@Xplornet I have family in the US and Europe. I’m desperately trying to connect with them over internet. It may be the last time for some. We have been down or slow for months. It’s not all about money. Please improve the Xplornet service and speed. Thanks 🙏🏻

@Xplornet This is redundant as ive called and emailed and no one is doing anything. My support ticket has been continually ignored. Please get something in motion. The ball has been in your court for over a month.

In fairness, both Xplornet and Bell, both of whom are in dire financial difficulty also getting financial bailout to help them continue what a healthy company does on its own: expand customer base.

@pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.

Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

I’m using ethernet on my PC and it’s still slow why am I not getting what I’m paying for I don’t even go over 40 down and 3 up @Xplornet
