After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron

@Videotron Problem still not resolved; can’t really use the internet (work, streaming, cloud, email) because you never know when the connection will drop. Going on the third week of this “disagreement” with no end in sight… 🤬🤬🤬 calling won’t do any good “we’re aware of your problems…”

@Bell_Support I am staying in Gatineau Qc right now at the Hilton and Cnn is having the same issue….. they are on Videotron so I guess Cnn is having an issue unbelievable! not Bell after all!

Ah, once I manually switched the network to a new one (I chose Videotron), issue is resolved. Wild that Rogers is STILL having trouble!

@XploreMobile You guys can’t just shut down. Manitoba is supposed to have 4 wireless carriers. Who will replace you or buy you? We need more competition not less. Please sell your services to Freedom Mobile or Videotron immediately!

@norootcause Videotron is really solid for home internet. I hate to support a separatist. Honestly I highly doubt whoever made the mistake will work in the industry again. I know the business and reliability has been a huge focus for years. Really Canada does have reliable service
