  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS @ShawInfo No, I’m only talking about fiber in the ground. It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. And if the government is funding it, it 💯 percent needs to be open access.

  • rob_bieber Rob Bieber Ⓥ🌈 (@rob_bieber) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    @jonkay @Stockwell_Day @TELUS @JustinTrudeau You're an idiot.

  • hardyrenos Anti-Lieberal (@hardyrenos) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@shov3lh3ad82 Sadly, it is true. What's really screwed up is Chinese workers have been seen installing the hardware. Telus says the Hauwei 5G equipment is not yet being used on the security sensitive "core" network. It's one thing if any ally (NSA)can spy on you, another if it's the CCP.

  • hardyrenos Anti-Lieberal (@hardyrenos) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@koodo I have been with koodo for 15yrs. But since koodos parent company Telus is using Chinas Huawei 5G I will be leaving. Putting profit over security is not what I want. The CCP has proven to the world it can NEVER be trusted. #CCPLiedPeopleDied #ShameonTelus #BanHuawei

  • jdong027 Kevin Dong (@jdong027) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

We need help. Communication is so important in our ER department and our equipment is not good enough. We need walkie talkies or something to help us communicate in ppe! Companies willing to help please reach out! @TELUS @rogerstv @Samsung @StaplesCanada @BestBuyCanada @Sony

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@rollforlearning @Travisdhanraj Had the same issue with Rogers customers (most of my family) texting me (TELUS). Unless it was iMessage. Got about 55 messages at 3am that were sent the morning before

  • gbarone2 Gary Barone (@gbarone2) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@theJagmeetSingh So let's disband Bell, Telus & Rogers and get service from US companies. Great idea

  • rob_bieber Rob Bieber Ⓥ🌈 (@rob_bieber) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    And @telus @telusmobility will lose a 25 year customer.

  • kisachan64 kisa (@kisachan64) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@hellkuoki Awh man I hope not :( hopefully they are able to fix it at apple. It's good the telus guy understood though!

  • kinsonalley Allyssia Atkinson (@kinsonalley) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@TELUS And the cherry on top! 45 minutes on the phone with customer care and my call drops. 😡 If I wasn’t sure this was retaliation at first, I am now. Ugh! 🙄

  • kinsonalley Allyssia Atkinson (@kinsonalley) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@TELUS I’m breaking my social media fast because of you. Is it just a coincidence that EVERY week for the last three weeks, ever since I spoke with an agent and advised them that after almost 10 years of PURE HELL with you, I’d be cancelling my service once my contract... [1]

  • BroHogPlays BroHoG 🇨🇦 (@BroHogPlays) reported from Burlington, Ontario

    @DewyX0 I’m with TELUS ****

  • MindFlareRetro MindFlare Retro (@MindFlareRetro) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@gregnacu I've had 2 Telus accounts for 22 years (originally ClearNET). Any time I have had a dispute I have learned to call them (don't go to a store) and immediate ask the Client Care rep to put you through to a Loyaly (L&R) rep. Explain the problem and they almost always fix it.

  • shayman Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, Ontario

@cogecohelps Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, and a dozen others are all prepared to provide the @TSN_Sports Go service to their customers; I'm disappointed Cogeco won't.

  • Beagles2mama Kelly (@Beagles2mama) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

I am not a Telus customer but love their tv ads because of the animals. The current one has a cute hippo in it.

  • stevesfs Steve Wilkie (@stevesfs) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

@TELUSNews @TELUS Yes-fibre is a critical need for us working remotely-families out here ordered service-stopped ‘our’ work over & over to talk with your multiple crews/answer endless emails&now after months of good-faith we just got told “ sorry too busy” no #telusresults 😢 😩

  • TeatimeTrading ANTIFA Devon Terrio (@TeatimeTrading) reported

@QuirkyGirl69 none. they're all bad. including mine! I am currently subscribing to public mobile, which is a telus subsidiary, i sub to this service as the plan is $13/month (I think it's 15-17 as i have some 'referrals' and another discount for autopay) i am hostile to the big 3 oligarchy

  • katynotie reason over passion (@katynotie) reported

@nsdebbi My problem is telus is unlimited data and I don't need that.

  • BCBawnee 🌷𝕓ÃώŇ~ž𝒶𝔦🌷🇨🇦 (@BCBawnee) reported from Chilliwack, British Columbia

@redsealsteamer @QuirkyGirl69 I'm a telus girl too. Contract ends in Oct, hoping by then @shaw will still have a good deal because I use them for my internet service and home phone as well.

  • angryark99 Angryark (@angryark99) reported

@ryanjespersen Fido Chinese Voice Dept, and the Mexican sounding Canada Revenue Agency really want to speak to me. Call me three times a week. Altho not a scam, “Bob” from the air duct cleaning service has also been quite persistent. Can’t Rogers, Telus, Bell etc do anything about this?

  • lindork Linda Hoang 💕 (@lindork) reported

@the_pnut @NapsAndSarcasm I have actually never used a wireless charger until now (in my new car lol) so I'm not sure about this myth! Maybe I will ask my @TELUS friends and see if they can confirm for us!

  • IHateMyLiver47 BEER PROPHET (@IHateMyLiver47) reported

@QuirkyGirl69 I have had telus, bell, and now rodgers. Rodgers has the best customer service. Bell sucked for that, as did telus.

  • Fyrman162 Fyrman 🚒💨😷 (@Fyrman162) reported

@katynotie I called Telus last year about my plan that I’d been on for years. I was well outside my contract commitment so they put me on a better plan that I was happy with. Worth talking to them and if you’re not happy with what you’re hearing ask to be put through to customer loyalty.

  • DianeFMacLean1 Diane_Mac ☮️❤️☕️✊😎😷🇨🇦 (@DianeFMacLean1) reported

@QuirkyGirl69 I’ve only ever been with Telus and I hv never had a problem

  • WozneyTim Tim Wozney (@WozneyTim) reported

@ryanjespersen Ryan I’m with Telus and added “call control”. It screens out all autocalled numbers. I haven’t had a scam call on my phone since then. Best thing is it’s a free service.Good luck
