@bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

@yyccityman @DAZN_CA Lol true! Years ago I swore to never use dazn again, but paying $80 per season compared to $199 with Telus is a huge difference! But I have to say I never had issues with Telus Sunday Ticket! So maybe it’s actually worth the money lol

@EE currently in Canada, have my smart benefit to the roam abroad and I can see that I have roaming enabled and it is connected to telus but I can't access anything or connect the internet. Help??

Thank you @telus, #WorstCustomerServiceEver Just yesterday I was thinking I wanted to spend over an hour on hold on my day off only to be cut off before being helped. I will be continuing to cancel all services with your company. Getting billed for a malfunctioning service.

Due to waiting on telus to come check out our internet, I will unfortunately have to cancel stream for night. No internet connection for now or at least until further notice. I'll still be able to connect via LTE on my phone, but yah no stream for tonight. Will keep yell posted!
