    @saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

    @howiethomas @KrisLipscombe @ChristyMin @chevrolet @Nike @TELUS @TSN_Sports They do but it doesn’t mean their sponsor $ is allocated to anyone other than the men’s program. Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

    @Jayd_Ink As an YYC Shaw & Telus customer in Ontario visiting family, I’m as happy with Rogers as I am with Air Canada right now. Our flight down here was canceled twice, rebooked & then modified 3 times alone. No compensation at all. And now this from Rogers! A ridiculous service debacle!

    @evefavretto @saschasegan @TELUS I mean fair enough I guess. SIM swap scams are getting to be a massive problem… and given how attached folks are to their phone number it would be really rough to have to get a new one.

    Telus starts charging $15 for SIM cards today. CRTC bans activation fees tomorrow. They didn't remove the fee. They renamed it. A SIM is literally required to use the service. The CRTC flagged this as a potential violation. Telus did it anyway. Canadian telecom policy is basically whack a mole, except the carriers always hit back.

    @GlobalBC I’m going to water my lawn/plants & wash my car. If BC gives Telus the ok to steal our water for a data centre. Then I can water my lawn. Water levels can’t be that bad if they allow companies to steal it. **** these restrictions!

    @TELUS you’re such a joke of a company. Been trying to cancel my home services for a week. Waiting everyday for a call back. Maybe stop ******* using stupid Hindu employees and make things work properly. How is this even a thing you don’t call people back??

    Telus service has declined so bad, a lady called me today I couldn’t understand her.. she couldn’t pronounce my name her English was that bad and there were roosters crowing in the background. This isn’t the first time ..I hung up on her. Beyond ridiculous @TELUSsupport

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I was a 30 year customer and got the service you described . I was happy to leave. All the Cdn Cell phone companies are the same when it comes to acknowledging customer loyalty.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I canceled my @TELUS account 8 months ago and sent back all my equipment. They kept sending me a bill for a home phone and I don't have one. I phoned Customer Service and had them credit my account for the charges. They did. I am still getting bills though!!!
