    .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

    @itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

    @Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

    @RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

    Hey @Videotron, the tech support handle shown in the customer centre app @videotron24_7 doesn't seem to exist.

    So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

    @AcanacInc I work from home and have lost many hours of my salary because of this crap. Videotron is up and running already and Acanac cannot solve the issue. What's up with that? I'll be looking for another ISP.

    @DistributelHelp Videotron is now saying they have fixed the issue to their customers. They say to restart our devices and everything should be back. Did not work in my case.

    @Videotron ....client still waiting for invoice to be fixed correctly. I was told a few weeks ago "you dont seem to understand sir, the issue is fixed and will appear next bill". Well guess what i DO understand the problem and its videotron that doesnt seem to understand.
