Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @CentreBell , I can advise you to go to Bell.

@jfmezei Regrettable. I wonder if any other provider like @Videotron might set up a cellular network in La Tuque or go into partnership with a local provider like Sogetel? The problem with @Bell is that their billing is completely unreliable and it takes forever to fix errors.
