@CTVCalgary Cause they laid off so many people and their customer service turned to crap. We just switched to Telus from Shaw last week.

@chapappay No problem. Also porting protection on the account might stop the devices from being ordered in futureas well. Telus offers that for free without a lot of hastle to get it turned on. Forgot to mention that. I think you have to enter the pin to order a new device if you turn it on
