@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

@TELUS why are you advertising deals current customers are not allowed to have. For example I've never had TV with you before I'm getting it now but told despite being a customer for years I can't have the promos advertised as I'm already a customer for internet.

We now have service in Montreal (as low as 4ms even from Ottawa), Edmonton (as low as 2ms on Telus fibre) and Halifax (4ms even from Antigonish). This is seriously low latency that produces pretty much imperceptible delay when playing music over the Internet.

@TELUS It's time for me to renew my contract and get a new phone but you guys won't let me keep my current data plan because it's no longer offered...if someone can help me keep it then I'll renew. Can you help me out? I spend a lot of money each month.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport please train your customer service representatives to resd the bills properly. I just had a conversation with a woman who couldn't get the dates right she told me due date was 28th when it's the 26th then tried to change her story after saying it 5 times.
