@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

@vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

@MarthaLRogers I pay a ridiculous sum for Rogers wifi that is literally 0.5% as fast as my Telus data service. When you emerge victorious, please do something to help long-suffering Rogers subscribers such as myself.

@MarthaLRogers Rogers always was a low end mobile service - now we see the ***** laundry - skid marks and all. Move your phone elsewhere - these rich idiots can do as they please but they all do nothing for the crap service Rogers provides to us. And they don’t care… Telus welcomes u Canada.

@DouglasTodd Brilliant. Hopefully @TELUS is on it. Do major phone networks not routinely share the problems experienced by their customers? This has been irritating for such a long time that I thought service was a four letter word.

In other news my local mall was rammed packed. Kids playing some video game thing Telus had set up. People no longer standing on stupid distancing lines. Just people everywhere. #WeAreHealing

@TELUS Great to know I can cancel. Very disappointed with Pic TV. Service is hit and miss. Can’t get the channels I want. I’ll be switching to Shaw. Too bad there’s such poor choice.

@stgpeppers @MarthaLRogers I switched to Rogers because Telus service blows on the gulf island I’m living on. Not even one bar. I get great reception with Rogers and my Bill is lower.
