@DrGurdeepParhar As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?

This came after three different messages from reps on the phone, and not being able to get an engineer to my house because there are none in Newfoundland! I never once had an issue getting an engineer visit from Vivint. What happened to them when Telus took over Vivint? 2/3

On told with @TELUSsupport for well over an hour now. Got the grandkids ready, drove them home, all with Telus hold music in my earbud. The problem? A $12 charge for USA roaming. Does this happen to everyone living in Victoria? This is beyond ridiculously bad customer service.

@_carrieann @TELUSsupport @TELUS They haven’t helped much, sadly. I should get internet on Thursday but I’m switching to Rogers for my business cell lines. I’m in an “area of concern” for cell service aka, I’m in a dead zone.

@TELUSsupport I didn’t want to make this a public msg but DM didn’t work… after countless emails and phone calls. I was forced to Telus from Vivint 2 mos ago. I still don’t have service. I still haven’t received all my equipment. And this week you attempted to take payment! 1/2
