So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

@DianeMariePosts Same problem when trying to buy a cellphone for cash with Telus. They said I can get the phone if I sign up for their third party financing. Screw that, went to BB bought it for cash.

@TELUSsupport I called the "fibre support team" only to sit on hold for 30 minutes. I was assured at the end of the call "Natalie" from escalations was calling me immediately. I'm still waiting. #telus

The wifi and Bluetooth on my phone are broken, @TELUS data is absolute dogshit when it’s throttles. Canadian telecoms suck ***, unlimited isn’t even unlimited anymore. Might as well just pay for 15gb..

As you call any of these Telecom companies for information, when you speak to an agent, before you let them put you on hold: GATHER their name and employee ID (Bell, Telus, Virgin), or Interaction ID (Rogers, Fido). They are more likely to help you.

@TheBreakdownAB I guess the UCP must think they will never need an ambulance…. I don’t think Telus health offers any private ones.
