@SamsungCanada @TELUS All lie about phone as i experiensed worst service, all customer representative officer lied that they send new charger within 15 business days. But its been more than a month and no update on status, still saying same while calling back.

@TTChelps I see, did not know, apologies. I am on Telus. Will do that, connect to the wifi. Did not know where to get off and was using google maps to guide me. But of course you need wifi for that. Fortunately the trains come out from the tunnel after Bloor and I had signal again

@ZAKtalksTECH Yes. I have tested this with a Google Pixel 5 and iPhone 12 Pro. Both didn't any issue with 5G connectivity. Also Telus investigated confirmed that I have 5G and i shouldn't have this 5G connectivity issues. The adviced me to replace the phone.

@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

I can text msg my girlfriend, but when I call her, it goes right to voice mail. Called her twice, same thing happens. Remembering why I never bundled with “Rogers”. Fine with just TV. Content with @TELUS/ @TELUSsupport #rogersoutage #toronto #rogersdown

Don't people upgrade phones every ******* day? I finally get to switch from the ancient iPhone 4 to a 7, but I NEED the same account and number on the new phone for my business. Why have I been to 2 different #Telus stores and still have no new phone? Worst service ever!
