    @BigBadJuan They want to charge for a service that was not &could not be delivered. There are still no reports from: -Videotron -Rogers -Freedom -Flanker brands -Resellers/wholesalers (Storm Internet aside)

    @LucDupont @Videotron Same today, i've noticed this a few times recently, never happened before, i'd say since last fall. One of the few reasons i keep cable. They better fix the problem or i'll subscribe online and cut this cable....finally !

    @eltseak They will understand it better, when I cancel my Vidéotron and any other subscription with PKP companies. I encourage others to follow the same way.

    @Videotron I sent the details for my account. Also, you should get verified on X... You are cheaper than an Etsy creator selling tampons made out of fall leaves. YOU REEEEALLY need to get your **** together.

    @Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron
