I know that as soon as an experienced tech gets here, he'll be able to fix it without an issue and he'll shake his head when I tell him about what the last guy said. Same thing happened last time. Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.
