  @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

  @TELUSsupport Ironic that a "how can we assist" reply doesn't reference anything I actually said. As for contacting Telus after-hours, outsourcing to other countries--those accents are too thick to make a conversation possible. Scripted responses to match scripted phone support, I guess.

  @VoteCanadaCom I can see Telus hiring browns to go door to door with guns ordering you to buy their service or else. That tracks perfectly with their sense of corporate business ethic and general moral disposition of those in charge of the company.

  @cyberlander_ @TELUS No, I use shaw at home for internet. This is for our business lines and internet where the problems are occurring. They fcked up our transition from copper to fibre optic, which they asked for, and now I'm dealing with their incompetence.

  @TELUS @mmabrey1 • Last night: Called and were told there was a "known service disruption" in our area. • This morning: Called again, told the exact same thing. • This afternoon: Called a third time, and TWO more employees confirmed a service disruption.
