@Videotron It was up from 3:00pm yesterday until 9:30pm. Then came back at 8 this morning and down again since just after 3pm!! What gives??? Power is coming back all over!!!

@Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.

Mr. Davies notes that the WiFi hotspots, which Videotron is not planning to acquire, reduce network costs. Rogers has itself identified the cost savings associated with acquiring these hotspots, he says. #CTRS #telecom
