Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • liohn Liohn (@liohn) reported

@Xplornet I want to cancel my service. Can I do this by email, or do I have to wait on hold?

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Noah_v_Z @harrbca Telus has my back with mobile data for the most important stuff. Like bashing Xplornet for being the worst ISP in Canada.

  • Fred_Wreck1983 Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported

@MissSlaght @Xplornet I wish @Xplornet would have valued me as a customer, I would probably still be a customer if they did.

  • chris_m_h Chris Houston (@chris_m_h) reported

@Xplornet I’d warn anyone of contemplating buying from @xplornet that if you find their quality not matching their promises - don’t expect a refund, expect a cancellation fee. It’s brutal. Not even easy to cancel.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet is actually just looking out for my kids by preventing us from actually using the internet. You know how many bad people are out there just waiting to prey on them? They're the good guy here!

  • Haywire_45 Clint Howard (@Haywire_45) reported

@BaldurBarons As soon as I can ditch xplornet I am. It’s better than it used to be but still slow and non existent at times.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@jcalder1983 @MBAgDays @Xplornet That speaks volumes to how terrible this company is. I can't wait to cancel and then file the inevitable chargeback with my bank because they took money anyhow.

  • larrysorensen_ Larry Sorensen (@larrysorensen_) reported

@Xplornet How can you tell if it is an outage?

  • lammy9661 Kevin Lamacraft (@lammy9661) reported

@PattiBailey05 @Xplornet @TELUSsupport A shame that the big telecom companies don’t see the value in providing quality service to rural Canada.. they will be the first to run to the gov’t when Starlink strips away their customer base... a very dark day when a US based outfit has to fill a void here in 🇨🇦

  • rambling_fever rob (@rambling_fever) reported

@Xplornet not a bad choice with Sam Roberts, but now answer the phone
