The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported@benklass I believe Rogers-Québécor network sharing is only in Québec. At least it was when it was originally announced. May have been expanded since. Not sure if there is network sharing in Ottawa (which is a suburb of Gatineau to Videotron).
