    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol

    My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

    @skypierce_ @TELUS As a Canadian myself. Get TMobile full service plan from usa and use it in Canada and works perfectly and way cheaper with better speeds. Telus sucks. Have to use Rogers or bell but there more expensive

    @kdorse @edjanes79 Hey Ed… not very nice that you would leave a bad review about all those trucking companies you’ve no dealings with.. better go back and revise those or delete them, or maybe Telus gets thousands of reviews citing your name…it’s the Canadian thing to do Eddy

    @menard_ray @TELUS We are noticing that at our apartment as well. Considering they sold us on the gig internet... Tvs stutter all the time, internet bogs, it's ******* stupid considering what we are paying.

    @theninjagreg yeah I got piktv (telus streaming TV In bc) and already had 3 blacked out games in the month stove I've had it and I'm like why should I pay for this I might just go back to online streams it's so stupid

    @JoelTeeling @TELUS Shaw has horrible customer service. It’s why we switched… I’m getting to the point where I’m considering accepting ****** service so I can have internet that consistently works.
