@patrickbetdavid to clarify on your video about Rogers. Rogers doesn’t control 90% it’s 3 companies Rogers, Bell (BCE), & Telus combined they have 90% of the market. Definitely a monopoly, we have a “Governing Organization” but run by telecom executives, so how does that help?

@CBC @cbcmarketplace Big companies no longer ‘compete’. Rogers Bell & Telus cooperate and fix prices. Same as how every gas station raises their price to the same $ within minutes. Cooperation is more profitable than competition.

Hi @koodo! I'm wondering what I can do about consistently low cell reception at home. I get poor audio on calls, dropped calls and often calls go right to voicemail. This isn't new, it been gradually getting worse over the last couple of years. It's also affecting the Telus cells

@EthanYVR For ****'s sake, Telus charges you money to SEND YOU the 4k PVR because they need to install it (if you decide to upgrade). How is anyone arguing cable is remotely as convenient as streaming is beyond me.

My parents with Telus x15yrs. On the internet 25mbs for 55$/mo (actually using 15%) just got an increase to 90$. Spent 3hrs yesterday only to get offer to increase to 60$ and they want 24mo contract! And rep brought up an excellent customer service to justify this!
