@TELUS I’m really not like having my FastForward option being disabled while watching live TV!. Shaw Cable never disabled ANYTHING!!! 🤬🤬🤬

  • ZWineNinja Eliana Bray (@ZWineNinja) reported from West Bench, British Columbia

@vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

  • AngelaHarveyYVR Angela Harvey (@AngelaHarveyYVR) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

  • residualimage Residualimage (@residualimage) reported from Naramata, British Columbia

@stuff99 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Go to TSN then hit the "View Guide" button when you touch the screen, then toggle the channel down to 911. I went with that as soon as I saw the other game going to OT.

@steeves11 Telus is the biggest joke out there!! The land line we have crackles every time we get some moisture and they don’t care they want us to only use cell phones!! TELUS SUCKS!!!

  • ehoustonos |---Ę|H---| (@ehoustonos) reported

@TELUSsupport Hey Telus, had the displeasure of dealing with you less than sub part customer service regarding my dissatisfaction and lack of solution to remedy a issue I had with my mobile service. I paid for a service that was not provided to me as stated in my contract.

  • OhAnnabelLee 🍁🍂🎃🍂🍁 (@OhAnnabelLee) reported

Up notices saying Telus will start calling us all next week to discuss signing up for their services. Pretty sure this is overstepping some boundaries, I’ve never given any permission for my phone number to be given out...

  • DJohnMorrison John Morrison (@DJohnMorrison) reported

Wow Telus loyalty sucks. When can't do a deal they offer to buy back customers to someone with long term 25 years, person pretty much says yea feel free to go to other companies then. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • jamthefed Joe Martin (@jamthefed) reported

@dr_w83 Never is. I'm with Koodo which is part of Telus so pretty much get the same coverage but it's more self serve.

  • bryanloewen Tammie Brown Fan Page (@bryanloewen) reported

I was hesitant to switch from @TELUS to @ShawInfo Mobile because of network speed. I decided that for $25 a month it was worth a try but kept my TELUS account. Shaw speed tested at 20 MBPS, TELUS tested at 5. Telus is the biggest scam, it's one step below a pyramid scheme.

  • ErinCun09280284 Erin Cunningham (@ErinCun09280284) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport widespread cellular outage affecting part of the Musquodoboit Valley in Nova Scotia. Can’t find a number to call and report outage, tried online. Can we get some answers? Anyone who is able to call is told there is no outage or issues.

  • AlphaMurray Alpha Murray (@AlphaMurray) reported

@jasonfherring Only if AHS maxes out 6000 shots at the Telus Convention Center today. If not, someone needs to seriously ask "why not?". We have a growing surplus of shots (now about half a million doses). If they're struggling because of staffing issues, that's negligence.

  • JamesF1996 James (@JamesF1996) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Are you saying that Justin Trudeau is behind this like what are you even saying?? Also Telus wasn't down you moron

  • wtfmargot WhatTheEff (@wtfmargot) reported

@Tonygeheran @theJagmeetSingh Oh lord. A canned response. If Telus (or any of the other major telecoms) was interested in customer satisfaction you'd be dropping your extortionate prices. But you're not so you'll try to interfere even more in government policy that would benefit all Canadians.
