    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

    @chrislarocque8 @theJagmeetSingh Canadian telecom benefit more from government subsidies than are hampered by intervention. The network telus has in existence was built by tax dollars. They are greedy profiteers. Time to reign it in.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport can I get someone to help me out? Set up an account for 7 cell phones, been a nightmare so far. 20+ hours on the phone, missing 1 order, have 4 extra phone numbers on my bill and my bills are all more expensive than I was promised. No one helps…

    @noIPv6 @erikbais Telus is fine, it's had IPv6 ever since FTTH started wide deployment. Starlink though is the problem.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I am trying to add a new line to my plan. Going in circles with for days with support. Chat tells me it can't schedule callback. Call centre drops cals and, I get a text saying I will be prioritized next time I call. Then I am in massive wait times again.

    @BenKlass @CANADALAND When MTS bought Allstream it became black sheep because it stepped out of its territory to compete against Bell/Telus with CNCP’s national network. Also: Bell could no longer buy MTS because of Allstream being one of 2 national networks (telco + CNCP).

    @TELUS worst customer service ever! Agents are rude, no willingness to help, no empathy, no help at all.! Agents doesn’t care at all. It was just so frustrating, inconvenient and a big waste of time! They will just keep you waiting on the line for a very very very long time!

    @telusmobility nothing but problems with cell service for a year now and I’ve done everything that was asked and the service is still brutal and I’ve still got a year to go Missed calls slow data and it’s with all 4 lines that I have with Telus
