Vidéotron Issues Reports Near Orléans, Ontario

  So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

  .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

  @Videotron WHY IS YOUR DNS DOWN AND WHY DOES YOUR NEW HELIX STUFF NOT ALLOW ME TO CHANGE THE DNS SERVERS??? The old ZyXel gateway was much better but I was forced into the new one to get 400mbps (even though the old gateway was perfectly capable of that) 😡

  @Videotron @VinceDascoli Same here. Everything is working fine I terms of wifi signal. But the internet is. It coming through. Just started within the last 30 minutes. I am in Rosemont
