@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

Well the power came back up in an hour or so. Thanks @FortisBC for the hard work. But still no internet or tv from #shawcable who seem to be having an outage. Hard to know for sure. Everyone else on my street has #telus I wonder why.

What if this happens to a small business owner who is struggling to just keep their doors open after nearly 2 years of Covid shutdowns and supply chain issues? They would have to pony up and pay the ridiculous charge just to keep their point of sale program online, right @TELUS?

I am so tired of calls from service Canada and border services about illegal activity and it’s always a Telus network, I used to be a customer but left due to lack of customer service about this very thing please do something
