@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

@stuff99 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Go to TSN then hit the "View Guide" button when you touch the screen, then toggle the channel down to 911. I went with that as soon as I saw the other game going to OT.

@TELUS What you can’t get with Telus: internet service through your satellite because they redirected for profit. I’m staring at a Telus tower but my service is cut because who cares about communities in the mountains? This isn’t about Covid. This is Telus selling bandwidth.

@PCAHA_PCL @TELUSsupport Last night, we were assured that the matter had been escalated. We would be called this morning. No Telus initiated call this morning. Finally I contacted Telus Support via Twitter Direct Message. It was only because I use Bell Mobility that I was able to make a call.
