Vidéotron Issues Reports Near Burnaby, British Columbia

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Burnaby and nearby locations:

  • apukwa Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

@Videotron Work harder! this is unacceptable, there should be service by now, and you can give me a credit on my account for such bad service, thank you

  • SBHSNGL NavG (@SBHSNGL) reported

@Videotron Would like to know who are 60% who got the internet. Just spoke to technical support and they said all areas are showing red. Stop the misinformation and tell people you can’t get it fixed

  • ABtythiessen4 Ty Thiessen (@ABtythiessen4) reported

@MarkomDave Champagne isn’t bad. Only negative is Rogers deal, and that’s only a surface-level negative, a misinterpretation by those either unwilling to look for or plainly unaware of the deal as a whole (competition WILL increase due to Videotron deal + potential legislative actions)

  • honeylust5 Honey✨ (@honeylust5) reported

@CanadianKryles @IFizziks @Videotron He knows about the outage he mentioned it a few times but he was saying it was odd that it would come back for hours then disconnect

  • parkerbaby2000 Dave (@parkerbaby2000) reported

@Videotron Videotron should have back up systems in place in the event of any kind of extreme weather, NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE at all! We need better than this! and credits to ALL of videotrons clients!

  • sashalaGarde Sasha Lagarde (@sashalaGarde) reported

Still no internet on the last Saturday of the regular season... cmon @Videotron . Help a brotha out!

  • freefox76 Al (@freefox76) reported

@Videotron 3 days without internet for virtually every Videotron customer, with only lies said to placate us is unacceptable. Get your **** together. Oh, and provide an honest update.

  • PeruFlashback Mario Romero (@PeruFlashback) reported

@StuntmanStutzle @Videotron I called them and they told me that we can apply for a credit only if the service has been down for more than 48 hours. And the credit is not automatic, you have to call and ask for it. Incredible.

  • BanksyCentral Loki (@BanksyCentral) reported

@andreas_indro @tjroyce4 @Videotron Same here, wifi was working when power came back yesterday night, but it's not working today morning.

  • d00de83 Fred S. (@d00de83) reported

@Videotron You should solidify your network as bell in oir building has never gone offline. Maybe backup power other thwn batteries would be to be considered?
