show the change.

  but they won't put another tower in Comox to fix our terrible awful connectivity issues .... I have trouble maintaining a phone call in my KITCHEN IN TOWN .... constantly dropping signal and I am not the only one, there is a dead zone in the subdivision I live in that everyone has issues with but Telus has done nothing IN THE 23 YEARS i HAVE LIVED HERE TO FIX THE PROBLEM ... this issue is well enough known to have had local news stories written about it. SO they want to uograde Victoria you say ... whoop de do :(

As a result, bad actors are calling clients as if from a major provider and HAVE enough client details to make people believe it’s a legit call.   $TU - TELUS CUT ITS DIVIDEND 55% AND RAISED CAPEX. THE FREE CASH FLOW GUIDE FELL A QUARTER. Every rung of the 2026 guide moved at once. Free cash flow to about $1.8 billion from about $2.45 billion; capital expenditures UP to about $2.6 billion from about $2.3 billion; consolidated service revenue growth to flat-to−2% from 2% to 4%; adjusted EBITDA growth to −2% to −4% from 2% to 4%. The quarterly dividend was reset 55% to $0.1875 a share, an annualized $0.75, which TELUS says frees roughly $2.7 billion of cash through 2028 for debt reduction. The payout policy moved to 45–60% of trailing free cash flow from 60–75%, and the discount on the dividend reinvestment plan is gone from October 1 — the company says that reduces shareholder dilution. The leverage target itself never moved. The deadline did: about 3.0 times net debt to adjusted EBITDA by year-end 2028 rather than 2027, from 3.5 times at quarter-end, citing "competitive pricing pressure and reduced subscriber demand amid lower population growth." Mobile phone net additions were 17,000. A carrier that grew by connecting a growing country is repricing for one that isn't. The dividend is what pays for the extra year. Shares fell about 12%.

  It’s fairly obvious at this point that $AMPG and Telus are collaborating on Telus’ 66 billion dollar network investment through 2030. Yes, if $ampg gets even 1% of that cake their market cap quadruples. (Not even including the dozen other projects they have going on) But what if that’s not all they are contributing to Telus? Telus is now hiring waves of AI Voice Data Specialists to train next-gen voice AI. What could a wireless operator company possibly need AI voice data specialists for? You call your local pharmacy/carrier/small business and you get a ****** prompt operator you have press 1, 2, or 3 five times in a row to get to who you want to reach. It takes an hour to complete your phone call. This is the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. My inference is simple. Telus is going to revamp and wipe out the competition of IVR (which is a ~6 billion/year industry btw) Telus operates in over 35 countries. Guess whose radios get to be the backbone of this entire operation? $AMPG Data center tailwinds too lol this isnt a bubble $NOK $ERIC $IREN $NBIS $DGXX
