@Xplornet It's not a "connection problem". It's a problem with terrible internet service. We've called for support many times. The support staff can't fix poor internet quality!

@Xplornet EIGHT DAYS I've been waiting now for "troubleshooting" to fix your "known issue" with the network, as you clearly stated to CCTS in defence of your terrible service. If you have a "known issue" delivering service, why are you still charging full price for it??? Absolute Crooks.

@Xplornet And if you're on xplornet, you're probably on day 386 of the same old crap with xplornet. Much like Groundhog Day, the movie, it goes on and on and on and xplornet doesn't seem to care. Avoid xplornet, they are a horrible ISP.

@ztlaidlaw I am eventually going to upgrade my 1X to a Series X but I'll probably go for All Access in a few months from now. Unless, of course, Xplornet fixes their ****, then I'll just stick to Stadia.
