@LukeCharbonneau @NewsBayshore @CountyofBruce exciting if you have never had to deal with customer service from Xplornet. Atrocious service.

  • Horsham95 Mike (@Horsham95) reported

@Xplornet Wow. Techs aren't the problem. You oversell towers and good paying customers get nil to **** speeds during peak hours. Fix that.

  • mcmakspub Lee (@mcmakspub) reported

@Xplornet @AnnapolisCo Careful to Nova Scotia customers Xplornet bought a reliable internet provider in Alberta and have no technicians to service customers we have been without internet for over two weeks with no line of sight to a repair date.

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

@HoneycutRa @Xplornet Lol, I feel for you on that one. By every coverage map out there, I should have perfectly good service. In reality, being just over the crest of a valley edge/hill, I'm in a hole from even a tower that's just over a mile away. I have to stand on the shop roof to send a text...

  • tara_m_davidson Lonesome Dove Ranch (@tara_m_davidson) reported

@AgDebraM Yes! It’s been great. I had to spend thousands in radio satellites just to get an xplornet signal to my yard. The start up for starlink was peanuts.

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

Finally free from @Xplornet, and with wonderful timing, another option finally came to my area. A new provider, CCI Wireless, began installing towers around Alberta and provided a far, far better service. They even seemed to actually care about customer support.

  • thepooppack mas (@thepooppack) reported

after years of horrible reviews that continue to grow to this day, how can you still look at yourself and call your company the best rural internet service in canada @Xplornet you have consistently provided canada with the worst internet speeds of all time and continue to do so.

  • hypocotylarch Hypocotylarch (@hypocotylarch) reported

@WinnipegNews Xplornet is the worst customer service. Kael and the guys from full throttle were awesome small business

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

While the first efforts at rural 'broadband' were being rolled out, the vast majority of rural people were nowhere near the service areas. Until one day that changed, along came @Xplornet, with a game changing satellite based service for remote customers.

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

After two full days+ of no internet service at home, and across most/all of Alberta plus a few other locations Canada wide, with not a peep from @Xplornet about why, or when to expect service back, I feel like sharing a tale of being a rural Canadian trying to get online...
