My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

For my home internet we changed to VT's Helix network and that seemed to fix the issues (It was the same price and we got faster DL speeds). We're still having problems at work though.

The prices have become exorbitant, but that's not the fault of the service folks who take our calls. Today, that script was flipped, and I am beyond disappointed. (3/n)

They transfered his videotron debt into my name. I received a 400$ debt. I never agreed to take over his account? I only wanted to close his and open one

Maybe your CEO can visit her for a day and see how awful your service is vs continuing to leave her and likely countless others hanging.
