@bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

  • ArsenaultKeith Keith arsenault (@ArsenaultKeith) reported from Municipal District of Foothills No. 31, Alberta

@shvonneshepherd @TELUSsupport We have a Telus hub that’s not working right now and my Internet is barely working on my phone via LTE

  • communik8e Katie 🇨🇦🌸 (@communik8e) reported from Municipal District of Foothills No. 31, Alberta

@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

  • CoryBMorgan Cory Morgan (@CoryBMorgan) reported from Municipal District of Foothills No. 31, Alberta

@kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

Recently learned that Rogers has the biggest cellular coverage in Ontario. It’s insane… Meanwhile I have TELUS and my cellular goes to 0 bars of service if I attempt to go through Norfolk County and Haldimond County. 🥲🥲

  • StrategicThghts David Schreck (@StrategicThghts) reported

@RogersHelps Got text “ Online support including top-up or plan changes for your Prepaid account is no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience.” I’ll be checking other service providers. #Telus

  • DesiSpin Hassan Saeed (@DesiSpin) reported

TELUS is a garbage company with garbage service. $T

  • KenWhit16701498 Ken White (@KenWhit16701498) reported

Cable companies and phone companies on the island should never get any help from governments because the amount they charge consumers for they product is shameful we as consumers should have the best internet and phone service for what what the companies like bell, and Telus

  • lmkt1 Chilly Wookie 🇺🇦 (@lmkt1) reported

@TELUSsupport how do you cancel a landline? I’m asking for the family of a senior who has been moved to another care facility and is required to accept their existing phone system, so needs to cancel Telus. Senior has mobility issues and family lives hours away.

  • NatalieLanovill Natalie Lanoville 🇨🇦 🌱 Thrice vaxxed! Pf*2+Mod (@NatalieLanovill) reported

And when I called Telus to find out about an offer they sent me by email, my fantastic CSR improved my home phone, TV, and internet plans substantially. CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!! My weekend is all set, thanks so much. 3/3

  • amandajfollett Amanda Follett Hosgood (@amandajfollett) reported

A beaver took out most (Telus uses "intermittent" but service was next to nil) internet, phone, landlines and credit cards for nine hours. Imagine what catastrophic wildfire or flooding could do to services in remote areas?

  • HarveyBanfield1 Harvey Banfield (@HarveyBanfield1) reported

@jerryleewilson That sucks switch to public or lucky when it’s paid off all owned by Telus or bell

  • ElizabethRBess ElizabethR 🙏🇺🇦 (@ElizabethRBess) reported

@ChrisSpace4 @macpm3 Telus Health is better than nothing, but “corporate” virtual care cannot replace a family doctor for many issues. Also, appointments are often cancelled w/o explanation and they only have 2 in person clinics in BC, with wait times of 3+ weeks for an appointment.

  • dentanion Dentanion (@dentanion) reported

@HistoryTVCanada why isn’t Alone episode 3 not available on Paramount+ or even on Telus On-Demand?! The episode came out on the 9th? Wtf?
