    @TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.

    @vania_pacheco Telus has never been a friend in any place in BC for me. With Rogers for phone and Shaw for net, but no cable for years as streaming works for me. Too many providers, your choice :)

    Epic fail today @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Not only did my appointment for today get bungled but now your agents can’t even schedule a new one. This is horrible customer service. A lesson in how not to handle customers.

    @Bell_Support called your customer service line and was told by your rep that they don’t care if I am happy with your service. When asked to transfer to sup, transferred to irrelevant team member. Care to explain? Feeling bad for switching from @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @TELUSsupport I have so many question about my business account but nobody is answering from store or customer care. They are just saying to go over and there. Really I feel that it’s my worst decision to choose Telus over the freedom service.

    @TELUS wow - our experience with your customer service folks tonight for our Telus home security system is abysmal - we had six fire trucks in our driveway for a non-issue but your rep keeps repeating that our system is working correctly. Seriously you need to step up and listen

    @TELUSsupport Why is coverage so bad in North Edmonton lately? I'm parked next to a 5G tower getting a 4G signal. It's been this way for the last few months. My Telus 150 internet has been barely usable over the same time period. Are there at least network upgrades responsible for the issues?

    @FuckTrudy @TELUS This is the downside of corporatism. A small little group owns all the resources for cellular, internet & cable service. There is no legitimate competition & they basically all conspire together to set the prices astronomically high while offering peanuts as “signing incentives”.

    @FuckTrudy @TELUS Do you have phone internet and cable? Because that sounds like what they are all charging, which is awful. I pay $140/month for the internet ONLY.
