    @TELUS @TELUSsupport So apparently Telus bought the security company I use and I have been paying a monthly fee. Now that we need a technician, they tell me that they cannot send one to my address. This is poor service at the best and fraud at the worst!

To clarify your concern: are you currently unable to call or message certain contacts, specifically Telus numbers, or are all services affected? We’d like to better understand the issue to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

    @TELUSsupport I'm getting outage 2nd time this week without a notice in Surrey and it impacts our commitment adherence towards work. There is no way to complain about this. if I call I am getting my number to speak to agent in 1 hr. Getting fed up with Telus, No proper support.

    @tempestimony @Martyupnorth_2 I went with Starlink, Telus is crap now. My bills are always wrong, all Indians on the phones and they never do their jobs.
