    Hey Picanoc. Your internet service is still down in Ladysmith, Quebec. I am not the only client inconvenienced. I, and many others, have to rely on the internet to work remotely. Are you trying to compete with Xplornet for the worst service reliability rating?

    @Xplornet I did that, no idea when problem would be fixed - have to “ tolerate it” while they try to repair in back end. THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY!!

    @elonmusk When are we getting Starlink internet, I signed up about 6 months ago, I leave in Trenton Ontario Canada, you said Oct, mid Oct now and nothing, I am so tired of crapy Xplornet, 13 years of overpaying for garbage internet, please help, a 32 years Canadian Forces Vet
