    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

    @kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

    I can’t believe I’m getting ****** over by @Telus AGAIN on a Sunday morning. Unbe-*******-lievable. THIRD WEEK IN A ROW I’ve had to waste over an hour with online tech support trying to watch NFL RedZone. EVERY WEEK I get different answers and excuses from these people! 🤬

    @TELUSsupport I have spent well over 6 hours waiting over the last week trying to cancel a service that i no longer need since i upgraded to faster internet with telus. I have been asked for my account information 8 times now.

    @OilCountry_Joe I switched to @ParkPowerLtd it is significantly cheaper and the service has been better than telus for sure!

    @spinda69 @ItsJimb0 Oh I haven't had an outage in a long *** time. And I would switch to telus but without fiber their down/up is way worse then Shaw (when Shaw is working properly) so since we're in NW it kinda sux

    @RachelNotley Telus and bell can never get high speed internet to all Alberta. But spacex and starlink can do it today… let’s not waste money funding the telcos

    Helpless person that answered my call couldn’t figure out how to pull up my account . Only entered it twice and gave him my # twice then he dumps me back in hold saying “bare with him” crappiest service yet. I’ve wasted so much time with Telus

    Hey @TELUS, when you’re setting up fibre internet for a new place and can’t set it up because of reasons, why can’t you offer a same day solution? Why does it have to take up to 2 weeks to get internet? Can’t exactly work from home on my data plan, can’t stay at new place now.
