I reset the router & modem multiple times, bypassed the router & hooked the modem directly to a laptop and still nothing. Any eta on when it will work again?

far apart & close at heart (@lundhillbilly) reportedJust became a @SpaceXStarlink customer. Instead of the horribly slow wifi from xplornet, paying for 25 mb and actually only getting 10-15 on a good day, we now have 174+ mb. I don’t know what to say!! Get #Starlink!

Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.
