    Nice to know @videotron is screwing with secondary ISP the sell to, supposed to be getting 15mpbs down and 10 up, but upload speeds r the low kbps and half or less my normal download rates, and they have given @TekSavvyCSR no info since the ticket was opened over 24hrs ago.

    @Videotron horrible service letting us stranded in Mexico without working mobile network & then having me waste 2 hours on the phone with totally clueless client service rep. Great way to support a soon-to-be former long time user/defender of your all your telecom services.

    @harrissn @commsarchives Used to live in former Videotron cable area in London and had their telephone service, got a couple of extensions installed after the Cable & Wireless takeover in 1997 and they were C&W branded. Stayed a cable telephone customer with NTL but left sometime after Virgin takeover.

    Hey @Videotron , stop ******* with my 82-year old mom. She's been without a landline for over a week, your 1st tech hooked up her TV which she doesn't need and the 2nd one said he couldn't hook up a simple landline unless she located a box she's never heard of. FIX THIS

    @cbcmarketplace @CBC @cbcgem I’ll also add the hat the Rogers merger with Shaw needs to be stopped. It’s great Shaw is going to sell its phone service to Videotron in QB as part of the “conditions” for Quebec and ONLY Quebec. It should not be allowed.

    @Claudio1J @Videotron Called them and they said it’s on TSN’s side with a possible blackout, which is absurd when all the other games were working in 4k @TSN_Sports

    One hour waiting for an agent on live chat and counting, I got zero mobile network service since I landed in Mexico a week ago, but yet you charge me $14 traveler pass every day for a service I never got and for making 2 phone calls to videotron. When did you guys get so bad???
