    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @TELUS Telus is the worst internet provider in Canada, it will increase your rate every year and give you a **** like speed. The fiber only applies to new house. I hope the StarLink system will be complete sooner . So no one has to bare telus fked up internet service anymore.

    Love getting random packet loss daily that has to do with my ISP making every game unplayable and streaming not an option. If this happens during the GLL Finals tmrw I'm gonna freak out You guys are dog **** @Eastlink , switching to @TELUS later this week.

    Can't believe the gongshow @TELUS today. Customer tries to take advantage of employees, doesn't get what he wants and becomes belligerent and irate. Then he returns to harrass other customers and employees. THEN the other customer gets mad at employees for trying to de-escalate.

    @SweetGeorgia_77 Unplug everything, it will reset everything. Maybe plug in something different where the Telus is plugged into the tv to determine if it is the Telus Box or he TV. If it is the Telus Box call tech support they are actually good. Had my fair share of issues and they are good.

    @OilBeak Shaw would have to give me free service to go back to them. At least when Telus messes up I get an apology and some compensation. Shaw doesn’t even apologize to their mistakes.

    Anyone else there having issues with Telus? Called waited 40 mins on hold to be told that he couldn’t help me the renewal team would reach out in 2-5 days. Absolutely unacceptable #telus poor service #telussucks
