    @TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

    @stuff99 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Go to TSN then hit the "View Guide" button when you touch the screen, then toggle the channel down to 911. I went with that as soon as I saw the other game going to OT.

    @vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

    Seeing a pile of internet outage reports online for @TELUS @TELUSsupport It’s not actually down, it’s DNS (it’s always DNS). Log into your modem and change the WAN DNS settings to Google’s 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4 and everything will work again. #telus #telusdown

    We've had an outage a day for the past 3 days with #telus @TELUSsupport, I wonder what's going on. Been offline for a while this afternoon, starting to come back slowly now. Really only happens when it's the busiest time of the month for me.

    @WarSpite212 @troypavlek @unicornwheels If I remember correctly, Telus and Rogers are separate networks. Odds of both going down are slim. Depends on what you want to pay, how important it is to stay connected.

    @TELUSsupport Both Telus wifi and phone data are not working in Edmonton. For some reason can only use Twitter and FB Messenger on data, and nothing on wifi. Calls and texts won't go through.

    No internet also mobile date down can only have limited access to Twitter by app waiting on the phone with @TELUSsupport for 20 minutes now still waiting @TELUS
