    Hi @Bell_Support. I am on the 3rd day of no cell service. I have a ticket number. Was given an estimate of 5-7 business days. Not just me, but neighbours using Bell, Telus and Virgin. How can you leave people without service for that long? This is unacceptable!

    @TELUS you are by far the most inconsistent provider for services... internet goes down every day, tv signal doesn't work.. Just the worst... from a 10yr customer .... the worst

    @TELUSBusiness Telus set up 4 wrong (potentially fake) numbers on my account. I need someone to contact me asap. Customer service is saying up to 48 hrs for a callback. It looks like your reps are scamming people.

    @Shawhelp great job kids, near 24 hours no service. 1 day pay lost. How many more before I lose my job? No info from support. Really happy I upgraded my service and signed up for Shaw mobile 2 days ago. @TELUS needs to get service to scotch creek bc. Shaw is failing.

    @absent_77 @cogeco Bad speeds, connectivity, and response time? Your ISP is really ripping you off. You need to switch to Telus or Bell where they care more about their customers.

    2/ several years, because MAFIA protect telecommunication market in 🇨🇦. And as result of it, Canadian BELL, ROGERS, TELUS dictate to consumers whatever they want, service is ****, prices are high. DO NOT IMMIGRATE TO CANADA - you will be disappointed! Choose civilized country!

    @Kromski1 @ShawInfo We had the exact same problem with Telus. Buncha commies. Thankfully we were able to get the second best fiber package for only $20 more than we paid prior so not an all out lose. We’d use 20+ gigs of data off our cellular cause it was so crappy but haven’t had one problem since
