  • ZWineNinja Eliana Bray (@ZWineNinja) reported from West Bench, British Columbia

@vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

  • DirtyShirtBert Robert Haeberle (@DirtyShirtBert) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

@TELUS I’m really not like having my FastForward option being disabled while watching live TV!. Shaw Cable never disabled ANYTHING!!! 🤬🤬🤬

  • GERRYODAY GERRY O'DAY (@GERRYODAY) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

Back in Peach City with no Telus at home and no vehicle on the road till Wednesday. Did I say it’s damn cold with that wind again.

  • residualimage Residualimage (@residualimage) reported from Naramata, British Columbia

@stuff99 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Go to TSN then hit the "View Guide" button when you touch the screen, then toggle the channel down to 911. I went with that as soon as I saw the other game going to OT.

  • AngelaHarveyYVR Angela Harvey (@AngelaHarveyYVR) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

  • pterodactyl99 Paul Breland 🐱🚵🏻🏒🇨🇦 (@pterodactyl99) reported

@KyleTWN I'm using Shaw because they're far cheaper and it works for my needs, but their network isn't very good. If Rogers is allowed to buy them I'll probably go back to Telus

  • fireyfemme GrigioGirlJoanne (@fireyfemme) reported

Telus cuts off our home services 3 days before they’re supposed to and then sends a message with the wrong address for hook up at our new home. They warn if it’s not the correct address they won’t give us the discount they offered. @TELUSsupport help me understand????

  • VanIsleVeggie Terra 😷 (@VanIsleVeggie) reported

@cbcnewsbc Is that what #Telus was doing while I waited on hold for 8 hours this week trying to resolve the issue of them charging my credit card twice on consecutive days? An issue which remains unresolved? They aught to focus on being a telecom and competing with Fido, not fixing Fido.

  • grooveitbrush Grooveit “The Wet Club Scrub” (@grooveitbrush) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I was on the phone 3x with support yesterday. Cellular data not working. Being overcharged. Very frustrating and disappointing support. No resolution.

  • DanRoarty Dan Roarty (@DanRoarty) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS You guys should really be ashamed at how terrible your customer service is..

  • IzykMatt Matt Izyk (@IzykMatt) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Got an email saying you support Canadians, Community and the Planet. Maybe start with offering more affordable phone plans to the community and I will buy into what your saying! I just switched to @Bell_Support, they offered a far more affordable option!

  • rslade Robert Slade (@rslade) reported

After fighting with @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @koodo for a month and a half, I *FINALLY* got Gloria's number ported over to a cell phone. And *ONE DAY* after they finally got the service working, the phone is now suddenly saying "Unregistered SIM."

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported

@paulnixey @CineplexMovies There’s way too many of these kinds of companies and they’re supposed efficient method of operating these days. Is there any wonder customers get angry with such horrible customer service. Ever try to get a hold of @TELUS and get something resolved, beyond brutal!

  • Chest_Rockwell7 Chest Rockwell (@Chest_Rockwell7) reported

@KyleTWN I've used both Telus and Bell, Bell's reception was always noticeably better, and I find their customer service incomparably better
