.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@brianjpapineau I went from Wind/Freedom to Koodo and never looked back, but I hear good things about Videotron.

@fizz_ca I see that Videotron (Parent company and provider of the service) is telling on their official account to Tether the phone signal for internet use free of charge and without directly asking for it, anything similar here? Also if any ETA on H2J3K9? :)

@9ymw7dg2wm @Videotron My theory is that the entire tech team is playing on a private Minecraft server while ignoring that everyone has no internet. This way they get down time and can farm those minerals.

@FloralCrissy @Videotron Many people are same on many networks. Mine is Fido and my signal goes on and off. My guess is networks even if working are overloaded from everyone trying to use them since the home cable and internet are out.

@Videotron Saint lazare wireless Network is down to go along with no Power. Any Time frame on a return to wireless service so we can at least make calls to loved ones living alone?
