I’m close to the Xplornet tower at 28 side road and even so, it’s hard to even do basic stuff at times.

Really want to keep using what I have but my access keeps cutting, like a few times a day - the router says it’s the modem & the modem says it’s the router 😭 Both support services can’t figure it out

Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.

James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported@xplore_ca I have called tech support 50 times and they can’t fix the issue. It’s too many customers on the Pugwash Nova Scotia tower. You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.
