So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but public wifi is working thanks to city park nearby!Hope it get fixed 2day! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP at least 2 days

@Videotron Honestly, that appears to be a bold face lie. People are reporting no service in other areas. Nothing will ever excuse this shameful, poor support. All the years of price increases for improved services. This is what I get for 34 years as a client. Still no service. Hello Bell.
