Hey @Videotron, the tech support handle shown in the customer centre app @videotron24_7 doesn't seem to exist.

unrelated but as a kid i had so little video games which is why i dont have deep rooted nintendo nostalgia i guess. i remember going to videotron and borrowing mario kart for like 2 or 3 weeks straight trying to unlock all racers but i never thought abt asking to buy it -> stupid

@Bell_Support I am staying in Gatineau Qc right now at the Hilton and Cnn is having the same issue….. they are on Videotron so I guess Cnn is having an issue unbelievable! not Bell after all!

Who still pay for T.V. subscription @Bell_Support @Videotron , you basically pay to consume ads, while you can pay premium service on #youtube or #netflix for no ads..

@XploreMobile You guys can’t just shut down. Manitoba is supposed to have 4 wireless carriers. Who will replace you or buy you? We need more competition not less. Please sell your services to Freedom Mobile or Videotron immediately!

@MobileSyrup NO! @Videotron needs to go outside of Quebec to help make a big 4 possible and bring competition. Quebec today has better prices than all of Canada.

Ah, once I manually switched the network to a new one (I chose Videotron), issue is resolved. Wild that Rogers is STILL having trouble!
