@vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

@stuff99 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Go to TSN then hit the "View Guide" button when you touch the screen, then toggle the channel down to 911. I went with that as soon as I saw the other game going to OT.

@TELUSsupport There is issue. network reset, reboo phone, SIM card reinsert, nothing has helped. I am appalled that telus never accepts service issue happening. Thr is an outage in GTA happening. Chk ur outage map. My issue start 23rd, but of course @telusmobility will never accept it

@TELUS when are you going to upgrade Enderby Mabel Lake road to something over 6mbps for these people??? I pay for 15mbps and get 5 or less. It's embarrassing that I can't even view my work app on your outdated, garbage infrastructure. Wake.Up...
