    @telus installed on Monday. System is already broken. 14hrs now no internet no tv, on Super bowl weekend. F this. I told the support rep anytime before 2 pm as I’m out at 2:30 he books the appointment at 3. Just got text from telus saying if i’m not there i will be charged $150.

    @JackieBee_16 @TELUS Been going on 2 years with issues with telus. Recordings are spontaneous, when watching cannot FF as show will shut off and end where you FF'd sometimes a series rec with net mw 10 mins. 2 years, finally a new modem box and working.....2 years and they couldn't figure it out.....

    Well, this stinks. The audio on my @TELUS Optik TV decided to cut out. An hour of troubleshooting with customer support didn’t help. A technician can’t come until Wednesday. @SuperBowl viewing is going to be rather sad 😭🏈

    @JackieBee_16 @Apeart22 @TELUS We switched to Telus (further owner of house was a Telus installer) and Internet was horrible. On direct either cable connection to the modem I was getting about 20 mb, evening it dropped to .5 mb a sec. Had two secretive spot & tech said that was the best they could do
