My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@MoistlySpeaking @DeceitinDrugs @jjhorgan I think you may be able to do that if you subscribe to the health service owned by Telus. Personally the last thing I want is more of my personal information publically available. It's bad enough Google provides an ad for aspirin when I talk about a headache around the devices.

Our @TELUS internet was supposed to be hooked up today. They never showed, claimed they left a voicemail yesterday, and are now telling us there's a cabling issue and it could be 3 *MONTHS* before we're connected. Time to find another internet provider... @TELUSsupport

Thinking about that time last week that Telus called me for the second time in a month to ask me if I was enjoying my service and when I said no, it cuts out constantly and it's too expensive, they said "okay I'll take a note of that" and then ended the call

@imDavidBarnes @CollinsEbubechi Here in Canada it must be different cause I worked at pc mobile and Telus mobile and other places and they all worked fine with iMessage and never told me to download anything else and freedom mobile has iMessage business chat like many many others do to

@elonmusk Will this be available Across Canada, Bell, Rogers, Telus all like to **** us with $120+/month bills for probably the most unreliable internet i've ever used in my life. TBH i'd rather wait for a satilite to fly over for connection than wait for for their router to restart.

It is SOOOO frustrating PVR @TELUS Optik TV. It's the SHITS! Constant freezing, stuttering, jumping ahead. You can't watch more than a minute without this happening. Hard to keep track of show. DO NOT sign up for Telus ****** service!

@SweeneyBuzzzz @tprstly Yeah Telus worked like that. Shows like Game of Thrones only appeared on the streaming service after the 7:00pm debut and then the actual stream quality was terrible. The bit rate they gave was 1/2 of what you’d see anywhere else. I get that they are starting to compete.

Guess i'll stop pasting #Telus Sim Swaps. There are just too many of them to keep up with. #CRTC People should avoid telus. It's pretty bad.
