  🥳FREEDOM HAPPINESS Quit my internet company vmedia garbage after so many days of stress and no service and constant back and forth. This morning went to a videotron boutique not far from me signed up got the router/modem on the spot got home connected it worked instantly relief!

  @Videotron’s LTE service has been out in Ottawa since May 11th! (10 days before the storm). No explanation, no apology, simply “too bad, use 3G”. One month of no service and Videotron says to just keep waiting. What a joke! Be warned if your are thinking of switching.

  @Videotron what ******** is this anti-consumer behavior? Turning off 2.4GHz broadcasting on your **** show app also turns off the 5.0GHz band. AND STOP OVERRIDING MY LOCAL CONFIGS - the only place the config actually works

  @dizoneric @Videotron I just got off the phone with an agent who said there is an outage in the area. She didn’t know exactly how long until the service is restored but maybe a couple of hours, and before tomorrow.
