.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@brianjpapineau I went from Wind/Freedom to Koodo and never looked back, but I hear good things about Videotron.

@flyonp @fagstein @Videotron I can confirm that switching to the public google DNS server at 8.8.8.8 fixes the issue for me.

@rawatrocks2008 @Videotron @Rogers Videotron is having a major outage at the moment. Their DNS servers are DOWN. If you are tech savy enough, change your DNS servers in your router to Google. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

@GronkWRLD @ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron Bottom right on your PC right click on the internet connection -> open network settings -> change adapter options -> choose your net and double click -> properties -> find IPv4 -> on the bottom instead of "using auto dns" change it to manual and type in what i said before.

@Videotron it`s a DNS issue. I change my router to look at google DNS instead of videotron DNS. Works for me now.

@ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron change up your dns to 8.8.8.8 and you'll be fine. i have the same problem.
