    @gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

    @Videotron I just had the worst costumer service experience in my life. I was being extra respectful and cooperative. 2h38 mins on the line and still wasn't helped with. I have a pretty impatient and rude employee I'm talking to. Videotron Quebec I can't believe this

    @Videotron it's been 34 days I wait for my $1000 refund from Videotron that over charged me. 34 days now.... 34 ******* DAYS. I can't believe how slow it is, to get money back as large as 1000. It's not like we're dealing with a $50 phone case here!

    @Videotron “WORST COMPANY EVER”. There systems are full of bugs. They shutdown our internet 3 times because they thought we are moving to a new address. Its second day today that our internet is not working so we cant work.

    The customer service i received from @RogersHelps today, is exactly why i took 5 of my lines to videotron, unbelievable....so unfortunate that your agents don’t care anymore
