@TheArtistWillS I got ****** by Telus, which is a Canadian provider. And they locked me into this contract and failed to mention several things and this woman said there was no proof. @TELUSsupport Even escalating did not help so I want to file a complaint about the escalation team.

@DynamitePR Telus Mob's answer to me was to use their blocking feature where the caller would have to press another number to reach me. You can list numbers to go through directly but I could see me losing a lot of calls this way & having to listen to voicemails then. I never listen to them.

I ******* hate when I see people berating support or customer service. You think that person on the other side of the chat WANTS to say what they’re saying to you? You don’t think they’re frantically trying to find you answers? Get ******, stop yelling at the poor telus employee

@TELUSsupport @TELUS it’s to follow up on an escalation that was resolved at the beginning of the month… but the solution that was presented by your escalation officer is not respected by your billing department . SURPRISE !!

@saschasegan Any difference between Bell and Telus can be attributed only to network congestion. You might as well list them as one network, because they are. Exactly the same coverage, bands, and speed.
