@PierreBiaz @Videotron THERE IS NO INTERNET SERVICE IN DOWNTOWN MONTREAL NEAR THE OLD PORT. WHY HAVEN'T YOU (VIDEOTRON) DONE SOMETHING? AT LEAST INFORM WHAT IS GOING ON, PLEASE..

  • ariaofserenity Aria 🐾 (@ariaofserenity) reported

@Zyltis dont worry, I work in IT so I know my way around things, I just find it annoying that I need to login on the website to setup port forward which should be done locally >_> We switched to videotron recently and this router's a massive downgrade. Cant even set a custom dhcp client

@Videotron @PierreBiaz Why is it so hard to say what areas are affected rather than getting everyone to contact you individually ?! Old port area has not had service since 3pm today and wont till 7pm I’m told

  • Dylan_YHM Dylan Murphy 🇨🇦 (@Dylan_YHM) reported

@VeryScott @Videotron @Xplornet Ha don’t get me started about how absolutely horrible Xplornet is. I was really hoping that T-Mobile had come to this market, but IIRC the CRTC denied that, likely due to being paid off by the big greedy 3

  • Dell_is_Poo TheJusta (@Dell_is_Poo) reported

@Videotron @elonmusk My telecomm company is offering a measly 1000 refurb phones + 6mnths service to Ukranian refugees. The owner, Pierre Karl Peladeau, is the biggest welfare/subsidy queen of Canada - he received 5B$ from govt just to buy this Videotron **** only. Got much more later on.

@Videotron @Caliintzz @videotron …Why in private when there are soo many people asking the same damn question ?!?!

  • MissSeverine18 Sev Guilbault (@MissSeverine18) reported

@mtl_beh @Videotron On McGill street, also still down

  • Valkyrie_Bubble Valkyrie (@Valkyrie_Bubble) reported

@Videotron The Internet service in at least old Montreal has been down since 3h PM today. I called just now and the only update I got is that the problem is complex and just wait. Sadly no ETA either. Will there be compensation for losing almost a day of service?
