    My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol

    The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

    @MoistlySpeaking @DeceitinDrugs @jjhorgan I think you may be able to do that if you subscribe to the health service owned by Telus. Personally the last thing I want is more of my personal information publically available. It's bad enough Google provides an ad for aspirin when I talk about a headache around the devices.

    And I don’t even want to talk about my stupid phone bill… Canadians have one of the highest rates in the world thanks to our cell cartel of Telus, Bell, and Rogers. And those who don’t work? How do they survive on #disability? Doing nothing? What is wrong with you, @bcndp ?

    @TELUSNews @TELUS You need to take Fox out of the news bundle as well. I canceled that bundle and now pay more to get the actual news channels individually. I would rather pay extra than support their dangerous rhetoric. Fox admits they are entertainment, not news, so this should not be an issue.

    @TELUS and @TELUSsupport please... Pretty please. Find a way to moderate or just stop calling or asking me every time I interact with you/support to buy Norton, or home security. Your employees must be incentivized or worse compelled to EACH TIME. It feels like enslaved SCAMMERY.

    @TELUSsupport @telus oh what words I want to say. Not happy with service we received and could not even speak to a supervisor - let’s just say cancelled contract on new install because Telus made a mistake and would not honour contract pricing… lost a 9 year customer
