@kimpagegluckie I get home, and I have a $2k bill. I'm like, wtf. Call Telus. First contact doesn't have authority to wave so they escalate. The manager dude I talked to is literally the worst customer rep I've ever dealt with. He blamed me, threatened me. Told me it was my fault.

@f1eetwoodmac the coverage is bad but since you live in vancouver that wouldn’t matter, but for living in rural bc telus has much better coverage and usually more bars

@kirst_alyssa Right?! With you here. I’ve have nothing but issues with Telus for years. From terrible service, missed appointments and over billing it’s been a disaster at the best of times. We’ve got the worst internet output in our area..feels like we’re on dial up sometimes!!

@TELUS has horrible customer service. I have a 15 day trial with a phone & decide to change phone companies so they tell me to bring back the phone to any Telus store…I email them saying I didn’t get a refund. They reply back saying I had to bring it back to this random address
