    @stuff99 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Go to TSN then hit the "View Guide" button when you touch the screen, then toggle the channel down to 911. I went with that as soon as I saw the other game going to OT.

    @peternowak I needed a second line - was told WiFi calling wasn’t supported for prepaid plans! Asked me to switch to Telus. I switched to @FreedomMobile ! On another note, noticed FM service quality has changed a lot - I may even switch my primary line from Telus to FM!

    Hey @TELUSsupport. Tried contacting you about a billing issue (where you charged me for something I didn’t use). 2 hours on hold, @TELUS app doesn’t work and can’t get anyone to fix my issue. Any chance someone can assist? #customerserviceisimportant

    @TELUSsupport Internet has been down all morning in Dawson Creek. There does not seem to be clear service supports or outage reports. Very poor experience with Telus as a customer for over a year so far.
