@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

@bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

Wow @TELUSsupport @TELUS I can’t believe that, instead of upgrading a nursing home to fibre optics, you’re just going to disconnect all of their service. Most of those people in their their TV is there only thing to do and you’re going to take that away from them.

@hyperlynx100 @TheCigarDungeon @AnthonyLacavera Well at the moment Shaw competes on wireless with Telus, Rogers, Bell out West. And Shaws monthly service rate is much better than the others. If Rogers buys Shaw, that’s one less competitor. And who has a wireline phone? Not many, no one I know.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport making it really hard to reach customer care. You can schedule a sales call instantly but they make you wait hours when trying to reach customer care. Disappointing.

@TELUSsupport Every time a Telus agent says they will call me back, or if I choose a call back option from your “waiting room”, I never receive the call and it just goes straight to my voicemail. My phone doesn’t ring and the call isn’t listed in my log. Why? How can I fix it?
