    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

    @TELUSsupport The worst company and service ever. I tried to switch my internet and tv services to Telus they show up and don’t even have fiber run to my house. They had my front yard dug up for 1 1/2 years. They have a technician waste half my day and can’t even give me services

    @TELUSsupport The Telus tech who went to add internet to another unit in my building unplugged mine. And then a week later Telus after I complained finally sent a different tech to the fix it. Stop hiring contractors who don't GAF.

    Beyond stupid I’ve reached 50% of my video recording upload limit in < 12 days with @TELUS security. Because 1) video doorbell sensitivity picks up ever shadow & 2) the limit is unbelievably low. This is a recent issue. So clearly Telus changed something @TELUSsupport

    Ummmmmm our Telus internet has been down since about 8PM last night… appears it’s nationwide?! What the hell is happening in Canada with our infrastructure?! Rogers, now Telus? That’s 99% of the country with a major outage this year.

    @TELUSsupport The service providers of telus are extremely rude and they are not concern with retaining there customers. Iwant to remain with telus but you guys are not providing any offer as compare to others and moreover increasing the price of the plan.

    Rogers, Bell, Telus, Shaw, etc. etc. They all do it. So if you get a call suggesting they can save you a bunch of money, check your current contract and see how much you have to pay to cancel.
