    @fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

    @Videotron said this kind of thing happens (often?) & that the only option I have is to accept their “courtesy” of $75 and pay the rest otherwise i will receive late fees and eventually they will cut off my service and come get the equipment but that I would still have to pay.

    @Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

    I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

    @Videotron is this the customer experience you want for your clients? So if I don’t have the money to pay $400 that I wasn’t supposed to be charged upfront, then you cut off my service and still leave me with the bill? This is none sense.

    @Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

    Videotron increasing internet rates in the middle of a pandemic. They justify this by saying it's necessary to continue providing excellent service. BS. They just need to show revenue growth by any means to keep Quebecor shareholders happy & continue increasing dividend payments.

    Just found out today that starting in February 2021, my cable provider Videotron will no longer offer AMC because they were demanding onerous fees. And they’re not alone: Bell & Rogers have also dropped the channel. WTF, @AMC_TV ?!? You no longer like/need international viewers?

    Hi, @Videotron I have been waiting 4 weeks for my iPhone 12 pro to be delivered. There has been no communication with you to customers on how long delays are or when to expect delivery. As a first time customer, it has been disappointing to see such a lack of transparency.
