    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

    @1999roots @SheilaGunnReid @DeanLeask Depends on how badly you want reliable service I guess. No other options here but Telus hub and Explorenet which are both terrible

    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @Telus So I waited 40 minutes on hold on the phone after I received my “call back”. Then I was on the phone for 50 with someone who could not help me. She couldn’t see where, when or for what I was billed. She said it was all the Web Telus’s fault and they had to correct cont’d

    @telusmobility @TELUS @TELUSsupport how can a refund that you owe me take over 3 months with no logical explanation? If I took 3 months to make my payments you would have charged me interest and likely cut off services. Where is the customer service you say you provide?

    Holy 💩 @TELUS, just wanted to send my appreciation for the reenactment of Dickens’ Great Expectations that you’re providing in the lobby of my condo today from 2-7PM. Even the GARBAGE BAG IN MY HAND wasn’t enough to show I wasn’t there for a new ISP

    Is anyone else with a #Telus account having problems with their customer service? Someone please give me the name of a better company. I’ve been with Telus for about 30 years. Time to leave. Any suggestions? I have Apple phone and watch and need better and cheaper services.
