    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

    @bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

    @TELUS Why do I only have 21 days remaining on my monthly bill? Haven't recieved my phone or activated my new account yet! Being charged for service I cannot use because Telus was out of stock on the phone I bought. BAD start to my new account & Im wondering if I made a mistake

    @TELUSsupport why is Telus customer service so awful? You can’t get anyone to answer ..on hold for hours..and if I get someone they speak another language from another country. WHY? Is Telus broke? Hire professionals in Canada

    @Telus If my bill isn't reset to the beginning of the term when I activate my new phone and am actually able to use the service I'm being charged for, I will cancel my account and not go with Telus. I'm not paying for a service I'm not using because phones were out of stock.

    @JimSenko 24 yrs as Telus Mobility customer. New plan is $50 more. Not able to speak with loyalty team unless a) I provide competitor pricing or b) I commit to buying new phone. Is this your vision for customer service.

Curious how many long-term, multi-contract clients you lost over Dec because Telus Fiber is cutting your price in half and paying the cancellation fees. Shaw's offer? A one-time $100 credit.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus team, Just got notice from my folks, their services went up despite on plan no longer offered. They are on minimal OAS only - can you help keep cost the same? Not looking for upgrade, just help to get them through the times - 25+ yrs customer Thx Happy 2022
