My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

@isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol

@TELUS is so ******* slimy. got pressured into getting a whole package deal and the entire hour i spent with the agent, they never once mentioned any of the additional fees and charges and now it's past the cancellation date that I find out how expensive it all really is

@TELUSsupport Telus Support, am a new customer that signed up for 2 lines on Dec 19. I received only one SIM card so far and that too only yesterday. I have tried to call up customer care via phone/chat and have been logged out by your systems after being put on hold

@TELUSsupport All equipment returned..every month I call @Telus they tell me it will be corrected next billing but never happens. After 3 weeks usage the bill was $77 and I disconnected,a month later $177, a month after $327. What kind of service is that to endure as a senior? #telus do better

@BrownGuyMadeIT @TELUS I can kinda see it now. They promised me half of what I was paying on my monthly payment previously, but never got it, and now it's too late to cancel. It's still lower than what I was paying before, but kinda wish I just bought the new iPhone 14 Pro Max instead.

update time: Theres been problems with the internet. Telus keeps saying everything should be ready to be set up but they keep just not coming to get things done. I'm not sure when they will actually stick to their word, so I'm not sure when I can stream again. I miss y'all

Not to mention that their call lines are always so busy that getting through to people can take hours. I'm so ******* frustrated I wanna cancel everything. Would not recommend telus at all
