    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

    @MrSmith400 @TELUS Ping is the core problem, I think. It means the connection back and forth from device to router is really bad. Try wired device... Same problem is Telus, no problem is the Telus/your WIFI or device. Good luck!

    @Bell finally stepped away from your cell service. Always nagging & restricting my account for the handful of times I went over $250 credit. Since what 2014? No appreciation for being loyal. Lisa was last insult! 3gb plan when upgraded, I didn't notice🤬 @TELUS 6gb for 17less🥳

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Your service sucks. I have a business line. a few days later its not working. Your support doesn't work. IT ASKS ME TO CALL IN. HOW CAN I DO THAT WITH NO PHONE???? What incompetency is this?

    I will be cancelling your service soon and Move with other providers who are helpful like @TELUS. With your worst customer support and your hunger to just take money from customers even during financial crisis is loosing you a customer and I willnever recommend rogers to anyone

    "Phone" issues like some #Telus employees "tried" telling him. I also was right partially about how his internet issues weren't his fault too. So...on #bratvibes ...I think @wolfe69err should be nice to me since i "only" put #money in his pocket like the good

    @TELUS why can't I order the Talk & Text 100 plan (as mandated by @CRTCHearings)? Phone sales person takes 30 minutes and keeps saying he is doing me a favor while trying to upsell me on a monthly plan then dumps me to customer support...

    Communications companies, if you wanna lose a customer fast, maybe don't gaslight them with some crap about inflation when they ask for a minor price adjustment: you guys did just fine in the pandemic. Also doubly true if that customer isn't on contract. Bye, Telus!
