    My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    @isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    The @Rogers commercials running right now are garbage. If Rogers or Bell & Telus for that matter REALLY cared about Canadians, they would bring their prices down to what other developed countries pay.

    @koodo I get that you ride Telus's coattails but the very least you could do is post something when there's a massive outage... DO BETTER

    @kempthead But at least with Telus, you CAN pay via your bank. What about streaming services and other online ordering that can't be done with any other payment method? They should have capped the credit card fees charged to merchants. Banks have more money than dog. What a horrible ruling!

    @koodo I have not been able to access the internet since about 3:50pm today. But voice calls seem to be working. I also have a Public Mobile number, it cannot access the internet either. Is Koodo/Telus server down? I am located in Scarborough, ON.
