I know we all like to complain about rogers after the outage, but my Telus phone consistently has a 15 min delay (texts, emergency alerts etc) regardless of location when compared to rogers.

@telus @TELUSsupport good job on ripping your customers off that did not travel over a border but you charged roaming. saying its my fault I have my data roaming on, even tho I've never turned it on. for a big company, you think you could spare the $12 but guess not. bravo.

@telus Please remove the deep black section on the TV screen that appears in the fast forward or fast reverse. It obscures any details on where to stop a fast forward or fast reverse. Sports are the worst cases. Please get that BLACK line off these algorithms. All the best.

@CRTCeng For insane AT&T in the USA disables manual network selection on iPhones which, in a disaster, you cannot manually select T-Mobile or now Verizon when AT&T radios are still up but non responsive. Need to ensure Rogers/Bell/Telus don’t play this game.
