    @pennypacker_h @TELUS 30 minutes to get to some sort of agent to address my query. Then, after I tell the agent I want to order a device, he puts me on hold to test my system remotely, then asks what issues I have. 20 minutes after, the agent tells me that ordering the device is not his department.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Is there a problem with telus home billing agent support right now. I've been on hold for 1hr 15min currently and over 1hr last evening before being disconnected because call center went closed. Ridiculous
