    @TELUS so I’m trying to upgrade to a new phone. Since my current phone has to be returned in 15 days. Apparently the new phone is on back order and no estimated date of delivery. Customer service is basically that’s too bad. No other options. Really? That’s it?

    @DonnieandDhali @DonTaylor5 @DhaliwalSports If it's not on my already expensive telus tsn/sportsnet package I'm not paying for yet another service for CFL games. CFL needs to be careful with this...it's not like their the NHL here in Canada, or the NFL in the States.

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Never use the top tier provider unless they're giving you some sort of sweet deal. Use second tier Rogers? Use Fido. Bell? Use Virgin Telus? Koodo Same network, lower rates

Simple: telecom giants used to buy entire networks from one vendor ($NOK, $ERIC, Huawei). Open RAN lets them mix and match equipment from multiple suppliers. TELUS is rebuilding its whole network this way by 2029. That is how a tiny New York company ended up next to Samsung on a Tier 1 carrier's towers. The math 5,000 towers x 6 AmpliTech radios = 30,000 radios 30,000 radios x $15K each = $450M opportunity Trading at 0.1x the 2029 bull case math. Even if the real price per radio is a third of that, the r/r is still extremely good.     @Social_Moi @TELUSsupport Not sure why they couldn't help with Alberta accounts unless yours was somehow in the "old stack" but those were all migrated to the new system probably over a decade ago. I don't think there's any legislation requiring only Albertans open these files as TELUS Intl is around.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Yes, you have to book an appointment to cancel. Every option imaginable to manage your account online except cancelling. I switched to Virgin, no complaints. Koodo is owned by Telus. Star Link is going to provide phone service eventually.
