    @cmcalgary Oxio piggybacks on Shaw out here but the consistency has been great. Rates are cheap, customer service is straightforward. No weird laggy periods like I had with Telus. I don’t game much anymore so I’m using one of the lower options but so far I’m happy with it.

    @billgood_news Telus making you pay out of pocket is not Universal healthcare. It’s pay for service. If they had a proper agreement with the Province, maybe then it’s not a tiered system. You should not be paying for services, that are basic & covered via the system.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS @CRTCeng really the worst service. I never got connected and asked your rep to cancel my order. She never cancelled and now I got billed for the service I never received plus got to go through hassle of equipment! I’ll never go to Telus again.

    @therickwoodard @Rogers We've been out of service since about 7pm Dec 24. On Campbell crt. Rogers phones too. I'm on Telus so using my mobile data for music etc...

    @TELUS is such an unprofessional company. 2 hours on the phone 7 people spoken too and we can’t solve an issue. Apparently 3 years ago I closed my account. There was a balance. They sent me one email to an account that was closed now I have a $500 collection shaw here I come.

    @casualcactii @billgood_news Educate yourself. Telus’ paid service is a small part of their health offerings. Their “My Care” service offers phone health at no charge to the user. I’ve used it and have been very satisfied.
