  .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

  @RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

  So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

  @Videotron It's very not environment friendly to force your customers to move to Helix w/ new hardware, preventing them from using perfectly working modem/router (for no valid reason, technical or otherwise), /or/ have them pay +>15$ per month to keep the old service...

  @peternowak haha Good one. Videotron sued them for failure to invest in the "shared network". To my recollection Rogers under-invested in the shared network & instead built a diff one to get rid of Tron. Should try and find the story on that & what's happening in court w/ it.

  @christo34794232 Hello @christo34794232 Our Home Internet is a very reliable service. We do not use 3rd parties providers, but the Videotron infrastructure, however, Fizz is an independent supplier. -CO

  @Videotron I've had your service on my cell a few months. It's been great. Except tonight and one other night. I need some help to figure out why I had no service at a time I needed it to get a ride home. This is a safety issue so if I can't get an explanation/solution....

  5 million people in the metro Phoenix and their building is half empty, gearing up for a 5k seat barn. Meanwhile, you’ve got a diehard hockey population in Quebec City with the brand new Videotron Centre just sitting there. It will never make sense.
