.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

Hey @Videotron, the tech support handle shown in the customer centre app @videotron24_7 doesn't seem to exist.

@jacktodd46 I was looking at switching to Fizz since it’s cheaper & faster than @TekSavvyBuzz and since they’re both on Videotron network, there’s no installation. But I just can’t do it, knowing them it’ll jump 40% after a year or they’ll harass me 24/7 to go back to cable TV

@jacktodd46 I used to have a roku but it was slow. We then got an apple tv and it was soooo much faster. Then a 4k tv and another apple tv 4k. You can do anything with that. We have the Videotron 4k terminal that can record 8 shows.
