    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

    @TELUS So is this how you handle customer service? I have spent hours on the phone and it's been almost 2 months. Are you just not going to come install my internet services that you are trying to Bill me for? If you are seeing this DO NOT get internet services from Telus...

    Next stage of working with @Telus: 1) phone call, told to go to store 2) store says they can't help me but they can sell be a SIM card, call this number 3) called that number, told they can only fill out a form for things to be activated in 5 days, my SIM is useless
