  • YouMotorcycle YouMotorcycle (@YouMotorcycle) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

  • RebecaMacKinnon Spooky Beca (@RebecaMacKinnon) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TTChelps @DemandAccess hey @TELUSsupport @TELUS please consider finally letting your customers access phone network coverage in the TTC tunnels, if an emergency were to happen i would want to be able to contact family and us not having that option is sad and disappointing 😬

  • LordGuthrie Shaun Guthrie 🇨🇦 (@LordGuthrie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@chezz12 @SpotifyCanada @SpotifyCares Yup. I think falls into the same thing Shaw and TELUS do when they come out with promotions and you’re and existing customer

  • Mara__Raquel ❤︎ 𝓂𝒶𝓇𝒶 𝓁𝒾𝓂𝒶 ❤︎ (@Mara__Raquel) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldn’t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

  • taniagupta1307 Tania gupta (@taniagupta1307) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@koodo @TELUS is fooling people with hidden charges that you are able to see only once you check your bill and find it to be $200 $190 and when you contact customer care, they will say we understand but won't be able to provide u with clarification #koodo #TELUS #worstconnection

  • kierstynpare KP ☀️ (@kierstynpare) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Telus: any phone you want for $0 down Also Telus *in the fine print*: but don’t worry, we’ll find another way to screw you over

@koodo @RogersHelps Jessica, a kind and polite customer service rep from @RogersHelps has set up an appointment for me with @Rogers to talk about moving my 3 numbers from @koodo @TELUS. @koodo you have some customer service catch up to do!

@TELUSBusiness @TELUSsupport been a customer since 1999. I’m very disappointed that @Telus was not able to match an offer to keep me on.

  • createdbyrcw Randall C Willis (@createdbyrcw) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Given how many people I know who cancelled their Bell service, their Rogers service or their Telus service, it is surprising that I know any of this

  • saraurowitz sara urowitz (@saraurowitz) reported from Aurora, Ontario

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

  • MonicaLauriola ⚪️⚫️ (@MonicaLauriola) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@PepPostorino @GrazieTotti91 @TELUS I’m going to probably call back again tomorrow to do so. I wrote everything down and was just shocked at the offers

  • kiranjoyv Kiran Varughese (@kiranjoyv) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

  • PepperMuzz RedPepper 🔜@AC.🌻🐶💣 (@PepperMuzz) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

It’s pretty bad when a major corporation like @TELUS @TELUSsupport can’t do anything for a long term Customer since 2008 - bring out a plan much less expensive then my current one and tells me I have to buy out my current contract in order to switch. Great loyalty TELUS.

  • ACJamieFox Jamie Fox (@ACJamieFox) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @Skeeter00007 @Rogers @TELUS Greed never gives.

  • MonicaLauriola ⚪️⚫️ (@MonicaLauriola) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I’ve been with @TELUS since 2011 and Virgin Mobile is prepared to offer me the same contraction for 2/3s of the price..... so much for customer service

  • CinderellaJane7 MermaidCindy (@CinderellaJane7) reported from Aurora, Ontario

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I’m not happy about my phone being suspended. I just spoke to someone via chat to reinstate and it’s not working. His name is Carlos. Please look into this ASAP and advise. #CustomerExperience

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JahangirTaban Jahangir ☼𓃬 (@JahangirTaban) reported

@TELUS Dude, it seems you've messed up really bad and as the result, Iranians are coming!

  • babcock_brad Brad Babcock (@babcock_brad) reported

@dustbobgod Reliability for any service depends upon where you live. In general speeds on Shaw are consistent with advertised speeds. On Telus you need to live near one of their central offices to get their full posted speeds. At least with DSL. If Telus has full fibre it may differ.

  • igamband . (@igamband) reported

@dustbobgod I was on shaw and never had a problem, moved and changed to telus and it is unstable

  • TerryMedica Terry Cotter (@TerryMedica) reported

@cvangeyn Why is TNF not in my Telus cable service anymore? Too much balance and advocacy of access to information and liberty?

  • 3rdandOak Desmond Demosthenes (@3rdandOak) reported

@dustbobgod I switched over from Shaw to Telus... but... it was a location issue. Shaw's only offering into our building was beyond pathetic... and then Telus installed fibre. On top of that, Shaw's tech was really rude. After over 20 years, I had to dump them.

  • DiscernDomains 🇨🇦✍️Canadian Prole w/unacceptable views (@DiscernDomains) reported

@lraitt The only contracts the telcos/ISPs are doing is for Internet service - and you don't have to sign one of those. Going one year term / month-to-month is still a thing. In my experience here in AB, Telus is more competitive than Shaw. Much more.

  • AkinLynooo Akin محارب (@AkinLynooo) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Imagine me giving you guys issues when it’s time for you to receive your payment. How would you feel? I have subscribed for Smart Home Security Service since Nov 2021 and I have been paying FULL amount on a monthly basis for HALF of the Service.

  • AkinLynooo Akin محارب (@AkinLynooo) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS At this point, I am tired, exhausted and Frustrated at your customer service. I have even been to your offices and all I keep getting from them are different phone numbers to get you guys on without any concrete solution on site. Àbí irú kí wá nì yí báyìí

  • SoumilMehta3 Soumil Mehta (@SoumilMehta3) reported

Switched from telus to rogers due to plan being super expensive. I do still owe some money to telus which I am trying to pay. Called 3 times and got thrown from one dept. to other. Spent hours and still no result. Terrible service. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • Calculator60 Ronald Beer 🍷🇨🇦 (@Calculator60) reported
