    @saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

    @evefavretto @saschasegan @TELUS I mean fair enough I guess. SIM swap scams are getting to be a massive problem… and given how attached folks are to their phone number it would be really rough to have to get a new one.

Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

    Wow, @ADT alarm service sucks since @TELUS took over. 2+hours on hold trying to get through to someone, and then the first technician they can get out (just to change a freaking battery) is next Friday. Never had this problem before.

    @TELUS OMG can’t believe Telus’ trickery. Says one can suspend service for vacation. I think so friendly . Almost done when agent says some conditions….” any offers and promotions will not be renewed “ WTF Strong arm tactics not on public site. Wow. Future is NOT friendly.

    @TheCoronaCure_ More than likely your data was sold directly from your service provider. Telus sold all of their client info to the Canadian govt for 200k in 2021.

    @EricThe72645196 So we have actually at least started to address this issue: but You have to start realizing Bell/Rogers/Telus is telecommunications and not broadcasters. Though Bell media arguably does dabble in both.

    @AnthonyLacavera Yes, but more importantly I know how it would affect me as a Telecom Contractor. The oligopoly of Telus/Bell/Rogers already creates a false economy where companies like Rogers try and dictate what we can charge for our services to build their network.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Hi - SMS messages are arriving very delayed and only intermittently to my phone. Yesterday, I received them in bulk since Saturday; this morning I sent myself a test SMS and it took >10min to arrive. Can you guys fix this somehow? :(
