  .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

  So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

  @RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

  @Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

  @JaneMoneypenny @Bell We had nothing but hell dealing with Bell. Home Phone, slow 6 meg DSL internet, three cell phones sharing 6GB, was paying $500 per month. Now with Videotron, minus the home phone, now paying $235 month for 4 cell owned phones with 8GB each, 150 meg unlimited internet.

  @jacktodd46 I used to have a roku but it was slow. We then got an apple tv and it was soooo much faster. Then a 4k tv and another apple tv 4k. You can do anything with that. We have the Videotron 4k terminal that can record 8 shows.

  It’s absolutely unacceptable that in 2021 @Videotron cannot offer proper internet service. Our internet has been disconnecting continuously since Saturday! 😤😤😤
