@asadyyc @AHS_media It's a good system. I got in the online queue and got through about 16.00; made an appointment for 17.10 at the Telus Centre for shot #2. I cycled down, went through a very efficient process and was back home by 18.00 including my 15 minute post-shot wait. Well done @AHS_media

@srbaker @zoftie Telus only offers 75mbit ADSL to me. Yes 75. Not 3 digits. My ****** asymmetric cable modem is 100 up. Telus is 75 down. There's no third option. The telecom oligarchy runs the CRTC, so the market works apparently.

from LTE+ though. Are you saying that the phone doesn't have the chip and Telus isn't transmitting it but they do send out a signal to turn on the "5g" symbol on people's phones to make them think they're getting it?

Time to go for a walk.! Healthy focus. Let go of things that can’t seem to be resolved, like basic cell phone/email/account access, you know, insignificant communication tools by @TELUS . Those who know me know this is an absolute last resort, tweeting. Months of no resolution.

@shann_woo @TELUSsupport @JoeToronto I work for telus and it is a legit number. Call a telus/koodo store if you want to be sure. The agent who answers when calling customer support don't always know because the 1-877 no. is a store thing

@PassiveCndIncom It is a program called Virtual Intelligence Briefing (ViB) which is a B2B Marketing Service. To simplify, it includes joining seminars, discussions, writing reviews, etc. This Gift Card was for my 30 minutes phone meeting with a VoIP provider (used by Telus) called Ring Central.

Telus Web Hosting is so awful and weird. Looking at fixing a client's site and it keeps duplicating or changing folder names randomly. What is this madness!
