    @Mrolson74 @TELUSsupport Just switch from Shaw to Telus and it’s absolutely ridiculous they only way to get in touch for customer service is through Twitter or a bot and both are useless I think it’s time to go back to Shaw Cable Had I know about this would have never left Shaw

Movie theatre? Groceries? Restaurant? Cable bill? Nope. It’s already baked, so nobody would stand for that ****

    @petmis I’m with Telus and in Downtown Halifax “SOS Only” was showing as the network. Calls, text, and data were completely offline for HOURS.

    @FreedomMobile Rogers and Telus waived their long-distance charges to Iran to support their customers so they can reach their loved ones. As the government of Iran shut down the internet in Iran. Freedom Mobile will support the customers too?

    @TELUSsupport @telus I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with your customer service. It’s impossible to get through to someone. When I get close, I get disconnected. I will not be renewing my contracts with telus.

    After all the crap Telus tried to pull with refusing to cancel my account unless they called me because of "security" reasons... they cancelled my services with an email. So when Telus tells you they can't cancel your service without a phone call... they're lying.

    @stu_neatby Eastern PEI here. I'm with Eastlink and my husband is with Telus. The cell service has been pretty bad here. I'm having more luck than he is, but it is still very unreliable.
