    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @isabeldc @TELUS I have a business to run so I have I limited data and theoretically good speeds. But Shaw was the worst experience of my life so Telus it is lol

    My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

    @TELUS is out. Experiencing approximately "25 miles" of Fibre Optics outages in the #yeg region. Just an FYI before you call in. The @TELUSsupport individual said it could be close to 2 hours before service is restored.

    @TELUS I am fed up with your customer support, no one knows anything about the plans. They promise one thing and bills are made for others. In the end, it is the customer who is suffering the most. I am disgusted....

    @CalgaryBluesky @ShawInfo They did that for me too, but the service was so bad when Shaw called me and offered me money to come back I agreed. Then Telus sent me a cheque to cover the free credit they gave me that I didn't use.

    @0CynicalBastard @ShawInfo I will never in my life give Shaw another cent. They ruined my view without thought or consideration after a decade of not having a cable run there. I just can't with them. EVER. I have been w Telus before &was happy so will give them my business.

    @coL_Amazonian @Xfinity There are plenty of reasons for me to never move to the US, but a big one is that I haven't had a single internet interruption in the 3 years I've been with @TELUS, excluding 2am network maintenance (doesn't affect me) and 1 power outage. Seems like US ISPs are actual trash.
