@patrickbetdavid to clarify on your video about Rogers. Rogers doesn’t control 90% it’s 3 companies Rogers, Bell (BCE), & Telus combined they have 90% of the market. Definitely a monopoly, we have a “Governing Organization” but run by telecom executives, so how does that help?

Don't use Telus for phone plans. They overcharge you ridiculously and it's a nightmare to opt out. They are awful

@shanedumar Or, just cancel your Telus service. I cancelled mine when their prices went up. I’m with Rogers now.

Terrible customer service week. @TELUS @BestBuyCanada @PurolatorInc You need to do better. It's not enough to have people make no attempt to help but do it politely. You have to actually provide solutions.

@dogdaytona Haha I know. Don't worry I fixed cell phones for Telus when they used to have service stations so I'm familiar with expanded batteries. Just still makes me laugh.

Okay @BellMobility @bell enough is enough. Why aren't you offering call control like @telus so that we can avoid these damn robocalls & scammers?? Your help line staff has no idea what I am talking about. #customerservicefail

@Telus' chat was no help. Their understanding of English left everything to be desired. "Can you verify to me instead the 3 pieces of questions as alternative so we can change the plan for you" "Nope this is a question alternative question not to change your ids"

Not one time in all the times I’ve moved has @TELUS gotten my move right. This time they cut off my internet 24 hours too soon, and the process to fix that would take 24 hours and would screw up the installation at the new place tomorrow. I’m super not impressed.

@SidhuDP I've just had Telus and Rogers. Telus id have to run to the top of my parents house to get reception. I haven't had a problem with Rogers in 11 years.
