@woody_VA Same here. Many of my neighbours have already left Bell's old copper. 😐 I have someone coming out this week to see if I have line-of-sight to get Xplornet's LTE service. Download speeds advertised as "up to 50 Mbps" and some neighbours are currently getting that. 🤞

@jgreig @adrienneivey Xplornet is the only option here. With 4 kids online schooling we had to pay for two dishes and two plans to get minimal access for the 4 of them even though one should have been more than enough if Xplornet had any intention of living up to their advertised service levels

@adrienneivey No access to any therapy without high speed No access to any social contacts during lockdowns without actively breaking lockdown rules Inability to take part in family virtual calls All of this changed when we got high speed and were free from the horrid @Xplornet

@Xplornet Thank you for your reply.. do you have any way to communicate that to customers at the time? It was frustrating to be out with no communication on that is was a large scale outage...with kids at home online a small update would go a long way! Thx

@Xplornet Seriously we are experiencing issues again. Went down for extensive maintence Fri and today they are investigating issues again!! Service has been terrible. Maybe if we would get a credit for the downtime it wouldnt hurt so much!!!!
