@hahajoyjoy @TELUS Yeah. The last fail was the last straw. Once things are dire and you're furious, they pull out next-level help. It doesn't fix anything, however.

So surreal. There's a notice about Telus land lines being out until 5 am in many communities across northern BC. Mobile phones apparently not impacted. It's been 4 years since we last had a land line. I cannot think of a time when there was ever a planned outage for landlines.

Move has gone to ****. Ordered all services over a month ago, Now @TELUS says that my appointment has been moved to 3 days later after receiving confirmation, my gas is still not hooked up so no hot water, & no word from the moving company who was supposed to deliver today...
