My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

Oh, @TELUS. It’s disheartening that a customer’s loyalty (20 yrs) to you is worth only an extra 4 GB a month for a total of 10 GB for a $65 plan. I sometimes get switched to LTE in my own home w/your Wi-Fi. Please do better. I should at least get 20 GB ya cheapskates😒

@Fidomobile @Fidomobile Just received a $235.00 bill when you assured me all overages would be waived and I ‘didn’t have to do anything on my end.’ @TELUS directly emailed waiving ALL fees for us to end of year, never mind overages. Maybe you should do the same for not living up to ur word.

@TELUSsupport DM’s sent two days ago. No reply. And we’ve still had to coordinate the different contractors. Today was their second failed attempt. We’re still without internet. No idea what happens next. No responsibility or help from #telus
