@Xplornet after years of mediocre service at best I have now installed @Starlink and am having speeds that are 10 times better for basically the same cost. Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

@very_sherrie @Xplornet I don’t know what the problem is to be honest. It seems each call there is another reason. We are not paying for the month of august. So you can probably get the month free - but it doesn’t cover the cost of all the data being used. So frustrating!

I am so sick of rural internet. Satellite TV. Expensive, slow, and unreliable service. DO BETTER @ShawDirect and @Xplornet !!!!

@Xplornet can someone explain why a house with no service for 3 yrs still gets charged every month, and then you will not credit the time back? #poor service # wouldnotreccomend
