So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@montrealmarc @Videotron It was going in and out until Wednesday evening when it cut out entirely, around the sane time all the big trees fell over on my block - I assume it was related.

@Videotron I have a hard time believing the 90% figure as I know so many from different areas still out, including myself. You can't get through to support. Wait times are ridiculous. After 34 years of being a loyal customer, I will be switching also.

@Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but public wifi for free in park in same neighborhood ! Hope it get fixed 2day! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP at least 2 days

Well that was fun. Power went out on my birthday Wednesday around 3pm, came back Friday around 8pm but Videotron was down. Finally today while I was out, the internet is back. It's been an interesting week to say the least

@Videotron 2) I have Rogers as a cell provider. Their network was offline for me. Was able to connect to an agent in a minute. That agent followed up by email & suggested I ask billing for a credit. They are now back online. Two completely different experiences. Videotron is not prepared.

After 5 days the power is back on at home. But we dont trust HydroQuebec so we're staying at my aunt's for the time being (plus i heard that videotron may still be down despite the electricity being back. We'll have to see)

@Videotron are you saying that it’s 90% of your employees that have service? With all the dissatisfied customers that are speaking out, it’s hard to imagine that we make up the 10% that have no services…
