The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

Guess it's time for @Bell since you guys have failed to meet the terms of your own contract I will be canceling with 0 cancelation fees

Only negative is Rogers deal, and that’s only a surface-level negative, a misinterpretation by those either unwilling to look for or plainly unaware of the deal as a whole (competition WILL increase due to Videotron deal + potential legislative actions)
