    .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

    @brianjpapineau I went from Wind/Freedom to Koodo and never looked back, but I hear good things about Videotron.

    So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

    Hey @Videotron, the tech support handle shown in the customer centre app @videotron24_7 doesn't seem to exist.

    @Videotron Yeah well I finally just got my helix device after you guys yanking me around trying to not give me the price you promised and it's not working. Not the app, just the whole helix. Must say it was well worth spending my whole weekend on the phone!

    I can’t stress this enough - @Videotron wireless pricing in unreal!! In the many years I’ve been with them, they’ve never increased my cost and randomly today, my wireless invoice had a rebate on it! So much better than my previous service provider.

    @CdnAvSpotter @Milnoc @SBishayIRIS This is why I am curious whether Videotron has text in contracts with its retail customers about limited roaming. AT&T has such text when you buy prepaid service. you have “free” roaming iN Canada, but more than 50% of usage must happen on AT&T network.

    @AdaMcVean @Videotron JFC. This is so frustrating. @Videotron can't keep their story straight can they. "Yes we do refunds, nope sorry no refund for you." Looks like they need to lose a customer if you can quit them and report to a gov agency for fraudulent practices. Good luck. <sigh>
