We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  • brandanCiccone

@TELUSsupport good afternoon! I recently got Telus Security and need some help paying the bill, I assumed it was bundled in with my satellite and phone bill

  • Brycer79
Bryce (@Brycer79) reported from North Cowichan, British Columbia

My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

  • MetalBlonde
Karina “Determined Synth Music Plays” Halle (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

@Eggs_and_Jakey Telus is who we use in bc Although their customer service and no paper billing drives me absolutely mad. Seems to be the lesser of the evils imo

@TELUSsupport how bad is your support that I cannot find a phone number to call support. Telus assist is a joke and anytime I have gotten into your support queue it has been a joke.

@esSpyderMonkey Because TELUS TV+ streams live TV, we are legally bound by CRTC broadcast loudness laws (-24 LUFS), while apps like YouTube master their audio much 'hotter' (-14 LUFS). To fix the gap on Apple TV, try going to Settings > Video and Audio > turn on 'Reduce Loud Sounds'

@for_vaughan @TELUSsupport There's a reason so many of my neighbours have switched from Telus to Rogers. The customer service is horrible, and their plans suck.

@davidmgustin @TELUSsupport Hey! I've been a @TELUS customer for over 10 yrs and the problems I've had with them the last cpl is absurd. Check your bill every month for costs u dont owe, like cloning your services and charging you dble!! I used to be happy, I no longer am.

@sarobertson_ Beaker was never the sharpest tool in the drawer. These days he’s leading @TELUS DOWN THE DRAIN @

@genymoneyca Interesting read. We just switched to Telus and managed to get 5 phones (whole family) for $180 all in month to month. Regular things they all offer (Canada & US stuff). They gave us 500GB shared a month which we will never get close to using.

@garymasonglobe @TELUS Telus is the worst.

  • AbdiAfrah
    A-Dub (@AbdiAfrah) reported

@TELUS what’s the point in referring a friend for $50 credit if you guys take the friend and don’t give me the credit. Make it make sense don’t promise something during a recession economy and take it back because of your slow SIM card delivery service

  • VanIsleInvestor
Vancouver Island Guy 🌊 (@VanIsleInvestor) reported

Canadian Telco's getting whiplash back to 3 month lows and beyond from the risk of Starlink. Globe - The risk of Starlink entering Canada for wireless is unlikely due to foreign ownership rules, spectrum constraints and the MVNO framework. In our view, this makes Canadian telecom stocks, in a relative haven from the uncertainty around potential U.S. wireless disruption. Impact: Neutral to our estimates and long-term outlook. $T Telus - analyst downgraded and reduced $1.00 to $19 and expecting soft results and a dividend reset. $BCE BCE - Reduced target by $1.00 to $38 $RCI.B Rogers - No news for June or early July I have found. Riding down on the current Canadian Telco sentiment waiting for the sports spin off update at earnings.
