@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

@bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

@TELUSsupport Hi, I believe this is connected to an issue with the DSL modem becoming unresponsive (GUI lockup), which happened several times yesterday, and a telus tech has already been scheduled.

@TELUS @opensignal Yeah the 7mbps of 5g i get disagrees. Your plans are way to expensive. $85 for 25 gigs? Thats to ******* expensive. If your network is so good and is number one, why don't you give us the ultimate plan? Give us a truly unlimited data plan. Not this high speed throttled stuff.

Come on @TELUS! You buy out an alarm company…figure out you can’t service their equipment…then tell me it’s up to me to pay for new equipment and re-sign a 4 year contract!! Why does it become my issue because you bought something you can’t maintain - that’s on you!!

@ @bettersafetynet I mean, yeah, this is nothing new. I had to deal with NSS for ~7 years, about 8 years ago. They kept saying they were going to make their own pcaps, but never did. All the Telus/FSC stuff was always there.

There is definitely something happening between the TELUS tv box and the modem as every time a scheduled recording started the internet cut out and the recording was also wrecked.

While the Telus TV box was doing all the distorted garbage, I started unplugging things, two things brought the internet back - Unplugging TelusTV - Unplugging the laptop
