So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

@caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

@Videotron I have been waiting 5 months for refunds that was billed for no reason!!!!! I am not even a client and never was with Vidéotron. I am told that they had major problems and glitches with their system and everything is on hold. So much for trusting Vidéotron!!

There have even been warning about Cogeco's networks becoming like Rogers network if the Cogeco entertained Rogers offer to buy them. Rogers Network is a [low] class on its own. @fanCRTCProfling So... Since most people are unemployed, rather than working from home, the poor and underprivileged people who are in an unfortunate circumstance must subsidize the people who are working from home... No... Sounds to me like @Videotron mismanaged their network!
