If you're an @Xplornet customer don't fool yourself into thinking they care about you. If you're thinking about becoming one, walk away. You're better off with literally any other ISP (or not even having a connection). The unending frustration is not worth it.

@Xplornet @Fernbankfolk Yeah, if you call them, they'll provide detailed instructions on how to unplug/replug your equipment to fix their problem for the next 2 1/2 minutes.

@rammyramramram @Xplornet If you want support faster call in asking to sign up for service. You'll get sales in a heartbeat. Then tell them what's wrong. It's the same guy working both lines anyhow.

@Xplornet being particularly slow this afternoon. Estimating seven months before I can ditch the lousy service for Starlink.

@Xplornet Literally your techs don’t get paid enough for this **** oversold towers and now you’re throttling to less than 5 Mbps no this is been going on since October pathetic Cogeco said they were installing lines in April you better have a good timeline for the new tower being active

@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet But they @xplornet will sell and charge for a service that doesn’t work, no matter where you live.

@Xplornet They're doubling their speeds! Unfortunately they are still 1/2-1/4 of the speed of @SpaceXStarlink and they still refuse to support IPv6. #fail

@Xplornet You can almost see all the upgrades and expansions behind them. Everybody I know with xplornet already preordered #Starlink , almost time to #cancelxplornet . Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid them.

@Xplornet There's no point, there's nothing that can be done my end - it's clearly elsewhere in your network that the problems occur, and your default response to every twitter complaint demonstrates your lack of care or customer support.

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Man, running any of their social media, PR, or customer service, it must feel like you're a borderline scammer, eh? Like, you have to justify customers every day overcharging for something so basic, but knowing they have no alternative. The real Martin Shkreli of ISPs.
