@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

@MobileSyrup NO! @Videotron needs to go outside of Quebec to help make a big 4 possible and bring competition. Quebec today has better prices than all of Canada.

After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron

@XploreMobile You guys can’t just shut down. Manitoba is supposed to have 4 wireless carriers. Who will replace you or buy you? We need more competition not less. Please sell your services to Freedom Mobile or Videotron immediately!

@Videotron Seems you can take money from people's credit cards in seconds but can take weeks to reimburse if you decide not to become a customer. 35, 24, 32 minutes on the phone respectively getting nowhere. #poorcustomerservice #ReadTheFinePrint

I've been on the phone for about 2.5h and I feel like I'm going insane. All the agents and technical people have been super freaking nice, I cannot complain. It's a weird situation and I cannot go back to Videotron's network because I'm legit 6h away by car and that's one way lol
