@Xplornet I feel like the hours I've spent with your tech support should be compensated bc the amount of times I've been told "just turn it on and off again" after sitting for an hour on the phone is ridiculous. The sooner REAL high speed gets to rural Canadians, the better.

@livingwithabuse @Xplornet Honestly, Nicola, I'm so angry. We called them multiple times before we moved & even though we were told they shouldn't have, they promised us we'd have internet. Now what? I can't even do a therapy appt. & had to cancel todays. 😭😭😭

@Xplornet Guys, I appreciate your advertising enthusiasm, however, your services do not live up to your promises. I am in rural Quebec and had to give up your service for a competitor because your speed is so slow and your service calls take days and days.

If you are looking for internet stay away from @Xplornet we installed it last year at the cottage and had issues all last year. Guess what same issue again this year and they tell me I need to pay for extra coverage. Seasonal account hooked up two months ago and never worked

it seems to me that @Xplornet should be giving credits for rainy days, since they KNOW their satellite systems are doomed to fail. @SucksXplornet Tell me again why the #nb govt subsidizes this garbage that still charges a hundred bucks a month for crap service? #nbpoli #cdnpoli
