@catboymech Question do you find your xplornet cuts in and out? Cause for like the past week mine has been and its been **** to try and play online and or stream its also taken me 8 phone calls to them to finally get them to send someone out.

@RobeyEdith @Xplornet Definitely unacceptable. It took 15 phone calls and a letter to the CRTC to have xplornet send a service tech. We had no service many times throughout the day and finally one employee at Xplornet advocated for us. We now have more consistent service but it took hours on the phone

@Xplornet The usual canned response. This is not a question about my account but your response regarding all of the Xplornet accounts left without service due to the Rogers outage. They are providing compensation equal to five days of service. What are you doing?
