    @TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

    @TELUSsupport Yes, I checked all my connections and restarted my router. The issue isn't at my end. To clarify: My plan is actually your Telus Gigabit plan. Though in reality I've never experienced even close to that.

    I’ve been with @Telus for 12yrs & My sister who’s been with Rogers for 5yrs just got a message from them saying here’s a loyalty gift save 15$ per month for the next “remaining 15 months of her contract In my 12yrs with Telus I’ve never received anything like this

    @TELUS also bad home internet and at times the mobile sounds like a robot and looses conection.

    @TELUS home security and health monitoring require attention to service delivery my 90 yr old mothers living well companion is still not supporting her because Telus shipped it to the wrong service address 4000km away...Telus hasno problem billing my account though!

    For anyone considering @TELUS, Dont. they tricked us into a contract for 3 years of security when all i called for was internet and mobility. the rep said "it comes with it anyways so you may aswell pick 2" now i have a contract for 3 years and no one @telus is willing to help
