  • GERRYODAY GERRY O'DAY (@GERRYODAY) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

Back in Peach City with no Telus at home and no vehicle on the road till Wednesday. Did I say it’s damn cold with that wind again.

  • ZWineNinja Eliana Bray (@ZWineNinja) reported from West Bench, British Columbia

@vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

  • AngelaHarveyYVR Angela Harvey (@AngelaHarveyYVR) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

  • DirtyShirtBert Robert Haeberle (@DirtyShirtBert) reported from Penticton, British Columbia

@TELUS I’m really not like having my FastForward option being disabled while watching live TV!. Shaw Cable never disabled ANYTHING!!! 🤬🤬🤬

@oneplus Hey, seem like my parent's oneplus 7t both stopped working with all google services after one of your update, we are all on Koodo/Telus services. any idea on how to fix that? tried to change the APN without success.

  • lukin2006 𝑙𝑢𝑘𝑖𝑛2006 (Mark) 🇨🇷🇨🇦 🇺🇸🇳🇱🌷Cowboys (@lukin2006) reported

@tryoung @mgeist @rexglacer And you would likely cry if the government open comp up to Americans. You want solutions then the solution is allowing foreign telecoms. The other solution is better legislation that allows smaller telecoms to access Rogers, Bell or Telus networks. Freedom mobile

  • Shane51048078 Shane (@Shane51048078) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers I'm not calling Rogers at all... I'm calling Telus to change my service provider

  • jiggly_the_puff Honklypuff (@jiggly_the_puff) reported

@JJ_McCullough Just nationalize the infrastructure, or at the very least force all the companies to share the infrastructure. No more separate Rogers, Telus, Shaw. If one goes down all the users can still be on the network.

  • SquintyNoodle SquintyNoodle (@SquintyNoodle) reported

@FafaOofa @jamie_blom Telus is another service provider. They weren’t crippled by Rogers’ outage because they get their service from Telus.

  • KimbaSeas Kim (@KimbaSeas) reported

@IanBuchanan14 @David_Moscrop In the meantime a deal is nice and I have my internet with Telus so I’m covered if either go down.

  • KANADAZERO top 1 mex top 83 fightin top 945 math12 (@KANADAZERO) reported

@PierrePoilievre you know nothing about anything IT Pierre, so dont comment. Their BGP settings got ****** up, nothing to do with customer choice. Telus could of did the same

  • butterrcup Mary-Anne Crevier (@butterrcup) reported

@coreyhogan Only for Rogers customers though. Us Telus subscribers had no issues.

  • stomping_llama Stomping_llama (@stomping_llama) reported

@trudymorgancole @LetsFishSmarter Rogers network also includes Fido and Chatr. If there were an issue on the other major network, we could see problems across all of Telus, Bell, Koodo, Virgin, Public, Lucky. Tough tradeoff on redundancy of infrastructure vs. prices, which are already high.

  • steveleeart Steven Lee (@steveleeart) reported

@BrianShawCV @TELUS Yes! So many parts of South Surrey have horribly spotty service, sometimes an outage would at least provide an excuse for it.
