You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.

Instead, today they sent a guy in a minivan with a turban and no clue, and no wire.

World Citizen (@HannieOkello) reported@TELUSsupport Over 5 yrs. Just send out one of your support tech to that area! You can not maintain customers with such abhorrent service! If you don’t have WIFI, Telus is worthless in that area!! No Network on its own!
