    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

    @kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

    I hate @TELUS been with them for almost a decade and they treat me like garbage and refuse to help. HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else for a phone😡

    @sunlorrie Good on Telus, but still annoyed they forced bringing their fibre into my yard without seeking approval from the community, instead the cowards went to the city for approval. @TELUSsupport. For this I will never be a Telus customer.

    @TELUS 3. Today my husband after chatting with service online he was told they were unable to help him. After waiting for the call-back, the person on the other end of the line, just kept saying he couldn’t hear him and hung up. After being life customers, this is unacceptable

    @gbcyvr @gingerqueenjen Some years ago I visited my doctor while working for Telus regarding stress (have you often called Telus because you were happy with them? It was awful) He quickly and easily deemed I needed stress leave. It must depend on the doctor.

    @TELUSsupport part 4 This made us review something else that was being charged on account. We wanted to cancel telus internet n had called few months ago. Telus asked us to give them a chance n they came to install wifi booster. and u charging us for it when u said it was free?
