    @vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have not received an email notification that my bill is ready for 5 months. Each time tech support assured me the issue is fixed. You don't offer paper bills, and you don't notify me electronically (no email, no SMS). Terrible service!

    @lynesworld I went with Koodo ( owned by Telus) several years after many issues with Bell. Price was only one factor. With Koodo, if you pay your bill on time, you never hear from them, save for a few text messages to upgrade if you choose ( but you can unsubscribe if it choose).

    @TELUSsupport Congratulations Telus, charge me 4GB that I did not use then your customer service just hangs up on me... way to have the holiday spirit. Long time customer ... but maybe not for long... super disappointed.
