So @Xplornet I've been begging you for 3 years to get my service fixed! I'm paying over $100 each month for internet that works about 40% of the time and that's ONLY if I use an ethernet cable!! This is why people hate @Xplornet!!! #FixYourService #FuckingRipOff #XplornetSucks

@Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????

@Xplornet This hurts University of Lethbridge more than it helps them. I wouldn't go anywhere they only have xplornet available. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

@Xplornet is so bad, i had to purchase extra data on my phone last month because I can't even use my dogshit xplornet internet. Imagine ripping customers off that badly, i don't even get 1 mb/s half the time.

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet By far the worst provider in the history of the internet. It’s 2021, why am I still having to deal with dial up speeds?? Oh right. Because Xplornet oversells towers and then throttles their speed to make up for it.

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet Worst internet ever. We left @Xplornet as soon as another option became available but suffered through three years of incredibly slow internet and ridiculous data limits. Good riddance!
