@patrickbetdavid to clarify on your video about Rogers. Rogers doesn’t control 90% it’s 3 companies Rogers, Bell (BCE), & Telus combined they have 90% of the market. Definitely a monopoly, we have a “Governing Organization” but run by telecom executives, so how does that help?

@IceCold_Country @TELUSsupport The last 1 tried to charge me for a service call until I complained that when I called the 1 time to have it fixed they decided to “upgrade” my service to fiber optics for free in case I wanted to use telus tv. Never did fix the phone.

PS Telus Babylon is an overpriced, useless and potentially dangerous service, undermining primary care and best practices. This should have never been funded with public health money. Axe it.

How does @TELUS @TELUSsupport NOT offer outbound caller ID with their mobile service? This seems like such a standard feature that other carriers offer...This is a bad problem...

@AlexCosh_ @_llebrun Some years ago Telus farmed out most of its call centers to countries where they didn't have to pay them as much as here in Canada. A couple of years later they ran an ad campaign about keeping Canadian jobs in Canada. Telus sucks!

@Kub64 It works great when my flaky Wi-Fi is engaged. Don’t know what’s happened to TELUS. Keep getting more service and connectivity just keeps going downhill. #TELUS thanks for the clip.

@Deadlyslob Shot in the dark, I was having similar issues with my ISP (Telus - Fiber) where I had massive packet loss and info not loading etc. Called them, no issue on their end or with their gear. Then my MoBo died. Replaced the MoBo now it all works no prob. So Hardware issue maybe?

I could tell you a few things about Telus. All of them have nothing to do with this and all of them are subjective. So non-sequitur does not apply but does show consistent issues popping up in the details, as in the same errors made over and over and over again.

@DeondreSmiles Another thing to consider is if you’ll have coverage if you plan on going to remote locations, like up north or anything. I’m with Telus and my service was pretty good in remote areas
