    Hey @Videotron, the tech support handle shown in the customer centre app @videotron24_7 doesn't seem to exist.

    @brianjpapineau I went from Wind/Freedom to Koodo and never looked back, but I hear good things about Videotron.

    .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

    So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

    @Corporate18 @ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron It’s a business and they should be prepared for this. Specially in this Covid era where everyone work from home, they rely and trust them, And customer service should at least be available or make a god damn announcement about it. 🤔

    @fagstein @denkiii @Videotron It's a bad DNS push to their routeurs. Switch to public ones (1.1.1.1,8.8.8.8) and it'll work again.
