So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

  • Paul_Morneau Paul Morneau (@Paul_Morneau) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

@Hambo_dev @Silver_Clambo As far as I know, only companies that have their own line currently are bell, Roger, Telus and Videotron in Canada. Google has some but it is limited to their own infrastructure if I recall properly so they can't sell the service yet. Anything else rents cable access from those

  • FournierChantal Chantal Fournier ⚜️🇨🇦 (@FournierChantal) reported

@lesleychestrman @Bell Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. We were with Bell. I called to get info for my new iPhone. Kid you not. I spoke to 5 diff. people and got 5 diffe. info, everyone contradicting the info I had just received. I gave up and switched all our services to Videotron shortly after.

  • pcinnovation Harvey Hope 🇨🇦 💻 (@pcinnovation) reported

@boomottawa @gonzo_jon Sorry, but I can't vote. I dumped Rogers 5 years ago due to their exorbitant fees. I have since been with Videotron, the best value for money and service! 👍

  • crazedpixel CrazedPixel #BLM! 🇨🇦 (@crazedpixel) reported

@Fauwxx Ah i remember yhat battle. 10+ years ago when my parent were with bell canada. Paying 7.5Mbps but we were having 1Mbps. Oh yeah normal your at 10+km from the base .... Change to videotron with 30, never an issue -_- yes bell the distance was the issue. Still hate them for that.

@jacktodd46 Transition from Videotron to Telus was seamless. No issues with customer service since all calls are recorded. Never been in a Telus store
