Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

Telus/Westbank designs use closed-loop liquid cooling—a sealed system that recirculates the same fluid, like a car radiator. Result: dramatically lower water use (company target: up to 90% less than conventional air-cooled facilities) and near-zero ongoing evaporation for the primary loop. At 150 W Georgia, the heat isn’t vented to the street. It’s transferred into Creative Energy’s district steam plant to help heat 200+ downtown buildings and cut natural-gas demand. That’s the opposite of “warming the city.” Protests highlight real questions about scale, power, and process. Those deserve scrutiny. TELUS’ net debt to Adjusted EBITDA of 3.5-times at quarter-end is targeting approximately 3.0-times or lower by year-end 2028, supported by organic free cash flow growth, the dividend reset, disciplined capital expenditures, and proceeds from asset monetization processes currently underway. Full-year consolidated service revenue guidance has been revised to a range of flat to negative 2 per cent; consolidated Adjusted EBITDA is now expected to be in a range of negative 2 to negative 4 per cent; and full-year free cash flow is anticipated to be approximately $1.8 billion.
