@Xplornet This is redundant as ive called and emailed and no one is doing anything. My support ticket has been continually ignored. Please get something in motion. The ball has been in your court for over a month.

@Xplornet I have family in the US and Europe. I’m desperately trying to connect with them over internet. It may be the last time for some. We have been down or slow for months. It’s not all about money. Please improve the Xplornet service and speed. Thanks 🙏🏻

@pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.

Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

@AntibioticDoc Us in a terrible position and potentially exposed us. When hubs asked if he was vaxxed he said "no but I don't socialize". Mmhmm. But he probably goes into every home unmasked?? I was masked and quite upset. Very pregnant with complications. We complained but nothing. @Xplornet
