    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

    @cruise_peter I bought an iPhone 5S for $150 a few years ago, just after the flip phone got canceled. I have a plan with Telus for $30 a month that has everything unlimited but no data. I have never needed data while out and about, and if needed, can always access wifi in a restaurant or pub.

    @TAKUMlCULT LOL im also on telus network. do you have wifi boosters?? telus sent them to all their customers at one point for free! not sure why. but now that i think about it i WAS experiencing slow af internet at that exact time 🧐🤔. but havent had internet problems since setting them up

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport is extremely sadistic for suspending my service at 1:30AM on a Saturday morning. Why not do it during business hours during the week? Y’all are so wrong for this.

    @KevinCTV I hope the media rips him a new one. Like yay new hospital (probably funded by Telus or Loblaws) but HOW DOES THAT HELP NOW? Hospitals take time to build........ The UCP are living in a fantasy world........ or are being intentionally criminally negligent

    ahhh why can’t i go into telus to cancel something lmao in store they only sell **** but make u do stuff on phone 😭 and then i get transferred how many times and tell them my same business, waiting on the phone for 37 mins now

    Hey @TELUS, why am I getting promo calls from Telus Mobility from men who creepily tell me they love me when I say, "No thanks."?! That was....an experience I never want to have again.

    Caller id is fundamentally broken. And no carrier seems to care. When I maintained a phone system with 250+ direct dial numbers, @TELUS allowed us to present any of those numbers for caller id, but we couldn't use our toll free numbers because they weren't on the PRI.

    Well done @Bell_Support! First time calling as aa new customer and you completely cocked it up. I'll be cancelling my account, returning the phone & going to either Telus, or back to Rogers. You still haven't learned to value your customers & treat them like people.

    @TELUSsupport Hi there. Switched from Koodo to Telus Mobility for the 5G then learned my OnePlus 9 Pro isn't allowed to have 5G on your network. Any way to fix this? Or can you provide a timeline on when 5G will be available to me? Thanks!
