    So I have RDS on my tv with videotron. But when I try to log in the webdiffusion with my RDS account it says I need to pay for rds? What ********?

    To end this thread, I'd ask @Videotron: 1) Is there a plan to implement #eSim? Don't simply say it's not available -- we know that! The question is whether there is a plan? 2) If "yes" to #1, what is the timeline to rollout? Saying it's a "non-issue" just doesn't cut it. 9/9

    @fagstein Have you heard through any of your sources if Videotron/Helix has found a solution or work around to fix their recording playback problem?
