But I'm not taking any chances I got another notice with Videotron my cable service this week that there's been an attempt of hacking within my server so that's where we're at guys.... I pay $67 a month extra to have my firewall

@Videotron I was told a return label could not be provided and to present myself in store during a global pandemic to return modem. Lousy customer service. Glad I cancelled before the 30 day trial period. #paidoutofpocket

@Videotron here on l’île d’Orléans all of us who have been moved to Helix are very frustrated. It is all over the island Facebook groups how bad it is. Something need to be done about the level of consistent service we are getting here. Basically anyone who upgraded is screwed

@hfiguiere 2/3 innovating with, for example, Helix, multi-TV, home automation, self-serve transactional site, self-installation service, 5G, etc. For AMC, the channel has unrealistic demands and Videotron cannot go through, for the best interests of our customers.
